The older grey headed guy with glasses has issues. He is a cashier for a living at Ace but despite me spending thousands of dollars there he has some kind of attitude problem time I shop in there.Further there is a 25-30yr. Old White Mle about, 5'6"with short hair who has an attitude problem.I worked in retail for years, and you have to deal with people.These two clowns don't know how to deal with people.They put off the vibe that we should servethem rather than them serve us who pay their bills.Therefore be aware of these they two clowns. The older grey headed cashier is a weirdoEvery time I go in there he acts like I am causing him a major problem.Very unfriendly and unhelpful, the owners need to remove him from the cashier position because a lot of people will go to Marvin's so the don't have to deal with this nut.

It's obviously run by children that are still in middle school or just got into high school there's one employee there that knows his way around and is willing to help at all expenses and his name is Jeff that's about the best I can say about this place

Exceptional customer service! I recently purchased a gas grill for my husband's birthday. When it arrived, I was not satisfied with it and the manager was extremely accommodating and went to great lengths to see that my concerns were addressed. I am happy with how quickly they responded and am now thrilled with the grill.

Great folks here. Bought new Weber Summit charcoal smoker-grill here. Drove 65 miles to pick it up. They were one of only two stores in North Alabama who had one.Super courteous, both on the phone, and in the store. Very pleasant purchasing process.I wouldn't hesitate to drive this distance again to do business with these folks.I would suggest, though, that if you are buying a grill here, you buy it in the box and assemble it yourself. It appears to be above the head of the assembly team at this particular ACE. I had to almost completely disassemble mine, order several parts from Weber (outstanding customer service there, by the way), and reassemble it. So, I had to assemble it myself, anyway.That said, if you don't need a grill assembled, these are great folks to deal with.

I called this store to verify they had a particular model lawnmower. The web site said they had one in stock. The employee told me they had it in stock. I drove 20 miles to the store only to find out the employee had no idea what he was talking about. I will never go to this store again.

Don't ever go anywhere else to have keys made. I came to Ace Hardware and they did it right the first time. I went to 2 other places first and not one of them did it right. Customer service was at it's best.

Best place in town to get help with any type of home/hardware needs. If you are in the store, it will be worth your while to seek out the white haired, older gentleman Mr. Malone. He is absolutely the best at taking his time, making sure you have all the information you need, that the product you have selected matches up with your project. He is just the best. Love Ace in Oneonta. Always helpful.

Couldn't be more pleased. They're the most conveniently located hardware store to the area. I had a very specific o-ring that I needed for my camp stove when the power went out. The employee showed me to the extensive collection. Of o-rings that they had and helped me dig through the racks until I foun the one I needed.

If Marvin's doesn't have it this place will. I have old poly pipe on my main line. They have all the fittings and everything to go to pvc. This is my go-to for advice and hard to find parts.

Just moved to this area and went into this store for several supplies needed to start some projects. I had a huge list and some ideas of things i might need but was not experienced in what to get or choose. There were several very knowledgeable employees who walked around the store with me and helped me pick out everything needed. Very personable and friendly staff. I have been back several times and will only go to this store for hardware needs in the future. A# to these guys. Great experience.

I was looking for a pressure canner and they had 2 sizes available. You would not think of Ace as having an item like this and they even had replacement parts for canners and pressure cookers.
