First time ordering anything from this company. Unfortunately, 25% of my order was deceased within 52 hours of pickup from Post Office. I've been keeping chickens for years and I've never experienced such a high death rate on a shipment. It is disappointing that the owner, Ryan, does not allow any exceptions for the sake of customer satisfaction regarding fatalities past the 24hr mark. Unfortunately, given my unsatisfactory experience with lacking customer service and the sub par quality poultry received, I do not recommend Valley Farms Hatchery "Bargain" Roosters. Not much "bargain" to be seen as the name would suggest given the mortality rate.

Good fair and honest people that is a joy to buy any type farm feed equine equipment a very large selection of all. A family owned and operated store. So don't be surprised if a 12 year old young man loads your items into your vehicle. LoL And don't worry he knows his business like a grown man.
