I've called so many many times and either not got answered or took them forever to answer been inside and staff be walking around and allow them ohone to ring and ring and ring, and allow some to hold up the drive thru and some they told to pull around. rudest staff I've ever encountered in a pharmacy.

CVS in Oneonta Alabama is really a great store their employees help you their pharmacist help you it's really a great story but they do not take their Jesus muscle rub anymore and neither does Walmart .

I was racially profiled. Uncompassionate pharmacy staff. I have used CVS for 23 years. Not this branch as I am new to the area. Showed up 45 minutes until the pharmacy closed as the hospital recommended due to the pharmacy being open until 9pm. My paperwork was taken, then I was advised it would be the morning. I understand that it might be the morning. But the way I was treated was horrible. Treated like I was some user. I thought they can look that up and see I'm not a hospital drug shopper. I haven't had a prescription in 4 years .

Love the pharmacy staff and the store staff. I have had great customer service with them. The only downfall is if you call the pharmacy, be prepared to wait a long time. I have been on hold now for almost 30 minutes. When I had covid, I couldn't leave the house and tried to call them. After waiting a couple of times for up to 30 minutes I retired and just stayed on hold for over an hour. I wish they could answer their phone calls too. There are some people that can't get out or might have a question about a medicine.Update: I ended up waiting 1hr 20 minutes with still no answer. I eventually hung up.

I’ve never had a problem with this CVS until this past prescription I needed filled. It’s been two weeks since my doctor has sent over my prescription & I have yet to have to been able to get it filled because it’s been out of stock. I have tried talking to the pharmacy on the phone & every time I get put on hold for 30+ mins. I finally went in to talk to the pharmacy technician to send my prescription over to a different pharmacy that did have my medicine in stock. The CVS technician, Stephanie, told me that my new pharmacy had to contact them first. My new pharmacy has been trying to get in contact with CVS to finalize the transfer but cannot get ahold of them. I had to go back to CVS & to tell them that they need to transfer over my prescription. So frustrating.

I was visiting my husband’s family from out of town, and ended up needing an emergency tetanus shot while I was here. I wanted to avoid trying to get in at an urgent care, and came to the pharmacy about 10 minutes before closing to see if they could give me a shot. Not only did they squeeze me in, but the pharmacist and technician were both very kind and helpful to me. I really appreciated their willingness to help me out so close to the end of the day. Not to mention the pharmacist was also a great shot giver!! Thank you!

Everything was perfect. I had the assistance of two, not one, ladies to help find something small in size that I just had trouble seeing. It wasn't the fault of CVS that I couldn't find "a measuring tape" in a pharmacy, you know?😅

I waited at the front to check out with no one else in line. An employee approached and said “I will get you down here”. I thought she was walking me to another register…she instead walked me to the self check out. This struck me as unprofessional and honestly, kind of rude. I’m aware the self checkout is there. If I wanted to use it, I would. And if we all rely on self check out, there would be no need for a cashier.

I really want to give no stars but that is not an option.Several months ago I visited the "Consultation" window to ask a question about over the counter medication I thought might help my husband's cold. Stood there for 4 minutes and everyone totally ignored me! I was 6 ft. from them and they were not even busy...chatting and laughing it up, etc. with the new Pharmacist. Finally went to the drop off window and someone came over and talked with me.2nd visit today to the "consultation" window to ask about something for a rash. Same thing, everyone totally ignoring me. Can't you recognize someone needing help and say "Hello, we'll be right with you."? An employee I recognize as being full time walked over to the drop off window as if she didn't see me. I waited another minute and moved to where she was standing and she was face to face with me and HAD to talk to me. I understand the pharmacy is very busy but I counted 2 people filling prescriptions, 1 person on the drive-thru another going on break and the one I recognized. That's 5 people in the Pharmacy and 1 at the front of the store, who by the way was very polite and said hello to me as she rang up another customer.I am thinking its time for me to move all our prescriptions to a more helpful pharmacy.

I sat on hold with the pharmacy 52 minutes, I hung up and called back and sat hold for an additional 26 minutes still no answer. I called the front of the store to see if the pharmacy was even open. The girl, and irritated voice said “ yeah they are open, but you need to wait .” The costumer service in this store gets worse every time I go there.

Ordered my medicine today and my husband's. Well they messed up and put my husband's under my name ... A very Big Mistake that could get them in trouble!.. Well after telling them their mistake they fixed it. No problem. Waited 15 min for them to fix it and fill the prescription well apparently instead of filling it they threw it away in the trash...( I seen the lady dig it out of the trash)... So once again I had to wait 15 more minutes.... No problem.. Well before I went to pick up mine and my husband's medicine I called about the pricing and filling of the prescriptions... Well the one they made a mistake on was not covered under insurance.. I was ok with that but the lady said I had a discount with my insurance and that the total was going to be $27 with my discount. Fine with me! was very happy with it! Well after going up to pick up my prescriptions 3x. The lady at the register said that there was no discount! I was ok with them making a mistake, we are all human but when you start to get an attitude about the situation... Then ask everyone of the ladies working, if they told me that.. And They all denied it... The lady that told me that didn't give me a name but luckly she didn't work their regularly... And told her what she told me over the phone that she didn't work their regularly...light bulb went off.. I guess and yeah she did tell me that.... Well the lady voided her register for the 3x with an attitude... The lady that told me about the discount said that it was only for me not my husband? My husband is on my insurance and the prescription that they made a mistake on was for my husband and not me but they was going to charge my husband full price for it and not me??? Made no sense! They finally got it fixed for the 4×... It took me 2 hrs to get my stuff filled after I calling 30 min before going to pick it up.. Then after being understanding and nice if I might add.. just to get an attitude for their mistakes! It was just a bad experience!!

Very friendly staff! I can get in and out of here fairly quick. I love CVS and I'll never fill my prescriptions anywhere else. My only complaint is that its difficult to get in and out being on a corner, but I've found this to be common with other stores as well.

Very slow drive thru. Apparently they don’t take my version of BCBS insurance. The American Family Care I went to this morning had no problems with it. So they had to transfer my prescription to Wal-Mart, I drove to Wal-Mart like they requested and almost 30 minutes later they still had not sent it over, so I called them. They told me if I needed the prescription transferred immediately (which duh, why would I be calling them) that I needed to have Wal-Mart call CVS. So luckily the Wal-Mart tech was glad to call and get them to send it over, but good gosh CVS, get it together. CVS needs more staff as well as better compatibility with BCBS apparently. Very disappointed & will be using Wally World going forward.

CVS in Oneonta, PLEASE ANSWER THE PHONE. I was on hold for the longest time and nobody ever answered, all I needed to know was the total price of my prescription, but it’s like climbing Mt. Everest just to get in touch with these people and get answers. God it’s frustrating.

This was at one time my pharmacy. I had to take my business elsewhere for a number of reasons, namely they never had my medication in stock. I came every month needing the same thing. It would take days and sometimes a week for them to get it in. I would even call them a week in advance to order it for me. That worked for a while then they started to refuse to do that for me.

Renee is horrible to deal with. Dropped off prescription and went to get some filled they close at 6PM the windows were already rolled up before 545 PM. Went the next day to pick it up still wasnt ready.
