We picked up Buck from Norman back in June, when he was 12 weeks old. Gave us great information for how to care for and raise our GSD puppy. Four months later and he’s still doing great! We’re about to send him back to Triple S for training. Looking forward to it.Edit: Buck just completed his first four weeks of private basic obedience training with Norman, and I see a huge difference! Will be sending him back in a few months for off-leash training. Photos attached.

My son made a wonderful choice when he decided on Triple S. He named his puppy Smoke. From day one he has been a sweetie pie. My son has been strict with his training, I am sure that Smoke’s breeding has made it much easier. Smoke is everyone’s friend. When my son needs us to babysit, my husband takes him to his financial planning office. He licks all the clients, who can be anxious after seeing the 90lb cutie. Smoke is good in large crowds and adjusts to new surroundings quickly. He is the best dog we have had, and that even includes a golden retriever. When our son leaves town we will miss Smoke, and my son.

I had been looking into breeders and actually stumbled across Triple S by accident.I made a call and spoke with Norman for over an hour about the breed, what he expected of me and I told him what I was looking for. We both agreed to meet.Fast forward a few days and we made the four hour drive to speak with them in person. We were able to see all of the dogs and a few puppies. At the time only two were available and we didn’t connect with either of them so we put a small deposit down for a future litter.About three weeks later Roslyn called and said two of her buyers had postponed and she now had a male and a female available. I made the drive to see if either puppy actually chose me. The male did!!!We are so pleased with Norman and Roslyn. Our puppy is extremely intelligent with an excellent temperament. He is now fifteen weeks old and knows fourteen commands in two languages.They truly care about where the dogs go. If you get a dog from Triple S they will check on them periodically to see how they are doing.I plan on doing a board and train with Triple S as soon as possible just to further his training.

Approximately 2 years ago I reached out Triple S GS as I was trying to breed my BGS. We started her next heat cycle. Asfyer making arrangements each time her heat cycle was active we would travel to to Alabama. When my girl didn’t want to mate we AI’ed her each time. I am so glad that they continued to work with me and accommodate us each time. Persistence paid off as I have 6 beautiful BGS. Thank you so much. Highly recommended

Norm really knows shepherds, and how to train them. I highly recommend Triple S Shepherds. He has only had our Oakley there for a week and already there is a huge difference. Can't wait to see the final product.

I called Triple S a few months ago after my previous dog passed away simply to ask about the breed and see if they thought my lifestyle could support a GSD. The shear volume of information that Norman had for me on the phone was enough for a five star review. He patiently answered the LONG list of questions I had for him. I then planned to go to their kennels to meet them and their dogs in person before considering a puppy. The kennels were clean and well maintained and their personal dogs were well trained and cared for. I took that as a good sign. I have to confess, I was a bit incredulous of the “puppy picks the owner” claim. However, while I was there he brought out their available pups and that was it… I fell in love right then and there and he fell in love with me. My boy Cash almost instantly started to follow me around and even chased the other puppies away. I couldn’t leave without him. Now it’s been a few months and I love him even more. He’s the best dog I’ve ever had. He learns lightning fast and was potty trained within a few days. He’s solely MY dog though, he won’t listen to anyone else nearly as well. He’s got the sweetest demeanor, but he’s protective of me. He gets jealous if our other dog is playing with me and will sit on my lap to come in between us. I have a slight concern about separation anxiety, but with training I believe we can nip that in the butt and get him relaxed. Overall, I am unbelievably grateful to Triple S for giving me the opportunity to care for Cash and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to add a shepherd to the pack.

Originally I placed a $500. Deposit on the 2 rescue girls.I had difficulties on closing my house due to repairs the seller was being quite slow. I called them and let them know in mid January and also in February 2023 . Confirming I was not interested in pursuing due to the long time of closing on house.I spoke to the wife last week and she told me she would get back to me. We’ll a week later still not a word.I did not sign anything, nor on my receipt did it state non refundable deposit.Now they won’t take my calls….geezHow can they justify keeping my deposit when I have received nothing!If you are going to deal with this breeder make sure you are aware you will not receive any monies you have put down . But there again normally you are purchasing a puppy. Any reputable breeder will return your deposit when circumstances are beyond your control.Bad Practice!I do not want a pup, training, stud services, just return my original payment……..I have nothing for the $500.

