I have always dreamed of having a mobil pet service coming to my house. I am so glad I found Jenny and Lily! I have 2 short haired pit bull mixes that have both been abused that I rescued as adult dogs. They are both nervous and shed all year long. Putting them in the car to retake anywhere is traumatic for them so I opted to splurge for this service. I was not disappointed.They came out and I put my dogs in their mobile shop. Within an hour they were both as happy as could be and smelled amazing! They were also completely dried! It has been over 24 hours and they still smell amazing. I took a deshedding brush to see how well they did as I paid extra for that service and it was the first time I didn’t have a huge pile of hair!I highly recommend Jenny and Lily and have opted to use them monthly! It is well worth the cost to not have to do it myself and I can never trim their claws myself. Very impressed!

I tried getting an appointment booked with them and it took forever to get everything finalized. Then come the day of my appointment I was told I would be one of the first ones done. It wasn’t until 5pm when I got a call asking if I was willing to wait until 8pm to get my service. I’m sure they are wonderful and busy people but they need to do a better job at being reliable and not overbooking or over extending themselves. I will never use them because they proved to be unreliable for me.

They did a great job on our two Yorkies! Prompt, professional and knowledgeable. The fact they are a mobile grooming business is an added bonus, one of our babies has bad anxiety when traveling. Will be using again! Brandy was great with our babies! Owner even texted to check on our satisfaction! Highly recommend!

Jenny and Lily groomed our long-haired dachshund last week. They trimmed her nails and she was fresh and clean after the service.However, they also trimmed quite a bit of her hair when we asked them to please only trim the bottoms of her feet. Somehow during the process, our dog also ended up with a substantial cut on her belly--presumably as a result of the unrequested shaving. They did not tell us about this, but we noticed it later in the day. We understand that these things happen (especially since our dog is extremely wiggly!), but wish they had told us. It's especially frustrating since we did not want her to be trimmed there in the first place.Jenny and Lily were polite and respectful in their communications to schedule our appointment. However, they were a bit slow to respond to text messages and did not seem to prioritize timeliness.Altogether, I would not recommend this service given our experience. I think that some additional measures to ensure that they understand what services to provide would help prevent problems like this in the future.

The flexibility of having a mobile grooming service come to your house has been worth every penny! They do a fantastic job and my pups approve.

Excellent!! We’ve used Jenny and Lillie’s a couple of times now and we won’t go anywhere else! They are friendly and do a great job on our 2 mini schnauzers! It’s so much easier and less stressful on the dogs and us! I don’t like to leave them somewhere all day in a cage not knowing how they are. They love the groomer and that says a lot to me!! Plus they do a great job!!! Highly recommend! Have recommended them to several friends already! Thank you!

Jenny and Lilly did a fantastic job at grooming my Goldendoodle Ginger and Ginger can be very hard to work with and she was extremely matted. I will definitely be using them again! They took their time and got all of her knots out without shaving her! We also had a scheduling mishap and they got me in immediately. 10/10

Jenny groomed our 80 pound lab mix today. She did a full groom and was done within an hour! I loved the convenience of not having to take our dog anywhere or putting him into a kennel (this gives him anxiety). High quality, professional groom! Highly recommend!
