I travel through there a lot and this Winn-Dixie is convenient on my trips. The staff are always friendly and they always have what I need. The shelves also seem to stay well stocked. It's always worth a trip.

This was my first time visiting this store location but I amazingly didn't have any trouble finding anything. The lines were short and an ample amount of nice cashiers. I was in and out with no problems.

Winn Dixie is a great grocery store as far as their products, sales, and they have a wonderful rewards program. I personally saved $71 today on a $181 purchase.Their huge downfall is the lack of customer service in their employees. If only they could take a lesson from Publix or ChickFilet's play book!

I love shopping at this Winn Dixie Store, in Tuscaloosa. AL. We’re shopping for my Baby Sister’s Birthday Gatherings this weekend and picking up last minute items. This is one of my favorite stores when I’m looking for items & fresh groceries! This store is always clean & smells fresh! I They always have a sale on something I want or need! The environment is friendly & assistance is helpful. The cashiers are pleasant! The location is somewhat assessable to their home. The beautiful scenery makes up for the miles! HAPPY GROCERY SHOPPING!

Tonight I was there to get food in the deli and I had to help myself to dip out hot vegetables and the spoons were so hot. I could hardly touch them and I even told the attendant, she did nothing to assist me so that I didn't burn my hands. I was so disappointed. Also, I told the young guy at the front register, he said he thought none were back there....again non-caring attitude. Thought someone should know.

I love shopping at my Winn Dixie store I always find what I need and they have the best choice of meats in town. I would never go anywhere else to buy my all of my meats, and the fresh produce is always the best, never old or wealthy not like some of the other places in town. ❤❤

Some of Winn Dixie’s wine prices are the lowest I’ve seen in the area but by the time you pay the state and federal excise tax on wine and then pay a sales tax on that tax of 10% in Tuscaloosa County, you have good incentive to make your own.

I took my elderly mother shopping yesterday at Winn Dixie. We found everything she had on her list and she shopped using one of their mobile carts. Employees all over the store talked and laughed with her and made sure she got everything she needed. Checkout was awesome. A cashier came and emptied her cart before I could even get a chance to. The cashier checking her out was friendly and so helpful when mother made a mistake using her debit card. Many of the cashiers have gotten to know mother and that makes it even better. The store was immaculate and sale items were marked and flagged appropriately. Thanks Winn Dixie! We found out that mother has cancer that day and you made her day brighter.

Nice store. Good selection. I have never liked the complicated pricing at Winn Dixie. Too much savings stuff going on and prices are high to begin with so you feel like you have to try to pay attention.

I had ran in here to buy something for breakfast for the kids after dropping my husband off at work. First time there and I was short on the amount. The young lady working the register helped me without a second thought. If she only knew the really was all the money I had and the week had just started. Thank God for good people.

Overpriced, sales prices are still more than Walmart's exact same brand name items. Example, Winn Dixie makes you buy multiple items to get a good price, crazy you have to buy 4 cartons of soft drinks or 4 bags of chips to get the sale priice! A single person is punished, you would not be able to use up the products before the expiration date.

Grocery part is wonderful!! but the pharmacy needs updating it is slow and there area is very small for the amount of workers they have at one time. Pharmacy only several occasions have forgotten to filll a script that has been called in even after going back over it. Normally one cashier had to wait 20 to 35 mins to pick up and pay for an already filled prescription. I called Once only they said script ready and it was not even filled

Honestly, they don’t have even close to the selection Publix has 3 minutes down the road. The cashiers are always in their own little world conversing about personal lives with the baggers. It also always smells terrible. I avoid Winn Dixie at all cost.

Buy all my meat there and most of my groceries! Very clean store and all employees are nice! Terry in the pharmacy always knows her customers name and it is busy, very impressive, she is a gem of an employee!

This store is much better since the remodel, good customer service, better meat Dept, and deli. They still need work on the produce dept though. Produce that I have bought has not held up more than a day?

Meat department was great, they are no longer using Australian meat(US). Had 4 check out lines open and everyone was friendly and coutius. Something has changed for the good!

They have a recent facelift, so everything looks clean and new. Staff had always been very friendly. Plenty of parking, and easy to get in and out of. They have a convenient Coin Star.
