I throughly enjoyed my experience here! They always cut my little girl’s hair just right. Very nice and courteous! The trimmer even called me just to make sure that she was getting the haircut I wanted!

Employees are so friendly and always meet the needs of my pets! I always get an appointment that suits me and my dogs are always groomed to my specifications! Very loving to my dogs and I REALLY appreciate that!!! Lacey has gone out of her way to be especially good to one of my dogs and that is VERY MUCH appreciated!!! Kudos to Lacey!!!

Go to spot for care and grooming. My friend's Morkie gets excellent grooming and service here. Friendly and attentive staff. Lots of goodies and treats available for your best friend. One of the nicer grooming spots in and around Auburn. I highly recommend it.

Took my cat to get groomed. Asked for her nails to be clipped and they forgot a couple. Her fur was a bit choppy and nothing was done to her tail, which was fine but the pricing was high for the job that was done. Just seemed like a rushed grooming. Keep in mind my cat is very calm in these types of situations so she was not hard to work with.

I showed them a picture specifically how I wanted my dog groomed. I wanted my Goldendoodle to look like a doodle. They cut all of her hair off her face and she looks nothing like a doodle. They cut your dogs how they want to no matter what you say.

Owner was very busy and took the time to talk with me. I will be bringing my pet for grooming. They have a doggie area outside for pets to play which is a little small for larger dogs. Inside boarding area. Everyone was very nice and pets were out and about in the area when I arrive and they seemed happy. FULL SERVICE GROOMING.

Boarded my dog there two weeks ago over a weekend. When I picked her up it was casually mentioned “Keep an eye on her. She coughed a couple of times and that kennel cough is going around all over Lee County” Needless to say her condition worsened and after a Vet visit she is on her second round of medication.I wish I could leave a negative star review. I won’t be back. Take your pet elsewhere !!

I took my baby here yesterday for a bath and de-shedding and left her for the day while I was at work. She is very skeptical of other people and new places but when I picked her up she seemed very calm and happy! Everyone here was so nice and really seemed to love her the way that I do! She will definitely be back!!! I highly recommend this place if you're looking for someone who will treat your fur baby as well as you do!

I would not recommend this place to anyone! The first time we used pampered pets they were great! Since then it has been down hill, and today ends our using them. They are incompetent, irresponsible, and don't understand the English language. Today we took our pet to be groomed, they didn't cut her, only a slight trim and brushed her out. I'll take her somewhere else tomorrow to get a cut. I am so frustrated with this place! And will never go back,or recommend anyone to them. Do yourself a favor, and don't waste your time here!

Took our dog to be groomed here for the first time today, love it!! The people are great and the dogs helping run the front desk were so cute! They have several puppy outfits and accessories for a descent price. After several failed attempts we finally found someone who can give our maltese/poodle mix a proper haircut. Thank You, we will be back!

I’ve never boarded with Pampered Pets until this past weekend. I brought my Australian Shepherd in to be boarded Friday-Monday and I am beyond happy. My Australian Shepherd seemed happy and excited when I picked her up. Pampered Pets really took care of her while I was away, and even gave her a complimentary bath.

I’m very upset with the state my dogs were in when they returned to me after a four night board. We were told they would get a bath and a bandana but our dogs came out smelling like pee and were dirty and came with no bandana. They smelled like they had a doggy perfume sprayed over them, but did not look like they were given a bath by any means. Usually baths mask the smell of anything and they smell good for days but that is not the case this time for our dogs. We were also handed back one of the toys we dropped off with our dog and it was drenched in pee. Our dogs are house trained so for one of them to have gone to the bathroom in their kennel makes me very sad and think they were not taken out enough. We also left a bone with them and they apparently lost it and claimed we didn’t give them the bone in the first place. I don’t think that’s responsible for a small boarding facility to lose a toy a customer handed to you for their dog. The back of the area had a small patch of turf and poop was everywhere in it when we looked through the fence. I’m not sure if that’s where the dogs get “puppy play time” but I have two large dogs and they would never have enough room back there, not to mention it was filthy. I personally don’t recommend this place. It doesn’t seem kept up with and seems a little sketchy. Our dogs have had diarrhea since they’ve gotten back and are itching like crazy. Very upsetting.

This place is nasty and full of diseases. I left my baby girl there for 6 days of HELL. Now she have the Kennel cough lost 7 to 10 lbs and now some type of rash broke out on her now…I’ll never go there again 😷😡-10

We take Mason every Thursday and he loves it! The staff is amazing and always friendly! They know Mason when he comes in the door and he loves them all. When we need to board Mason they always work him in! We just love everyone at Pampered Pets! I always tell people to take their pets there!

I loved their boarding service I originally have taken my dog to woof avenue and I got him back supper skinny and he was so depressed but when I picked him up here he was so chunky he was full of energy and happy to see me! I also asked them to bathe him I picked him up Monday and it’s Thursday he smells so good and fresh idk what they use but I will so be back ! 😭😍Thank you so much again for handling my pittie

I'd been driving my dog to Auburn until my boyfriend stumbled upon Pampered Pets. It's a little cheaper and a lot closer, which makes it more convenient for me to take Izzy for day camp, which she needs for socialization. She was happy when I would pull up to drop her off before, but now when I ask if she wants to go play with her friends, she gets super excited before we're even in the car! She loves everyone there and they take great care of her. I like that they separate by gender instead of size, so she can get used to being around larger dogs as well, which is an area she needs help with, and it is helping tremendously! I definitely recommend Pampered Pets!

Having tried several places around town, Pampered pets boutique is where I take both my dogs. We go for grooming, baths, and daycare when need it. I highly recommend them!

I have three Maltese. Two are AKC Champion Pedigree. The last time I took them, after having used Pampered Pets for the past two years, they did poor work on one, and nicked a large area under my male's neck which got infected, costing me $275 at the vet.If that's not bad enough, they only offered a half hearted apology, denying they did it. No refund, no future discount... nothing.I'll never go back.

First of all, let me say I have been mostly satisfied with their work, until we had a business issue. I had an issue with the business side, not their work. They went out of the way to make it right. I would definitely recommend PP and know this, if they make a mistake, which we all do, they will work to correct it.

They were great I just popped in without an appointment to ask if they could cut my yorkies nails. And they had a few min. Do they did that and grind them down nice and smooth. Did an awesome job thanks guys
