It doesn't matter if you have a complaint. They act stupid and say " contact cricket management" . Gabby Hernandez changed my husband's phone number and caused me to lose my ACP. They are clueless and made our experience hell. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Regional manager NEVER called me back. 0 stars, they are just trying to sell and don't care about customers. I plan to pursue this to the highest authority of cricket. The attitude of Gabby and Janet was simply unexceptable and rude as I've ever been treated. Racist as well . I'm not going to let them get away with the treatment I received. Don't reply with some lame excuse because nothing you say is true. I will contact you with my attorney soon. Racism is unexcusable.

Janet has helped me with oh so many things! She is so nice and so patient. If she doesn't know the answer she will find it for you. She does whatever it takes to make sure I'm taken care of!!!she's awesome and I love the way she has helped me and I don't see me using any other carrier from here on out!!And Maria has been super helpful getting a friend hooked up with a new account and a new phone with a complete set up, she totally did the things I don't have the patience for setting everything up for him!!! Super awesome store!!! And ladies!!! Ty

If i could rate them zero stars i would!! The young lady that works in there had me convinced. I could not use my same number when replacing a lost phone! Which was totally a lie! And she set me up on a higher $ plan without even asking me! This all took place on dec 31st!! Thank goodness for Cricket in Arab who got it all straightened out !!! I do not recommend go the short distance to another Cricket!!!

I love my Cricket phone.. The girls in the store are so very helpful... Whenever I have a problem with my phone in which it would take me over an hour to figure it out, but with them they can touch a few buttons and bam it's working again.

Amazing help in this store. The workers are so friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good things about them. Cricket is the best phone service. Such good coverage in Blount County. Coming from Verizon it's mind blowing how much better it is.

The entire conversation turned out to be a lie. They said the phone I purchased was compatible with 5g and that my phone was $100. When I got home and finally started playing with my phone it had nothing we discussed. The manager will not do anything about it plus if I return my phone I will NOT get my full refund. I will lose the activation fee. They might of spoke nice but did absolutely nothing to solve my issue they caused.

We bought into the deal.service was good for bout 3-5 months.now me and my wife's data is horrible.we go through 22 gig faster than we did before. We don't watch videos more than we used to.phones are ok mediocre.I would not recommend this company.if you have straight talk or others stay with them.our data is so slow now YouTube buffers when used to it didn't.I'm going back to straight talk

Terrible customer service staff was very rude... unable to explain any reason for extra charges. Basically just a brick and mortar kiosk.Unable to attend to the request of purchasing a new phone without an upgrade fee for a phone that's three years old and was given to me.I believe this was an isolated incident, and was willing to try another store. However the one in Oneonta, Al. was less than pleasant.

I've only had a few issues but they have fixed them the same day the service is great and the staff is always nice and I love the fact that if they tell you your bill is only this amount for a month that's what you pay mine has never went up

I got their service a week ago and I was told they didn't have free phones so I was forced to used my own as I couldn't afford a new one. I go in today after having internet problems and now I can't receive or send pics but now I no long we qualify for a free phone. This place screwed me over big time, I highly recommend finding other service if you have Verizon.

Most people don't know what they are talking about. They all tell different things in regards to how things work. After paying for my phone and month of service on Friday, my phone was disconnected on Monday. Jose is the only one who even tried to help me. He is the only one i will deal with. The others need some training.

It was good they'll switch certain type of phones over to their plan they have many popsockets, phone cases, phones, plans, and they have good workers with nice affordable prices i love how i had a Walmart at&t phone and they switched it over at little cost, some prices are high but reasonable i think this is a very good place, the service is good but not the best, their store was clean and i do recommend others to check this place out
