Thank you to Jade. She managed her store while filling propane bottles in the freezing temps, rain & sleet on Sunday, 1/14/24. She continued to fill bottles during the time that she was supposed to take her meal break. She even asked if it was ok with those in line if she took a much needed restroom break. All this while answering calls & continuing to do her job as manager. You don'tse e.his kind of dedication & customer service often anymore. I will be shopping at TS Iin Muscle Shoals alot more often. . Thank you Jade. I hope your company appreciates you.!

I am well aware that you have to train people but please don’t tell your customers that they can go some where else or wait when you ask to get propane tanks filled. This just happened at Muscle Shoals, Alabama. Essentially, after a 30 minute wait. Why not just bring the trainee out to learn how to do that job?

Best Tractor Supply I've ever been in. Neat and organized. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Prices are good and environment is nice and cool, great to get out of the summer heat and get some shopping done.

Good inventory. Nice, helpful, 30-something ladies working there. The really young ones just out of high school - illiterate, clueless, no sense of customer service. Why do "woke" corporations like Tractor Supply insist on hiring brain dead teenagers with pink hair and black lipstick - and that's just the teen boys! Customers CAN and will vote with their feet, walking into your competition, never to return.

Friendly and helpful staff. Had a good experience. And unlike a certain unnamed retailer...their employees know where their products are located and are happy to do more than point or shrug and walk off. (Looking at you WalMart).

Young woman cashier with dark hair was extremely rude. Called and asked about a specific product, she said she is holding it for me. Arrived at the store to discover she is holding the wrong product. Asked if she has the correct product I asked for, she said no this is all we have. Walked back to see for myself, and there they are sitting on the shelf in the correct spot. She did not even check, and I was very clear with what I asked for. When I brought them to the front to purchase she acted like I was in the wrong and she was right. Go to Rural King instead, they have free popcorn

I was put on hold for almost 15 minutes after the person answering the the phone was rude about me asking about a feed they carry online and to see if they would be willing to stock it in store because me and several others would need 2-3 bags of the feed each monthly. It is outrageous that we would need to pay $15+ for shipping per bag!!! Especially when I know for a fact other stores have started stocking the exact same feed in their stores because multiple people needed more than 1 bag each monthly!If given the option I would leave no stars!

My grandfather passed away an Karen helped me almost closing time an she walked around the whole store trying to help me find all the things I would want to put on the grave and she went above an beyond. I needed her. She also asked if she could hug me and she made a bad day so much better. If you don't give this a girl promotion you are really missing out shes the best I used to not feel as comfortable in this store until I met her. Make sure she gets the proper reconization she deserves!

Went here to purchase a lawnmower and rent a trailer. Couldn't rent a trailer because the registration on the trailer tag expired in 2020, which means they haven't updated it for over 2 years. They certainly don't care about getting our business. We will never buy anything here again.

Love this place! Just have to knock down a star for the cashier. She was leaned over the counter looking at her phone and didn’t even make eye contact with me when she was talking to me, just on her phone. Other than that, I love shopping here for my horses.

I wish I could rate them higher, but they are constantly out of the food I feed my pets. If they aren't out of it then it's usually in the back and not on the shelves, so we have to hunt down an employee to go check..which leads to another problem..not enough employees! My boyfriend needed propane one day and there was no one there that could help him, so he just left and went somewhere else.I actually like the Tractor Supply brand of pet food, 4Health, but it's sad when they are consistently out of their own brand. I do not like swapping to another food constantly, so I'm probably just going to find another brand that I know I won't have issues finding when it's time to buy more.

First off 2 of the 4 employees were not wearing a mask at all. The cashier and stocker were not wearing one at all, a young woman who I believe works in the costumer service section had hers on her chin. The only one I saw actually wearing one was management because he was telling the maskless man where to move things.Because of the public health crisis that we are currently dealing with in our community I have no intentions of shopping at tractor supply again, if this is their response to a pandemic.Second, I was there for dog food and a heater I found online and it said there was one in stock. It's in stock alright and has been returned twice because it doesn't work and they put it right back out. I took photos of the two return tags both in different handwriting and dates.So Tractor Supply knowingly sells broken merchandise?Between seeing broken merchandise being resold more than once and the person who would be taking my money and being direct contact with me not wearing a mask and management seeing it and being okay with it. I will no longer be shopping at Tractor Supply for any of my home needs or my farm needs.

I’ve always been treated like family when I shop there. They’ve gone out of their way to help make sure I have all the things I need to take care of my animals. Their prices are on par with any other similar business, and most times cheaper.

Good parking area away from store for semis. Not sure of policy. Some do park around further back near Walmart on the other side of the building. Store has a good stock of items.

Awful place we called and they said they were closing at 4 that if we got there before 4 they would fill up our propane and we got there before 4 and they were closed. We had to risk our lives in the horrible weather and Ivey roads for y’all to lie to us and now we have no heat in our house and probably freeze

Ok been there at least 4 times for propane. Aleays an excuse other than the truth. TO LAZY TO PREFORM YOUR JOB AND THE WORST MANAGED STORE EVER!!! NOT TO MENTION BASICALLY ACCUSING YOU OF BEING A THIEF TO GET THE NON EXISTANT PROPANE. GO TO RURAL KING FOR EVERYTHING !!!!!

Love Tractor Supply, the decision to open at 8 is a little weird. Farmers are up at daylight and construction workers usually start a 7 so they are giving away a ton of business.
