You just can't beat Mrs. Carolyn!! She's honest about the products. If she has no knowledge of a certain item, she will tell you straight up that she doesn't know or hasn't tried it. She's always smiling and always eager to help you in any way she can. It's worth the visit just to talk to her and get one of her big hugs!

When I couldnt find what I needed anywhere in Oneonta, she did some research and got it for me.They have a great variety, and the prices are very reasonable.Hats off to this business! Great little shop with CBD oils/gummies, vitamins, supplements, weight loss products, herbal teas. Very well organized. Competitively priced. Lovely and helpful lady working when I went in, she helped me find exactly what I was looking for.

I have check prices at other herb shop and Oneonta Herb Shop prices are great! Other places are a lot higher. Plus friendly service with excellent attitudes. Great place to shop!!!!!

Terrible service. Most morning they do not open until hours after the times posted. Today is one of those such days. Weekends must be hard for them to wake up and come into work like big boys and girls.

I have to admit, I only browsed but the prices were way above what I've seen all over. I got twice the gummies for half the price on Amazon. The place is very clean and the help is nice but their prices are a bit too "high" for my taste ;)
