As an established patient for over 10 years, Northcreek Veterinary Clinic was too busy to see our pet during a medical emergency. We had to find another vet to see our pet same day. Very disappointed in how this situation was handled. We feel we are forced to take our business elsewhere.

They we're great! Toby is our youngest child and I will continue to use this Vet. They even called the next day to check in on him and how he was doing. Also they provided a great deal of information and the price for them to see him was good! Around $50 for a last minute visit.

I've been to multiple vets and it was always a difficult process and hidden fees. I haven't experienced that here and they were so quick to help my two cats. Finally a vet that is upfront and will actually get to know your pets!

Everyone at Northcreek has been so kind and helpful with my sweet dog, Bandit. As we said goodbye to him today, Dr. Story and staff were so understanding and comforting during this time of loss. They even lit a little candle at the front desk as Bandit was crossing over. In this time of loss and grief of losing our beloved pet who was family to us, I am thankful for the sweet people here who have cared for Bandit. They truly understand that our pets are family, and they provide the best care for our furry family members. Here is one of Bandit’s last pictures before we held him while he fell asleep for the last time. ❤️

Dr Story was fantastic with our elderly dog Sandy who has anxiety issues. He really made her feel at ease and was very thorough. He explained her medical condition in very easy-to-understand terms. His prices were super affordable as well! We will certainly use Northcreek Vet again! I highly recommend Dr Story and his staff.

Very helpful and informative staff!! They have always been very responsive and reliable. I have used about 4 different vet clinics in the area, but in a time of need it’s Northcreek I always call. The biggest difference between Northcreek and everyone else is their communication. You will never go to Northcreek and be handed a bill with no explanation. They take the time with you to explain exactly what’s happening with your animal and why they are choosing a certain treatment option. All of their prices are affordable and they’ve even given my dog a courtesy nail trim during her exam. Very friendly staff and one of the few places I know for sure my dog will be taken care of!

Dr Story and the staff are excellent! I will save you time looking around. We drove over an hour away to have our Golden Doodle spayed by him. He is smart, kind and great a doctor. I would not trust anyone else after coming to him, which is why we pass many vet offices on our way to him! Don’t bother with anyone else.

We LOVE Dr Story and all of the staff at Northcreek. We have working Labs and it can be difficult to find a vet who respects working animals AND the fact that they are part of your family. Because Dr Story has personal experience with hunting and working dogs, he understands and its so refreshing!!

This morning we called this office to inquire about having our dog put down. We are fulltime RV'ers and have been for nearly 12 years, we travel the country extensively. Our little girl is a 13 yo Springer with Vestibular disease and hip problems, she is in pain and we decided it's time to let her go. The person whom my husband talked to made us feel like we don't know our pet's needs and said we couldn't be seen for three weeks. Believe me, if we lived in the area this is not a vet practice I would be patronizing.

My boyfriend and I had a stray cat that walked into our lives. She resembles one of our other cats that we adopted. We quarantined her from our other animals and we did the walk in hours clinic. McLendon Clinic being open with walk in hours it's a God sent miraculous option. They did the testing we needed to see if our now Luna cat was FIV/L/Herpesvirus positive - thank God she wasn't! We had to go back today for an abscess that I'm sure is from some fight she had to survive as a stray, but they got her fixed up and have long range antibiotics and anti-inflammatory meds on board. I can't say enough about how great these folks are.

Let me get straight to the point. If everyone would give Dr. Story one visit, he would be the only vet in the county. His practice is that good. From top to bottom he has the genuinely nicest most knowledgeable staff that you will find.
