Terrible service. Sales associate was too busy to get off his phone and check us out. There were three of us waiting so we had to use the self check out. He never looked up from his phone even when directly addressed. No one else in the store available to help. I will come to CVS as last resort.

it's very quick and convenient and it is always so clean. There's a cashier I think her name is Erica but she works hard in there. As i walked through the store i kept seeing her goung back and forth from the register to stocking and even cleaning up the isles. she was very busy but I even heard her helping this elderly lady out! then she checked me out and her personality is just as good if not better than her work ethic! You don't get them like this anymore. .so if you read this Erica thank you for your hard work. u go over and beyond and are appreciated 👏 She even made sure I that i finally got a cvs card .... got one today 😊

Jo is one of the the nicest, most helpful people I have ever met. She is proud of her job, and it shows. I didn't catch the name of the other lady who stopped by to see if I needed help, but she was just as kind and knowledgeable. Amazing!

They regularly do not have the prescription I am looking for. They send alerts that my prescription is ready, just for me to arrive, wait in line, get out of line and wait because my prescription is not actually ready. Today was the worst, just had a tooth pulled, waited 20 minutes to drop off my prescription, was told it would be ready at 12:30. That was 2.5 hours away.I arrived back at 12:45 in a lot of pain. They told me my prescription wasn’t ready, it would be 5-10 minutes because of the narco safe delay. So they hadn’t even got it out of the safe yet. I had to wait there over 30 minutes.

I stopped here specifically to buy a supplement that I couldn't find anywhere else. They advertised it as a buy one get one free item. It wasn't where it was supposed to be. I kept searching and found one on the shelf somewhere. Problem was, there weren't anymore on the shelf. The clerk Amanda, went to the back and searched for more, but there wasn't any. So she offered me a raincheck for when more stock came in.

This may be my close main Pharmacy & place to pick up Healthcare needs but Everyone always courteous & ask me "how are u today"? & that means alot to me personally. The Pharmacist & pharmacy techs are so kind I appreciate how they help me with any questions or products. I've nvr been given a hard time aside from 1 man who seemed to pre-judge me & gave me a odd feeling with questions he was asking me but all the other great women that help me during the week this guy was on a weekend shift. I'm always kind & they return their kindness in small talk answering any questions & filling my medications in quick timely order also helping me with discount cards. They are all truly professional, courteous & we acknowledge each other in such kind & endearing small talk. As someone who suffers from extreme Anxiety & blood pressure/clotting issues they know me in passing as acquaintance & I appreciate them very much. The workers in the store (stocking, cashiers, always make me feel comfortable & that means alot. Thank you all very much. 😊

Don’t waste your time going In this store during the night. The older black lady and the guy named Malik are the rudest employees I have ever came across. I will be calling every week to make a complaint until something Is done. Especially with the older lady. I forgot her name. But every time I am In there she HARASSES ME It never fails she’s looking In my buggy she’s looking In my bags like searching everything she’s looking on the computer at my stuff she’s calling other employees up and I’m done!! I spend so much $ In this store. I never have a problem during the day but If you go In while she’s working and you are white she has a Issue. (That white lady didn’t pay for her all her stuff she said rudely) She didn’t say nothing to the others that was In there but god forbid I was white and she showed out but guy walked out with a ton of stuff In his pants the security thing went off she said HAVE A GOOD DAY BABY but here I am paying $100 for my stuff food mainly and she stands and watches me and even gets the guy Malik to follow me outside to my car to check my receipt and I’m done I’m SO mad I won’t until something Is done!!! He checked my Receipt after following to my car and guess what all my stuff was paid for no reason a grown man should follow a woman to her car he should of checked before I left the store. Idc what anyone says that lady Is the most racist person I ever met. I love everyone and I never have or had a Issue with anyone or ever checking out until I come In here AND ITS ONLY WHEN SHES THERE!!! I’ll be returning everything I bought and moving my family’s prescriptions.

I went there today for free flu shot and had an excellent experience. Store is extremely clean, fresh, and well organized. Every employee from the manager, to pharmacist, to stock people were extremely courteous and welcoming--asking several times if I needed help. This is like a whole different store from the past. I had stopped going there a year or 2 ago, but will definitely go back! Also, all employees had masks properly worn and followed Covid19 precautions.

CVS is fine, just whipped up at 11:45pm and it closes at 12am. Lady said they were closed “sorry”. Safe to say she was wrong

I love this store! The the staff is always so helpful. i just love Mr. Patrick the Pharmacist, and the whole pharmacy staff. I have been using them for over 20 years now and would not go anywhere else.

This is the worst CVS ever. The pharmacy is completely out of control. The pharmacy manager, Lindsey, is very rude and unethical. They either don't answer the phone, hardly ever check the voicemail call in prescriptions and then rude on top of that. I've had nothing but one problem after another with getting my prescriptions. I've reported them, and they still do the same. They totally need new management!

The employees here are very unfriendly and sometimes downright grumpy. Additionally, whenever you go to fill a prescription it’s ALWAYS 1-2 hours to wait. I avoid this CVS at all costs. It is pitiful.This last time, instead of waiting two hours, I drove 20 minutes to the Gordo Alabama location and filled prescriptions in 20 minutes. No loss to me, both stores were on my way home.

DON'T GET PASSPORT PICTURE. I we toook our passport picture, and they where rejectec. I when to get my refund and the only give me the refund in a gitf I ask for cash but the manager said he can not do that.They need to train there people on how to take picture. why the offer a service that they are no equip to do it. this is lack of leadership. Now I stuck with a gift card for place I dont want to do bussines.
