December 1, 2023, 6:30 a.m. I made a quick coffee run for work and as I was going through self checkout, the register didn't give me my correct change. It shorted me $40. The girl that was working self checkout was alone and there were plenty of customers, but she made sure she resolved my problem as quickly as she could and was extremely apologetic. I appreciated her kindness and the fact that she didn't get frustrated or act like I did something wrong. I'm pretty sure her name was Stephanie. 5 stars for great customer service!!

My review is on a wonderful cashier named Kelly, we always go to Trussville Walmart because it is not very far from our house. We were in Walmart in Oneonta Walmart on Monday and a lady named Kelly was so very nice and sweet to me, I have high blood pressure and was feeling really hot she came over to where I was sitting asked me if I was okay, got me a water ..Please send her to Trussville..lol, but She was an amazing help to me and so extremely kind...Thank you Kelly, and whoever hired her... You know I thought I would never say this I've been there just about every Walmart in United States and I've always had to wait lines I was at this store today it has to be around 4 or 5:00 one of the busiest parts today and I still didn't have to wait in line good job guys keep it up

Phone wait time 30 minutes for Bakery??? Then, the woman picks up the phone and set it down so it wouldn't ring anymore. Lazy, undisciplined clowns. I know Walmart is the worst of the worst but they take it to a WHOLE new level.

Walmart with a HomeTown feel. Walmart within itself is a huge company. So it's comforting to go into a Walmart that still has a Hometown feel. The staff is courteous and tenured, some of the team members have been there 10 years plus. The store is clean and well organized. I cannot overemphasize how attentive the staff is, because we have come not to expect this from Walmart. Oneonta store feels a little older and could probably use a refresh, father than this good experience every time.

Sarah Fowler cut my boyfriends hair, she did a terrible job. It looks like a child took a pair of safety scissors to his hair. One side of his hair is extremely short and the other side is so long it nearly passes his eye.

That was my first time there at the Oneonta store and when I was trying to find info on a TV, a salesperson came to ask if I needed help and i showed him what I was looking for that was supposed to be there and he did everything possible in helping until we found the exact model. Thank you.

Disappointed at the Discouragement to shop.Self check out and when asked about purchasing tobacco products she explain what all she would have to go through to just to get a manager up there to get a pack. It doesn’t matter that I passed up 2-3 other places while going that way, I thought I’d pick up a few other things while I was there, I should have just laid them down, left and let them restock it. I am a consumer and all us little bitty consumers made them the giant they are. I do understand staffing shortage, I get it but it’s Sad when there employee discourages the shopper to not come back. I wish I never had to go back, customer service is as bad as Not getting everything you needed or ordered with fast food. This isn’t “Oh she got mad about that”, It’s a come on and just do the job.That’s my rant.

I used to dread going to Walmart because when checking out there would usually be 2 or 3 registers open during peak times, the lines would be so long they would almost reach the middle of the store, and every cashier i have ever had that checked me out ( except for one) were extremely rude, rolling their eyes like it was a problem to stand in one spot and ring up a few groceries. Please correct me if I’m wrong but they applied for the job, they were hired for the job, so can’t they at least be a little thankful they have a job? There are so many unemployed people out there that would give anything to have that job. The main one I’m talking about acted like she just hated being there. If it was not for the consumer, these people wouldn’t have a job. Now the self checkouts…( which i love btw) the cashiers better tighten up before they are all replaced with a computer! When i use the self checkout i don’t have to deal with anyone that may have rolled out of the bed on the wrong side.. Keep your attitudes to a minimum, we are the ones that basically give you that pay check every week. Smile a little, you would be surprised how much better your day would be. Rant over😁 oh and…. other than that lil issue i love Walmart

Nothing outstanding to share about it. I do love the ability to do self checkout and there are a handful of long term friendly and helpful employees. Otherwise, they are regularly out of some things, move things often, and the most annoying thing is they totally stop carrying some items. I also find the lack of choices extremely irritating; lots of items give you a choice of Walmart's brand...or Walmart's brand. Duh! I want choices, but I guess if they did carry another brand, they would mark the price up so much that one would still be financially forced to purchase their brand.

I had to find someone to get someone to come and help me!Everywhere I looked no one was working the counters, especially the gun counter, I was there over 30 minutes, I wanted to see a rifle. No one ever came so I left. Everytime I go to Walmart any store I always leave dissatisfied or anger about the way I was treated.
