This Kroger has everything. On the weekends everything sells fast. Recommend shopping in the morning in the middle of the week. LARGE store so be assured what you’re looking for is somewhere. 4 star because it’s not easy to find less purchased items. Workers don’t really know either.

Very pleased with this store every time. Even in a busy day the employees are always nice&professional. Store is always clean&well presented as well. The kroger fuel points&discounts are wonderful.

This shopping trip was a complete nightmare. The manager and co worker watched the colored people checkout and never paid attention to the white lady who couldn't complete self checkout bc her groceries was filling the belt. My 14 year old niece was learning to shop and save. What an inpleasarable experience.

I can always find what I need and check out quickly in Krogers. It is a rarity that the abundant shelves will not have what I’m looking for. Store was very busy and they had all of the registers open. However it still took about 10min to checkout. There were no carts in the store and the deli did not have anything other than baked chicken. Store was clean and well stocked

Customer service is not a thing here I am guessing?? The people who work night time need to do better and management needs to actually manage the people that work here. Auburn Kroger has great customer service! Do better Opelika Kroger.

If you can come in the morning, you won't have to fight a crowd of people to get what you want or fight to get a spot in line. 8am is the best time to go.

Overall, I give them a 3.0 rating due to because Everytime I go there and visit @ their location. # 1. Customer Service in store is a 2.0, # 2. Store isn't fully stocked up on daily basis , #3. Atmosphere is a 2.5 and # 4. Sales Event+⛽ Points is a 4.0+⭐'s. Pros: Saving on Fuel & Food & Cons: Customer Service/ Atmosphere

Not very organized...lots of things out of place. Sale items were low stock and our favorite products were out of stock. Very busy with online shopping...like everywhere I turned ran into a web shopper...kinda annoying

The pharmacy here is horrible - there is no sense of urgency and the staff are incredibly rudeMy son has a horrible case of strep and when they were asked if they could expedite his meds for his 103.7 fever - we were told it would have to wait because the staff was getting ready to take lunch and it would be at least an hour after they returned. No care that we live 30 min away, a child that needed meds to break a high fever - no care whatsoever . This is the 3rd time we’ve tried to use them and we had our pediatrician change our pharmacy.

Very nice person named Jeremy helped me out at the self register. He then managed to help two other customers and offer some kids stickers. He did all of this before I managed to check out and I did not have that many items. Great experience.

Always a pleasure! Great employees. Clean store, shelves, and Isle.Fantastic clearance flowers! What a steal!! Big time!The store has an Organic vegetable and fruit section and a Starbucks inside! Gotta love that!Great Deli and Boars Head meat and cheese selection. I only wish it were a full deli with fresh salad selections. ( I haven't seen any grocery stores in Lee Co. that offer that like in the PNW or East Coast. ) The Bakery is fun too!

Very disappointed in Kroger tonight. I’ve been shopping at Kroger for over 20 years. The last couple of times I’ve been in this store, shelves aren’t being kept stocked, produce stays empty and overall just not that great of customer service. Tonight we can in to don out shopping, got the items we needed and went to check out and there was only self checkout only and the line was literally to the deli department. Very frustrating! No reason at 7 pm on a Sunday for no other lanes to be open! I am never one to complain, usually someone who goes out of my way to compliment someone or something. Kroger you need to step it up!

Sooooo. Bugs on produce is generally a bad idea but they level of fruit bug infestation in here is unreal. I picked up an onion and the whole Armada came from underneath to reclaim their onion. It made me put everything I had back. Gross!

Unlike other Kroger's this location must be going through a reset... if not then management needs to address displace items, educate employees on location of items, and maybe less attention to the concept of we will not check you out... toooo I don't know lets try cleaning... store in overall appreance was dirty... completely nasty in produce section.I really hope they were at the begining of a reset... would be totally upsetting to learn this to be the new norm.

I usually enjoy shopping at -, but the last 2 or 3 times ñ have been they are outta a bunch of items! They never mmmmmmmmmm,. to be out of items, the shelves always were stocked. Now it's mostly a waste of gas to go grocery shopping!! I hope things will get back to normal really soon!! If they don't, they are going to lose a lot of business!!! 🌞🌻🙏❤️

I did an online order for the bakery to pick up a cake at 6:30 on Friday April 1st. I placed the order on that Wednesday before. I went to pick it up and the bakery was completely closed. Not a single worker back there, no lights on, nothing. There was not even a sign explaining why the bakery was closed. Why have the online order available when you aren’t even gonna make the cakes??? Luckily I didn’t pay for it online. 0/10 for me.
