The experience was pretty good. I was able to find what I needed and those items I wanted quickly and was in and out in 20 minutes. Had I gone to the regular Walmart I'd be stuck in a long checkout line. If you need just grocery items, toiletries and a few pharmacy items, this is great. South Florida needs these.

I stopped in around 12:30 to pick up some bread, milk, and cat food. It wasn't too busy, so I was able to grab and go. The lines were backed up, but I found a self-checkout that only had one person with a few items. I was only there for fifteen minutes. Not bad for the afternoon rush!

Dealing with Walmart is the biggest drama i have in my life every single week! It's ALWAYS the most stupid, obvious not giving a dang drama! Just like their in-store help they might as well just say IM HERE FOR A PAYCHECK NOT TO DO A JOB! I have to break this habit like any other bad habit! From sitting my groceries on the sidewalk in the rain to putting my bread under a dang watermelon and worse one shopper marked at least one-third of my items not a available and never showed up with the others, my order was canceled instead of Walmart handling their poor excuse of an employee and just going back and filling my order and delivering it late! It was then MY JOB to take the time to reorder it all! Walmart does not hold themselves responsible for anything! I haven't quite figured out if Walmart or AT&T is the ANTICHRIST but they are running a very close race! It's absolutely too much!

They have fallen apart on customer service I can’t remember how many forty mile round trips I have wasted and got no medicine they have a different excuse every time some of these people are incompetent and it’s getting worse the person that I spoke with today said he had fifty prescriptions to check on a day maybe he needs to apply at the car wash if he can’t handle the duty there

The Walmart Neighborhood grocery store has some items that we can't find at other stores so it's one of our regular stops. Usually well stocked and with a good selection of merchandise. Produce could be better. Staff is pretty knowledgeable. More assistance at checkout would be nice.

I will start with the scan & go, this is a great concept and I like it, but if you are going to use it, be careful - the prices that you scan may not match the price posted on the shelf. I brought this to the attention of the guy at the customer service, the one flirting with the two young ladies. He said "yep, sometimes the price doesn't get updated very quickly". Sure, right there are three employees not doing anything - how about you working on the updates! In the long run, it will cost you more to use this service.Was in there on 5/21/22 and they had 1 banana, not one bunch, but 1 banana. How the heck do you manage to not stock the bananas? Even most Dollar Generals have Bananas.This store would be a lot better if they hired people to stock and actually work, not socialize.And tell your order pickers to make room for other shoppers. Tried to go down a couple of aisles and it was blocked by pickers.2 stars because it is still better than the one on Skyland.

Incompetence. This store has by far the laziest saddest employees of any store I’ve ever been inside of. I placed an order for pick up. After driving the 15 miles there and 15 miles home found that NONE of my cold items were loaded into my car. Now I tried calling for 30 minutes straight and not one person has answered the phone. My wife is now driving all the way back to the store. Completely unacceptable. Sure I got a refund for the money. But what about my lost time? And gas in my car for 60 miles round trip for the trips to and from twice. Furious.

I did online pick-up. It is a hit or miss with them. There have been several times they have just thrown my groceries in the trunk and messed up bread, pizzas,ect. There have been some that do a great job.

Today, this Walmart was fully stocked, clean and all registers worked! Good location for quick shopping. The parking lot is getting really hard to turn into with people trying to maneuver in and out of Chick Fil-A, but other than that it was great.

This store is getting progressively worse by the day...online order workers always blocking the Isles filling orders...very poor customer service...most are just walking around looking at their phones or talking on their phones. Cashiers, most but not All are always not being attentive to their job duties...to busy talking smack about their Social life, waiting for their Break time. Very bad attitude overall. If they worked for me I'd Fire them all !

Great store with an excellent manager. If you ever see they are out of something, let him know and they will order more. Their goal is a satisfied customer. The pharmacy is also excellent but the hours are limited. Best time to shop is Tuesday and Thursday mornings. The store is stocked and not crowded.

Very poor customer service rep. A gentleman was very rude on handling a situation I had with a money order. To make a long story short, he brushed me off! By me being in the customer service industry, I know how important it is to make your customers feel appreciated.

Pickup is HORRIBLE. All 9 spaces were taken up with 3 cars waiting along sidewalks. Manager standing around talking at checkout and said pickup department only had 2 workers today. Guess it never crossed her mind to maybe help them out instead of chit chatting with the cashers?!? Or let's atop taking pickup orders if we can't staff the department.

Given we are in the midst of Covid-19 pandemic--with numbers very high here right now--I was shocked and disappointed to see very few reasonable precautions being taken. An employee came within one inch of me in a self-checkout line just to get herself a bottled drink out of cooler--then wait in line behind me--rather than stay a safe distance and get the drink when the line moved. She continued to stand close behind me, chatting non stop with another employee. There were no marks on floor to keep people spaced 6 ft apart. The store was quite crowded. People on motorized scooters especially seemed to ignore social distancing recommendations, zooming between people and even bumping into some. There was no attempt to have people go in only one direction in aisles. Some employees and shoppers had masks below their noses. I only went in to get prescription medicine because my truck with utility trailer could not drive safely through the pharmacy drive through. (The pharmacy is fine and efficient when driving through!) No way would I recommend going in this chaotic messy place. Now I understand a lot more why the Covid-19 numbers are up here.

It's okay. Cleaner. Doesn't seem as crowded as the regular Wal Marts. Has a drive thru pharmacy. Can get tomahawk ribeyes here.Update: they also stay stocked better than the other two WalMarts in the area

I just want to brag on how helpful and polite the employees were. One young lady named Tiara was especially kind, going out of her way to help us find what we needed. It's so nice to shop at a place where the employees appreciate your business!

WMN Nport does a great job.With COVID mostly behind us they stay stocked. Never too busy to answer a question. Curbside pickup and home delivery are great time savers.

Today I stood in checkout line over 15 minutes because the checkout person could not get the system to accept a payment. It was a total mess for everyone waiting to check out. The manager was putzing around and was in no hurry to help. Even she was unable to get the system to work! I think they finally had to call in the National Guard. Seriously, the folks at this store have no detectable sense of urgency. You are really on your own. I keep saying that I'm going to Publix, but now I can just order from Kroger. I think that's what I'll do. (11/27/22)Good selection. Like a mini-Walmart. Hate the self checkout at all Walmarts and Sam's. Today I asked to be checked out by a cashier and the staff immediately directed me to a lane with a cashier. I had lots of items. I just watched a presentation by an attorney discussing how stores are prosecuting people who accidentally miss scanning an item. I don't want that hassle.

Used the pharmacy drive-thru. Had a short wait but not unreasonable. Very courteous and professional employee at the window. Good price on the prescription. No complaints! Glad they have the drive-thru.
