so i placed a pickup order to pick up at 3-4pm at 9am in the morning and nobody knew about it the whole day. by the time i got there (4:30), which was an extra thirty minutes, i asked for the order and nobody knew that it was even a thing. the person who was supposed to complete my order left without completing it. nobody knew what was going on and they could barely comprehend what was happening on their side of the app. i don’t believe that this dollar general is capable of completing and taking pick up orders. DO NOT PLACE A PICK UP ORDER WITH THIS STORE.

The most organized and clean Dollar General store I have ever seen!Great customer service.All shelves were neatly stock.I was impressed with their floor display.The cashier was so pleasant and helpful.The bathroom was clean.They have wheelchair ramp and parking for the disabled customer.I recommend this store.

The people out here really needed this Dollar General. Its quite a ways into town otherwise. Overall nice store. It's been broken into a couple of times, from a safety standpoint I'd be weary, but otherwise its a great stop to get a snack or drink or any other household necessity.

Wow! Literally looks like the store has been subject to looting at the hands of a unruly mob during some sort of civil unrest. It's really really bad. Advise going to any of the other dollar generals in the area. Don't waste your gas going to this one. Really not cool because for so many people in this area this is the closest source of home goods without a 45 minute trip. Someone needs to come get this bad boy under control.

Great as usual. Staff busy stocking. Went during the evening, which I normally try to avoid. That's the only part of Dollar General's corporate office thinking I've never understood, their staffing. They don't hire regular stocker's. Only 1-2 employees per shift. For cashier's & stocking combined.

This Dollar General is great. Its very clean and organized. Customer service is great andvi noticed the locals coming in comfortably getting what they needed.This particular location stock more than the average because its rural. Great place to stop if traveling up wire road heading toward tge Montgomery area. Get snacks etc.

I showed up 5 minutes early before opening, and was waiting at the door in the cold with my newborn. The two women working knocked on the glass and one directed me to MOVE away from the door.. as if I’m causing anyone trouble? and the other lady held up her hands saying “10 minutes” until they open, when it was definitely 5. God forbid you let a mother and her newborn inside or even near the door to wait. And then tell me to MOVE? try being in recovery from a c section, loading your child’s car seat in a cart, rolling all the way up to the entrance, and someone tells you to move because they don’t feel like watching you wait for the doors to open. So here’s a big middle finger for the both of you, I hope the next time one of you want someone to show YOU some grace…they don’t.

Early morning is the best time of the day. Shelves are stocked. Dairy is stocked. Checkers aren't worn out from having to check out customers and stock shelves later in their shifts.

It's a rural Dollar General, pretty nice staff. Shelves are well stocked. Bathrooms are ok when they're not out of order.

I visited the Hawkinsvile GA location Mar. 13 signs up clearence sale had mds out side dot sale we selected items and took them to check out clerk was ringing up at full price I was told they were not set up to take the discount that I would need to pay full price . If anyone at Dollar general is interested in this I have lots of pictures even one is clerkdisplaying middle finger.

Never stock on the shelves always on the carts were you cant get anything like no one is doing the stocking cant even get down the illes safety hazard waiting to happen.

Always has freight everywhere and not out on the shelves. Had one if the employees drop freight right where I was looking for an item. Need more employees to put freight out.

Why did I walk almost a mile in the rain just to get here and the store wasn’t open?!! AT 13:30!!! Pointless for it to even be there if you aren’t going to be open when people need you to be. PLACE IS TRASH BOTH PHYSICALLY AND METAPHORICALLY WITH STUFF NEVER STOCKED AND UNDEPENDABLE OPENING HOURS.

I had a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience at this place.The cashier’s at this Dollar General were very rude. And racist they were being very rude just because my mother didn’t speak English fluently .l know now not to go back there . It’s a shame how people can be so cruel.
