Go somewhere else! Literally ANYWHERE else would be better. You will wait at least a half hour every time even up to an hour for prescriptions. I get messages that my scripts are ready and wait a half hour in line just to be told to come back tomorrow. They also have a stocking issue so if you go to the doctor and need the medicine the same day you might as well forget it. Worst pharmacy ever.

The branch 9n 69S takes 20+ minutes in or outside pharmacy line. I've tried Northport walgreens 4 times in 90 minutes, still not reached a person, and got cut off 4 times while sitting on hold. Changing to a decent pharmacy.

The lines or waiting do not bother me. What bothers me is how rude the associates are in the pharmacy. Most of them, or the one's that assist me are. I stopped using the one on 69s just because of how rude they are. Like for instance I just came out of the store. I'm sitting here writing this review now. For some reason I'm not getting a call letting me know when my prescriptions are ready to be picked up. I was trying to explain to the person who was helping me and they cut me off mid sentence and started talking to other employees. Then they started to help me but only for less than and minute and they walked off again while I was still talking and they waited on people in the drive through. I'm not going to just keep my mouth shut this time or find a different pharmacy. That person has no business working in the pharmacy assisting customers. If management would like to know the name just let me know, well; I can only go by what's on the receipt. Just wanted to add, I haven't seen him in awhile but there was some young man who worked there who was very nice, attentive and professional. I remember one time I went in and he was dressed up like a unicorn š Find more people like that and I guarantee you'll get nothing but 5 star reviews; even with long wait times. Because the last thing people want to do is be in a very unpleasant environment. Especially after leaving work because that is when most of us pick up our prescriptions.

Hours say 24hoirs but theyāre not. Get here just now and doors are locked. After I walked back to my car, associate is staring at me out the door. Itās fine if the hours are wrong but the associate ignored me twice when I asked if they were closed. All she had to say was no

Google says they are open 24 hrs. the only drug store in tuscaloosa thatās open 24 hrs. i pull up at 10:15pm and i walk up to the door. there are 3 workers standing at the door with a blank stare on their face. not even the courtesy to open the door and say we are closed or anything. just looked at me.

Absolutely HORRIBLE pharmacy and staff. Rude, forgetful, and long long long phone waits. Waited 30 minutes to get a person on the phone, then when it was my turn, they picked up the phone and never said anything, just hung it up and I got a continuous beeping signal. So I called the front desk to see if she could buzz back there to simply ask since I had already wasted 30 minutes of my life. No, Absolutely not, that is just way too much to ask of today's lazy people. To pick up a phone and ask them a simple question. So I got put on hold for ANOTHER 30 minutes. They didn't give me my insurance card back and I was simply trying to see if they still had it at the desk. I will be finding another pharmacy that is not a Walgreens.

If you care about your health, fill your prescriptions elsewhere.Also if you care about being treated with respect while shopping in a store that is insanely pricey, even for a bar of soap. Look elsewhere. The staff here seem to just think everyone is up to no good or plotting some kind of heist. If I am willing to pay 150% markup on a product I can get down the road⦠Walgreens should be appreciative? Maybe not combative?I canāt with this store any longer. Granted they have a new pharmacist who is actually a nice human being. Only reason for the extra star.

EXCEEDINGLY RUDE PHARMACY TECH & PHARMACIST backed them up.Couldnāt find my debit card after picking up an rx. Called them & headed back. I was in the pick up line waiting to get my rx behind another car. No one was behind me. I was told by a female that I could NOT WAIT THERE. I had to go park my car in the lot. I said I had been always allowed to wait at the window if no one was behind me. She gave me āa look that could killā and walked off to go get her pharmacist. Tall, big white man w beard. He said you canāt wait here at the window. I told him the same as I told her. Was told NO, you wonāt wait here at the window even with no one behind you. Iām new here in the last month in this town & I told him Iād not be back to that store ever again. I wonāt even buy toilet paper there. Told pharmacist this was nothing more than a power struggle. Iām sick & not feeling well & that was the most asinine thing Iāve ever dealt with. Bye Walgreens.Read all these 58+ reviews over a period of 4+ years. Majority of them are ONE STAR. Most of them noting rudeness. Apparently Walgreens corporate doesnāt care about how this little operation is perceived by the public. Not only that, but word of mouth can hurt or help your business & while one person might not impact your bottom line that much, Iād bet these other disgruntled folks donāt go back & have told others their experience like I have. Start paying attention to your customers Walgreens! We have other choices!

Do not use this pharmacy. I have had an issue every time I've gone to pick up a prescription and the staff at the pharmacy works unbelievably slow and is full of rude employees. It's like they are put out by having to do their job when you pick up a prescription.

