The lady at the register was super nice. And she was going above and beyond her self to ask people if they new someone who left his wallet in the store. Because she was hoping to get a message out to him. The it was there and safe. GREAT LADY!

This Dollar General is a great quick stop if you live nearby and need one or two groceries. The nearest grocery stores are ~10 minutes away, which is sometimes too far if you just need to pick up a carton of eggs. They're well-stocked and the prices aren't too bad, but are higher than those you'd find in a large grocery store.

Literally the sweetest employees but they need a good manager who actually works and helps them to organize and actually unpack this store. I literally go here several times a month for a quick run of household things but it is usually always a long wait and lots of maze-aisles.

Staff doesn't enforce mask mandate or store mask policy. Upon my last visit over half of the customers were not wearing masks and staff did nothing about it. Update:now the staff doesn't even wear masks.

Seriously.....This is how bad the store besides Hardee's in Opelika has gotten. I am standing in line waiting to checkout, when I see a rat come from behind counter and walk down the last aisle. I turn and start to tell the gentleman and his son behind me when we all see the rat on the main aisle. I'm not talking about a mouse. This rat was larger than 20 oz did a bottle. And people were walking by him and he was not afraid of any one of them. Hilarious...This store is always a mess and most of the time, products are different prices from ones noted on shelves. They really need some help and a manager here.

Always messy and venders speak bad about it in public as they service the store like milk vender terrible! Quote this store is always a mess throw ing stuff inside speaking to another vender stated Alburn store is always better that's why I hate coming to this store! Wow I thought.

Well stocked and clean.The only problem with these stores is they take EBT cards but don't give balance.It causes problems when checking out.

There is always stock in the aisles waiting to be put on shelves; you cant ever get around in the store. They need to hire employees to get the stock put up
