Definitely 0 stars my 8 pound shihtzu could not be groomed due to him being too aggressive but his appt was rescheduled for that manner with a groomer who supposedly could handle him but when i 1st Arrived she failed to greet me and my puppy until 5 mins later and then proceed to tell me she wasn’t going to service me in all honestly black people don’t take your dogs here

I took my dogs to PetSmart for grooming and they didn’t do half as an amazing job as Petco did. My dogs looked and smelled AMAZING!

Terrible Service. We were told halfway through my dogs grooming that because he had an accident on her table, the groomer couldn’t finish his cut before closing. When we came to pick him up however, she was giving a haircut to another dog. No time to finish mine but could cut another. Then we were charged $60 for a bath!Will not be back. Awful communication with customers and poor time management.

We are very thankful for the wonderful employees that we have encountered in the grooming salon. They are very personable and professional. Our dog was trimmed, clean and so sharp looking. Thank you! Brooke is great! She was gentle and kind with our dog, coaxing him into the salon. Kara is also wonderful. She gave our dogs a special bag of treats after their service.

Petco Grooming did a great job! The only reason I might not use them again is because my dog became very nervous when we entered the store. She's nine years old and I don't want to stress her out.
