It was such a great experience. We were visiting from out of state, and my husband needed some new work boots. The couple who owns the store took care of us. They are such kind people, so welcoming. My husband even said that he would travel to buy his next boots from them again. We can not express how wonderful it was.

Had a chance to stop by here on our way back home and really glad that we did. Small local owned shop with super nice people. Truly the best customer service we have had in a long time! Will definately return to buy our next set of work boots. Prices are reasonable and fair and you get the great service for free, which is so rare nowadays it seems! Selection may not be as big as other stores but that doesn't matter. They make up for it in customer service and prices. Great small town friendly feeling. In the last few months I have purchased nursing shoes and flip flops . I went in tonight wanting a plain comfortable pair of work boots for our farm. They helped me find the perfect fit. The ladies boots were not fitting my plain Jane style and comfort needs . The ladies working helped me find a man's boot that felt like I have already broke them in. They measured my 4 yo son's foot tonight and he got a new pair of tennis shoes. Buying him shoes was not in my plans but their prices were to great to pass up. I would have bought him a size 12 standard when he needed a 13 wide. My son loved the fit so much he wanted to wear them out of the store. My husband was in the store for the first time tonight and he got a hat he was very impressed with the customer service. Keep up the great job ladies .I know we will see you again soon.

I got my first pair of boots ever from Roses about 4 years ago and they were amazing, friendly, and took the time to help me find the best boot for me. I recently went back and bought my second pair of work boots from them at an amazing price, you can't go wrong shopping at Roses. The owners are sweet down to earth people that go the distance to make sure that they help you in every possible way they can. Always a pleasure to take my grandchildren here for shoes. They actually measure the childs foot (like they did years ago) to make sure the shoe is a perfect fit. We have always been very satisfied with their personal service and great prices !!

My fiance recently started riding horses and we needed western boots with leather soles. We live in downtown Birmingham so I searched and called dozens of stores, and then several people recommended Rose's. After reading the review that the salesmen were pushy, I was a little nervous but I have never had a better shoe-buying experience. The man helping us was not a bit pushy, just helpful and patient as we each tried on and re tried on while helped us weigh the pros and cons of each. They were having a huge sale and we got great deals, we're really happy with our purchase and equally happy with our buying experience!

My husband works outside and walks in rough terrain all day. He gets the same pair of boots every year from Roses. We drive over an hour away just to come here because the service is always so great. We would not dream of goi anywhere else. Their prices and service cannot be beat.

Because they have the best comfortable work boots.I buy them for my husband which is on his feet all day mainly on concrete or u name it .so I try to buy the best boot that gives him support and comfort he needs plus what the work company requires if steel toe or not . Have been twice so far and the staff are so kind and very helpful. It's a small store tho so selection is also small. But then again it's a small town so that's to be expected. Customer service is great tho.
