I have been going to this store for a long duration stuff has been all over the place with different workers until the last several months my opinion the store manager is a bit cocky and walks around on her phone leaving other workers by themselves she's is rude no manager should leave one person left alone there. I was in the store manager smart talking to a customer. Why? Does Dollar General have a manager this cocky and rude who doesn't pay attention to their co-workers she uses failed language towards the co-workers?

Today I stopped by for milk and was pleased to find many items I use there. My first time to visit. I will say many shelves were empty but it did seem to be extremely busy. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Ms. Renaie(spelling). She was welcoming, helpful, and a great asset to the store.

This store is so bad I stop going because it's a mess an there out of ever thing stock is sit all over the store an the shelf's are empty they need to close this store the pictures they have posted is not from that store I will be up dating with pictures later today

I thought that some basic food items would be cheaper here, but not anymore. The prices were higher than Walmart and they were out of a lot of items. After not finding what I wanted, I decided not to waste anymore time and I left.

In and out 10 minutes before they closed. They didn't shut them early as I've seen some uncaring associates do at other similar stores. In and out in three minutes I think. That was mostly me scurrying around for the two items I needed. Boom, I was checked out and GONE! Yay! Thanks, Dollar General! You're cool.

I made a quick stop to pick up milk & eggs for my Mom & I only took a little cash in my pocket. After seeing the eggs were such a good price I decided to get an extra dozen. When I checked out I was 27 cents short so I told the cashier I had to go to my car to get it. Instead she said " I've got this" & covered it. Very good customer service!

Poor customer service! My 85 year old grandmother was there last week and had a terrible experience with the manager on duty! The manager told my grandmother to fill out her check, and when my grandmother told her that the other stores didn't make her do it, she said, "I don't care what the other stores do." Then she asked the cashier nearby if she had ever made my grandmother fill out a check. The sweet, honest girl said no, she hadn't. The manager then said, "As soon as I'm done here you are getting a write up." That poor employee! Then she looked at my grandmother and said, "She will be getting written up," as if to reassure to my grandmother that her employee would be getting in trouble because of her!! How unprofessional!!!! She was beyond rude and did not treat my elderly grandmother with respect. Her behavior was so disgusting that my grandmother was shaking when she left. She refuses to go back to this dollar general! I suggest you get rid of this extremely rude manager and hire one that doesn't treat their staff and customers terribly! It is not a healthy or pleasant environment to work or shop in.

High employee turnover. Stocking is a mess. Refrigerated cases often run low or run out especially milk. Remodeled store? Not. Floors always look dirty. Men's room door won't close, much less lock. Sometimes runs out of soap and hand towels.

Best store close to my house. The staff recognizes me by face. Since the staff is so nice my husband and I keep going back for selection and friendly associates❗💯% service all the time & Very helpful.

Conveniently located 5-6 minutes from my house. They are friendly and they are always stocking the shelves which means they get lots of business. Great place if you need to just run in and grab something!

I used to love to shop here because they will always have their shelves stock but now they are out of everything and the things that needed to be put on the shelves is sitting in the back of the store and boxes then the buggies that have customer using is worn out and the good buggies is stocked with things that need to be on the Shelf I said at least 8 buggies in that store stocked which items

The Dollar general on 43 North that's close to the intersection of 43 North and Flatwoods has the best staff of any business that I have been to in years! They are the best!