This place use to be okay like a year or so ago. It's a nightmare now. Apparently it's not 24 hours anymore and there are almost no friendly people who work there. They are rude and miserable. They also send my boyfriend texts that his RXs are ready, then he gets there to pick them up and they're never ready. I don't even understand how that happens. Walgreens needs to change something.

I see a lot of bad reviews on Walgreens. But to be honest Iāve never had any real issueās myself. I gone there every month for 3 years now. The best part is 99% of the time my uncommon meds are in stock. So Iām happy

I went in yesterday to get my passport picture taken. I was told to leave my number so they could give me a call when it was ready because there were a few orders ahead of me, so I did. I decided to wait around town because I thought surely it wouldnāt take over two hours, I was wrong. I never even got a call. I went back today to tell them I wanted to pick up my picture, because surely it was done and printed. When she asked for my name, she couldnāt find my picture? I told her I took it yesterday and was told Iād get a call when it was ready and didnāt think it would take 24hrs. She had to find my picture herself on the camera and print it out because the other woman did not do it. No wonder I didnāt recieve a call... It wasnāt even being printed.

Poor customer service, always have an attitude. Always a bad experience they never know what they are doing, have called 4 times and given my insurance number 2 different times and still donāt have my RX shipped. Very understaffed aswell!

Pharmacy doesn't pick up the phone. Customer service is lacking. Won't be using this location again..... A week later I tried going through the drive-thru and after 15 minutes one car has not moved from the window. Another 5 minutes and I decide to leave after watching three other cars pull off. Absolutely horrible. Wouldn't even answer their phone when I tried to call to find out what was going on. Changing Pharmacy. Done with this place.

Slowest Pharmacy in Tuscaloosa. You will waitt hours. Go anywhere else! Super slow lazy staff. Also * There was an entire rack of items advertised on sale and they wouldn't honor the price. They wouldn't give me the price it was marked at. Shalia wouldn't even go back there and look. I didn't have time to argue so I just decided from now on I'll go across the street to CVS. Enjoy this 1 star review to go along with all the other 1 star reviews.

The pharmasist were professional but some of the attendants are rude and not helpful and clearly do not appreciate their job. Sometimes we dont appreciate the water untill the well runs dry. If you sincerly enjoy and care for people it shows. And when you dont care it shows even more. I hope whatevers going on with these down and out individuals, it will come to pass for everyones sake. I waited about 25 minutes to drop off a prescription. That's right - just to drop it off. When I finally got to the counter I was told they couldn't take any more prescriptions since they were so busy. I let the young lady know that I was just dropping it off for later when suddenly a sweaty behemoth of a pharmacist appeared. He informed me that he was to busy and he wouldn't fill it later either. I was further told that I should go somewhere else. No problem. This was my first and last experience with Walgreens - never spent a dime and never will. They should be required to pay me for my time though.

Poor management. I shouldāve switched pharmacies a loooooong time ago. The techs are rude, racist, and Iāve seen them disrespect the elderly on many different occasions. It seems like they just hire anybody. You clearly donāt need many, if any, qualifications to work here. 0/10 do not recommend

Had a bad experience with a passport photo. They took forever taking the photo due to the camera dying and not having enough memory. The staff kept having to take my young child's photo because of the camera and took about 6 picture before it got right. Took about 45 minutes. Submitted the photo with our application but it was denied due to the size of the head being too large. So we had to retake the photo at walgreens again and PRAY we get our passport in time for a very expensive trip. If we do not we will have to expedite new paperwork and this will all be due to walgreens not resizing the photo correctly. We asked for a refund which they would not give. The staff was as helpful as the could be on the first visit and I do not blame them for the equipment failure. But i believe due to their error we should have been offered a new photo and refund.

Worst pharmacy Iāve ever been to. After waiting over an hour on a prescription with my sick child I was then told they were out of the specific medication I needed. I asked them when I gave them the prescription and they said it would be ready shortly. Then when I questioned why they didnāt tell me when I brought it in that they were out I was threatened by the manager of the store. I would never go back there again. I will drive out of my way before going back there.

This pharmacy is TERRIBLE!! Twice now they've told me to wait 15 min while they get my prescription ready and I ended up waiting AN HOUR AND A HALF this is completely unacceptable. Every time I go to pick up my prescription they give me the generic of my brand when I specifically tell them that I want the brand and to never assume to give me the generic. Today I have called 5 times, my call has never been answered despite being on hold 15 min each time I call. I am switching all of my prescriptions to CVS. I'm done wasting my time and money, Walgreens has forever lost my service at every location.

Very poor service pharmacy workers playing on cell phones instead of helping customers standing in line for 45 minutes or longer pharmacy drive thru is just as bad. If they can't keep up with customer flow they should shut this location.
