My place to go when I'm in need of tools of some kind. Staff is always friendly and willing to help when needed. What I was in need of wasn't on the shelf and asked when the shipment was coming in. She (being the one with a brace) checked the system and found 15pc had come in the night before. She had then taken the time to find the product. If only all your locations and staff were this hospitable. My thumbs up 👍 to this woman.

I may be biased as an employee, but the store is always kept very clean and the workers are super happy to help. I’ve never been to a Harbor Freight location as great as this one. If you need tools on a budget, come here

I like this place. We bought a generator about 6 months ago and went back today to buy humane capture traps for the bunnies that have been helping themselves to our beautiful vegetable garden. Fingers crossed!

They have a very friendly staff and they work hard to keep the shelves stocked. They always greet me when I walk in the door, even though to them I am just another customer. Sometimes you get what you pay for, and other times the quality is higher than you expect. It's Harbor Freight. I will always shop there whenever they suit my need. Great store.

Great for those high count items like screws and cheaper tools. The quality to price ratio is really great on lower priced items. I doubt I'd get under a car held up by their Jack's but I'd use their screws to build a deck any day of the week. Their cheapest power tools, like oscillators and heat guns, may not be world class but they will get the job done for years. I haven't had their brand fail in me yet sticking to the small stuff. Tool bags and belts are nice as well.

Good service. Good selection. Must know what you ate looking at when buying tools here. Some quality is poor as a use-it-once-and-chuck-it type tool, but they are getting better. Very nice having this store close by. You can get great bargains and nice stuff, if you know what you are doing. Excellent return policy.

I have spent over $3000 in this store, and that ends now. I will not purchase from them again. My issue is that the receipts fade so quickly, I have a pile that you cannot do anything with. I bring this to the Assistant Managers attention and he made it very clear he did not care. So I am stuck with a few items that do not work but they will never see a dime of my money ever again. Nothing more I can do. Oh and the Assistant manager was a bit of a jerk!

Called and stopped in inquiring about a generator. Some lady with blonde hair was being a jerk about it. She obviously didn’t want to be there so therefor that made me not want to be there. I drove to Birmingham Harbor Freight and bought one instead. Much nicer store and much more welcoming.

Harbor Freight simply can't be beaten for tool prices, from what we have seen. We have also bought carts and hand trucks, tarps and such from them . We also bought two greenhouses. Very happy to have the Jasper Alabama store available near us. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We just bought 2 carports, and had to make a trip to Northport to get the second one, but the Supply chain problems are not their fault. We were thrilled to be able to get them.

Harbor Freight is a Fantastic place to find any quality tool at a price that’s much lower than anywhere that I’ve seen. Outdoor power tools also available. Almost every item will be priced with a 30%-50% off sale sticker on most aisles. Go visit for yourself, it’s a fun store to go to as well. Don’t just take my word for it... again go and see for yourself.

BEST MAN STORE EVER!! I like this store so much that i find any excuse to go. If I'm even in the same shopping center I stop and go in. They have every tool or gadget that you will ever need and then some at half the price of any where else. So glad we finally got a Harbor Freight here.

The staff here is always very friendly. The only complaint I have is that this location seems to never have the advertised sale items in stock. Other than that I recommend this place.
