Started off getting an item but the ladies were so friendly and I found myself shopping a little more, things I needed but thought I was too tired. They'll stop if they aren't waiting on someone and show you or tell you about items you may have missed. Just fun. Very nice people work there. It's not just a job for them. Even help you with a problem with your phone. If you are like me and don't have a lot of techy experience. Good employees.

Takes over 3 days to get shipment on the shelves now. It took no where near as long before the new manager took over. I have no idea what changed besides the management. They will not hold disinfectant sprays for nursing home to use.

I love the people especially the sweetest cashier she's very friendly and helpful and works really really hard. But the prices are never right. Every time you go in there you can bet the prices labels are not the price of the product. I can name 6 * I have had to say something up front when is rung up wrong and they will not fix it.

If I could give this store a 0 I would. I was in the area, and had to stop in for a few items night before last. As I entered the store, the floors were filthy, there were items all over the floor throughout the store. The cashier was friendly, but the other two employees were outside smoking and laughing and not doing anything to help the cashier who was bogged down with customers. As I finally reached the counter, the countertop was covered in slimey film. To the left of the registers there were multiple racks blocking items on the wall, which could have been a huge hazard for a small child. I truly hope this isn't a normal occurrence and they just had an off beat night so to speak.

Did my bi-monthly shopping and as usual I was able to navigate the store to get what I needed. Shelves we fully stocked and as usual all sales items were stocked. I even found a few unexpected bargain and as always the clearance section contributed to my DIY Xmas presents for my grandkids!

Store smells like a dead animal as soon as you walk in the door! The employee s talk none stop about each other terriable place to shop!!! If you want the manager he is out by the ice machine smoking and playing on his phone easy to find. If you ask staff for help the flat ignore you! Then talk about you as you walk away.very bad place ro shop

Most of the staff is the only reason this place gets three stars!! This store needs to be redone very run down and the staff can't help that. I would shop here more, but I drive to the next one over because it is easier an more space.

The one on 2nd ave in Oneonta needs a renovation. Its too small and items are all over the place because customers don't put back properly. I wish the doors were automatic. Its not as clean as others but employees are very kind! Very knowledgeable about store

This is definitely a lower end DG. Not one of the "upscale" stores (lol), it's un-updated, small and the selection is poor. Also it's in a fairly busy area but usually only has one cashier so lines can get very long. Not recommended, especially since Walmart is 3 or 4 minutes down the road, or Hometown Market if you are shopping for food and want to support local business.

Donna and her employees are always working hard. You will never see them chit chatting. Bob, who also works there on occasion is an amazing, very friendly man.

Dollar general is like the most convenient place in the south. Especially because Walmart is a headache to go through. They put one right on straight mountain and if you counted how many trips to Walmart its saved people you wouldn't be able to put a price on it.

This store is the sorriest excuse for a Dollar General there is. The same people must manage the one in Cleveland. All the workers seem to care about is standing out front smoking cigarettes and Vapes.

I like the quick in and out experience every time. I'd say 9 out of 10 times I visit the store it is well stocked. The staff is very friendly, and the prices of course are great.

I found this cute tree skirt here. They have a lot of great seasonal items. Also, you usually get a $5 Saturday coupon when you make a purchase.

I go to DG primarily for Mean Green $2 (excellent degreaser) and Damp Rid $2.50. Nice employees, helped me find what I needed. Their stock was up to date and varied. TGI Friday's Potato Skins chips were a 👍 $1. Bathroom, although not up to date, it was clean. Been in this DG one other time and they were helpful that day as well.

An excellent place to shop for name brand ar a fraction kf the cost. Stores are clean and sell organized. Excellent selection. Make sure your kids are clean and well mannered.

Rude cashier after standing in line for more than 20 minutes told me they don't take my card there are 2 lines and the first line was 3-5 buggies deep when I arrived when I finish my shopping and spent 20 min in line the same customers were still in line when I left. The story smelled and was ill arranged finding what I needed was exhausting

Literally the only person in line... worker saw me at the register and still didn't come to the front. Going on 7 minutes of standing up here "waiting on someone" . I don't have a card on me or else I would use the self checkout. Don't recommend coming here at least after 7pm.

They didn't have what I wanted but the store carries what I need in the gall and winter time's I'm visiting from fort Wayne in and I love it down here , and I will visit the store again, the employee was joyful and that's a big plus with me.

This store has went down hill for about 6 months.. Staff is very rude .Nothing is stocked. Store is in a mess and staff doesnt know how to bag items correctly.. Needs a change and a whole NEW CREW!!

This store was so Cluttered it was impossible to turn around... Who ever is doing the shippingto this store needs to come and take a look at this store... I will not put my Blind mother through this unorganized store ever again...
