This small thrift shop was great. Good parking, sweet workers, and dressing rooms! I love that if someone needs a Bible, they can go in and get one for free. My daughter loved the kid-sized shopping carts. I also loved their adorable holiday room. 😃

Stopped in on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. Having recently moved to a new home, I’d been shopping for an area rug. Never expected to find exactly what I had been looking for there. Also found two great lamps, a lampshade and a couple of other items. Jackpot! I’ll go back.

Let me start by saying I used to love this thrift store. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. I know that this store operates to help those in need, but they get these items for FREE. In the last two years I have seen them gouge prices, particularly on furniture, to HUNDREDS of dollars. Yes, HUNDREDS. This used to not be the case. Three years ago I got a wonderful made, large dresser for $50 from here. I still have it to this day and love it. Now, they are selling furniture items for 100s of dollars and I can no longer support this thrift store. Receiving items as donations, this store needs to price them at a price people can afford. The reality is, most of the items you buy from here NEED some work done to them to be functional in someone’s space. Pieces need to be priced to reflect this. They don’t need to be priced higher than you can buy something new. Even if there are flippers buying stuff (which we heard the manager LOUDLY complaining about the last time we were in the store) who cares???? Again, you got this stuff for FREE and they’re still supporting the cause by purchasing it from you in the first place. When my friends and family buy houses or welcome little ones into their homes, I’ve loved to fix furniture up to gift them, because prices for new stuff is so high these days. This is so disappointing that this thrift store is gouging prices to where no one can afford any of their items anymore. Can only imagine how much inventory they sit on since they aren’t moving stuff from the storefront like they used to. So disappointing and I’ll never spend another dollar here OR donate any of my things here as long as this is how they’re going to operate.

One of my favorite places to shop. It doesn't matter what you are looking for, check here first. The store is always clean. The staff work very hard keeping the shelves full and organized. The prices are good, and the selection is even better. Everyone there seems to love what their doing. They are always willing to help with what ever you need. One time I witnessed an older gentleman praying for a young mother and her babies right beside the dresses. I often have a good feeling wash over me when I leave. My spirit feels, renewed... if you will. The Care Center offers much more than a used dresser, or last years cleats. Whatever you're looking for, whether it's clothes or compassion , you'll find it there. So I would recommend checking them out, you'd be surprised at what all they do to help out the community. I know I was. Love, love Kim and everyone there! She's doing an amazing job.

I’ve shopped here since it first opened, and I’ve donated hundreds of dollars worth of items each year. I will no longer go to the Care Center in New Hope. The items are ridiculously overpriced and the better items are reserved and labeled as “not for sale.” I’ve seen my own donated items of little value marked up to as much as $20 dollars and beyond. When I asked about this, the response was that “we have bills to pay.” Let’s all remember that these items are DONATED. I acknowledge that the Care Center is financially supportive of our community, and I appreciate the good they do. However, it is a thrift store and should reflect thrift store prices. Facebook Marketplace and antique/picker stores have much better and more reasonable prices.

I must say these people are awesome whether in the Furniture Store or the Thrift Store! GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!!I shop for numerous folks all over the area looking for good buys and they are always so helpful and I have always received assistance! Yesterday for instance I had my list for all the folks, moms, churches, disabled, vets...and friends from toney, harvest, hazel green....i always have a list for each person. Before I knew it when paying I got side tracked they are so efficient and prompt the guys loaded up a filing cabinet, i was standing at the counter unlocked my car for them paid for the items at the counter. Went to place the items I paid for in the car and be certain that the filing cabinet was going to fit in the back seat, to many things were happening very fast! I had to return to the counter was my fault but i forgot to ask for my receipt for the things in the bag, i went back in to pay for the filing cabinet. And wrote the amount on the back for the first purchase! I come in this store numerous times a week for so many people they make things happen so fast at this store it is wonderful! I simply love dealing with these honest Godly warm people and recommend this place to everyone! I enjoy the caring happy faces i see every visit and am so thankful this store is here to bless those out there in need! Our country is suffering now with insurance etc... The clothing racks were pretty depleted. They have no set schedule of running sales, which in my opinion, a monthly calendar equals a well run thrift store. The brands were mixed. It was smaller and more expensive than the other thrift stores I frequent with a better selection. It's a 28min ride from my home so I won't be back.

It was gross. It smells bad and all the stuff they had in there looks really ancient. I do not recommend. And the staff did not even greet me when I walked in the door they stared me up and down and then continued their conversation. It seems like the white people get the friendly side of the staff so that might be the problem 😂

They have a large selection of men women and girls clothing but if you need boys clothing or shoes, they have very little. I guess boys just wear things out faster and can't be donated