I just finished the beginner level obedience class with one of my shepherds. I can't say enough good things about the class and the difference in my dog. The classes are geared specifically to German Shepherds and their intelligence level. We are looking forward to the advance class next spring!

We purchased a beautiful black Shephard from Triple S Shepherds. We wanted to get a service dog for our daughter but fully trained dogs were out of our budget. We got in touch with Triple S Shepherds and Mr. Norman let us come and let a puppy pick us. After a couple of months we sent him to training at Triple S Shepherds for a month (we called it "Boot Camp"). What difference! We can take take him anywhere. The best part is my daughter is sleeping so much better and is no longer afraid to go the store (she takes her dog). He has more training to go but we are able to take in steps which makes it affordable. This has been a totally positive experience.

Review #1:I have just started the adoption process with Triple S Shepherds. I will update this review as the adoption progresses. I talked with Norman for a while on the phone about the breed in general. Today, I went to meet Norman and Ros and one of their dogs. I have a toddler and wanted to be sure he was comfortable with the breed as well. Long story short, my son loved the dog we saw(Ros's). We did our deposit now and will return in 6ish weeks to find out which puppy will be ours. They are very knowledgeable on the dogs that they have and I'm super excited to work with them on this journey of adding a new family member. Also, we are adopting from the family line. I’m blown away by the kindness of the owners of Triple S Shepherds.I sent an email, asking some General Questions. I received a phone call from Norman the very next day. He spent probably 40 minutes out of his day talking to me about German Shepherds.At first, Norman asked me questions about myself, my family, and why we wanted a GSD. It’s clear that Norman really cares about these pups, and does not want his Shepherds to go to the wrong hone.Norman taught me a lot about the history of German Shepherds that I never knew. The following day, I had some questions so I called back. Norman spent another 30 minutes answering every question, walking me through pedigree charts, and displaying his clear passion and extensive knowledge of the breed.We have started the process, and my family is ecstatic to bring home our puppy in a few months. I will update when we have our pup. But so far we couldn’t ask for better people to do business with. 10 stars out of 5

They are a respectable couple who cares deeply about where their shepherd pups are getting a new home at. Roslyn and Norman have always answered our 50 Q’s despite how busy they were. Purchasing our baby girl from SSS almost 2 years ago has been a great experience. The support from Norman and Ros has been extremely important in raising up Sadie. I had never raised a Shepard and needed training myself. Norman said he'd be there after the sale and he was 100 percent.

Went there to play with a few of their puppies for my birthday (I'm a simple person). The owners were so nice and knowledgeable about the breed and you knew they definitely cared about their dogs so much! We will definitely be recommending them to anyone we know!

My 3 yr old GSD just did a Board and Train and we are extremely pleased! Jack our GSD is one tough cookie to crack at times. Norm has been a great Trainer! He is very professional as well as educational for the owners. We learned alot and the training shows in Jack's behavior differences since returning home. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

These people know their dogs, we were looking to buy a puppy and we ended up getting a 4 year old dog that I was a bit concerned that he might be set in his ways and might not bond with us. To my surprise he is very easy to handle, after only 3 days he follows us everwhere. Now I feel comfortable if we have to leave for a couple of days that my dog will look after the home, great people to deal with thanks a lot for a great friend .al

So looking for a dog can be easy due to over breeding and shelters, which are usually our first pick but we wanted a smart breed that was young to grow older with. So a simple search and we found TripleShepard in Ozark, Alabama, 2 hours away. When we contacted Mr Norman about possibly buying a Shepard we were told it’s best to see and feel out in person and wouldn’t do business immediately. They are patient, kind and real and will deny you if you have a bad vibe. They want to meet you and see your character before sending another life that they created and raised. I love there professionalism and how they made you really think about owning this breed due to there extensive knowledge of Shepard’s. I am familiar with the Shepard breed and knew they were smart high energy dogs. We chose the more docile breed that is more relaxed cause I didn’t want to limit its potential. So we choose the mother dog Mopsi and finally have a 9 week old puppy called Kato.

If you want a wonderful German Shepherd puppy.. you need to get you one from triple s Shepherds. The best 2 dogs I have one . They are very friends folks aslo.. still after all this time I still have a relationship with them I have a son with autism and the puppy that choose my son .become his service dog my son learn to do the simple things like going in a store . Max is his dogs name and he has help me threw many things with my son I'm truly blessed to have Max .. so if you truly want a wonderful beautiful German Shepherd puppy 😍😍 look no further 😍❤️😍
