All DG's are what they are.... but for the love of God I wish this store would just try at least a little! I went in 2 days ago and just turned around and walked out. It was disgusting. The one on hwy 43 is better and at least the lady that is in there most of the time is always nice to people "good morning " unlike this store! It's needed a good manager for a long time!

Ya'll need to seriously bring back Mrs Brenda. she was a good manager. She kept the store clean and the ladies that she employed were friendly and helpful. This store has went so downhill. Trash every where.

Im not one to complain, but when I was at the store yesterday on Rose Blvd I dealt with the worst customer service I have seen in a very long time. Eden (not sure of the spelling) was completely rude to the 3 people I saw her check out before myself and continued to be rude to myself. I guess I made a mistake asking for cigarettes. This is not the 1st time she has done this, and I guess I will just go to another store if she is working that day. She repeatedly tried to get all the customers to use self checkout, she even told me they needed to check themselves out so she didnt have to. (yes, she told me this)

Its simple and easy layout thr staff is friendly and kind and can show you what your looking for and they greet you at the door when not busy

Associates were very nice. Asked if i found everything which was cool. Aisles are a little close together but I guess they gotta be to have enough product for customers for such a small store.

Associate saved us alot of time by telling us where we could find several things. She really knew the store well. The associate at the register was courteous and quick. We love Dollar General!

Shawn was a champ. There was a man, on foot, entering and exiting the store, talking loudly, even agitated. The agitation was directed towards Shawn and he handled it amazingly. Noticed he removed his younger cashier from the area (to the office) which showed his character. He'd rather be hurt than get her hurt. He never raised his voice, fed the customers agitation,, he was calm and calmly answered the man. Luckily the police was called and arrived. Not everyone would have handled the situation as Shawn did. Bravo!

WOULD BE 5️⃣⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐However...This Dollar General on #RoseBlvd is Definitely on my List of Top 5 DG Stores that I Prefer to Shop at due to Cleanliness, Fresher Products Available, Employee Courtesy, & >80% of Items Usually Needed & Wanted are Available. 👏🏼👌🏼👍🏼👍🏼THE ONE THING THAT HAS ME DISAPPOINTED RESULTING IN LESS FREQUENTED SHOPPING VISITS FOR THIS & OTHER ITEMS AS WELL. They had NO pills hardly at all on the shelf and nobody offered to help me find what I needed. I finally left and went 8. Miles out of my way to buy them.

I go to that store occasionally but they have another store near my home that I usually go to and they are fantastic. They have very knowledgeable employees and a clean, well stocked store!! It's on highway 43N near Teirace Patton Road

Just bought a gallion of milk, and had turned, had chunks in it, date was 6/16/22. Called the store ,was indifferent to my complaint

The 2 employees left the building while the store had many customers inside. One employee kept trying to talk to the other as the one worked the register. There seems to be to much goofing off instead of work. And for birh employees to be outside at the same time left the store vulnerable to theft and robbery.
