As a veterinarian, I only want what’s best for my dogs while I’m away. I trust Maringo Creek Farm to provide the care and attention my dogs deserve. I love that my dogs get to be outside in the shade on a beautiful farm all day instead of cooped up in a loud kennel. They seemed truly happy when I picked them up. I also asked for them to be bathed and both dogs were clean and dry and smelled great when I got them. I could tell the Henderson family spent time with my dogs and got to know them individually. Maringo Creek Farm is the only place I’ll board my dogs from now on. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!

Super impressed with how well our girls behaved after spending time on the farm. The biggest thing for me was that they were not just trained but loved on and treated like family. You could tell that Evey and Nellie loved Jana and the other trainers. Would highly recommend them to someone else.

I had an exceptional 5 week training experience at Maringo Creek Farm for my dog Finn. From the moment I dropped Finn off, I felt a sense of peace knowing he was in such good and caring hands. I am very pleased with the training that was provided.The communication throughout Finn's stay was outstanding. Jana regularly sent me updates and pictures, per request, allowing me to see firsthand the progress Finn was making. This thoughtful touch went a long way in reassuring me that Finn was not only receiving quality training but also plenty of love and attention.After the five weeks, I participated in a training class with Corey, the skilled and intuitive trainer at Maringo Creek Farm. Corey's expertise and guidance helped me feel comfortable with the training methods they implemented. The personalized approach to this class made a significant difference, setting the tone for a positive training experience as an owner moving forward.Corey and the staff were able to go over everything what I wanted him to be trained on in the time Finn was there.I highly recommend Maringo Creek Farm for both training services and boarding. Our one-year old rescue was still jumping on people when greeting them and unable to walk on a leash without pulling. A friend suggested Maringo Creek Farms and we scheduled a two-week session. Our sweet girl was returned to us listening to our commands, not jumping on others and is walking beside us in a loose leash. We’ll need to continue to be consistent with her to ensure she (we) don’t fall into bad habits again, but we couldn’t be happier with the results. Thank you Jana and team for helping us get on track and teaching us all the skills we need to continue with her training. It was worth every penny and then some!

Excellent Excellent Excellent in quality, care, service, treatment, expertise, friendliness, compassion, and training. We needed to have training for our puppy, she is highly energetic and a tad bit stubborn lol....she was at the farm for the 4 week session and they stayed in contact with us over that period of time...furthermore our puppy is outstanding, she is so well mannered and training commands are easily done. Love u all so much, thanks a bunch. Forever friends.

Absolutely cannot recommend enough. My only complaint is I didn't find Maringo Creek Farm sooner. They were amazingly accommodating and gracious hosts to my dog Bella. They couldn't do a full training with her due to my time constraints but still helped immensely with her on leash behavior in a very short period while she was being boarded. Thank you all again.

We sent our 8 month old Vizsla to Maringo Creek Farm Dog Training for the basic obedience course. We could not be happier with the results. The team is extremely friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Shout out to Corey who worked with us on pickup day to show us how to utilize the training. They absolutely delivered on all of the things outlined in the course, and they kept us up-to-date on our dog’s progress. I would 100% recommend family, friends and anyone in the Auburn or Columbus area to send their dog to Maringo Creek for training.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! We have been boarding our dogs with them for over 2 years and the owners and their staff are always so friendly and professional. They go the extra mile to take care of your dogs and make them comfortable.They worked with one of our dogs that is fear aggressive and apprehensive about being boarded. After just a few boarding sessions with them he was completely comfortable with the staff and loves his stays with them.

Amazing place! The staff at Maringo farms was incredibly kind to our dog, Copper. We brought him there for the month long training when he was 9 months old. He was a sweet dog but didn't have a grasp of good manner. We officially have our sanity back in our house and Copper is still a very happy dog!

We boarded with Maringo Creek for the first time, I have went to other boarding places some have starved my dog some cared for him like one of their own I can tell when my dog had a good time because of the places I’ve taken him. We do have to supply food and honestly I do not mind that at all because my baby stomach is a bit sensitive. We paid 227.50 for 5.5 days which was not bad because he was bathed as well. After picking up choky he seemed happy but super tired 🤣 he definitely seemed different more educated not sure if he was possibly taught some things my baby is not really trained but if he was a little educated I so much appreciate it!!! I love the beautiful farm that they have nice people as well I hope to board with them again in the future

Stewart and Candy along with the entire team at Marengo Creek Farms provide an absolutely wonderful experience every time. They are always professional and courteous and my dog loves going there. The grounds are kept in immaculate condition and the kennels are spacious and clean, which is a further testament to the superior quality and service their clients receive. The training my dog (as well as myself) receive from Stewart is unparalleled and has far surpassed all previous experiences I have had in my years of dog ownership. I will refer anyone, without hesitation, to Marengo Creek Farms for any K9 needs as they are simply the best.

Five stars are not enough for Maringo Creek Farm! We were looking for an obedience training program for our "high-drive" GSD. Ray and Jana provided it! A graduate of both their basic and advanced programs, our now-80 lb, 10 month old is well-mannered and responsive both on and off leash. Ray and Jana, along with super-handlers Izzy and Cory, provide a professional, caring environment for all the dogs entrusted to their care and achieve phenomenal results. We are very happy to have found them and recommend them most highly!

I couldn’t have asked for a better training experience for our Golden Retriever, Barkley. Everyone who works at Marengo Creek is so nice and treats him like their own. Stewart is the best dog trainer in the business, and I know Barkley would not be near the gentleman he is today without their help and guidance. I highly recommend Marengo Creek to anyone looking for dog training and will always use them in the future!

Stewert and his team of professionals work wonders with the animals under their care. I have had 3 dogs trained by them and have been more than satisfied with each of them.Edit: Raymond Henderson and family now own the farm, but much of the staff are the same and they still uphold Stewart's standards. They have kenneled my dog now 3 times and I am very happy with them.

Staff seemed nice. Only met owner when time to pay & pick our dog up. First time using them since primary boarder was booked. 4 stars for high price & having to supply food. 10 days was $385! I'm pretty sure I stay in some people motels in 80's for that price.

Stewart and his employees have trained my two Cavalier King Charles puppies in basic obedience and I have always been very pleased. I often board my dogs with Stewart as I often travel for work. Stewart is a very professional and knowledgeable trainer and has always treated my dogs as if they were his own. He is always available to answer any question no matter how minor. I highly recommend Stewart and Marengo farms for either basic obedience or boarding.
