Brought my dog to be groomed. She's a shih tzu. She needed it so bad, she had to be pretty much shaved. The groomer was so nice. She didn't shame me for not bringing her sooner. My bad looks and feels so much better.

Good luck trying to get them to answer the phone. You try to leave a voicemail they don’t return your call I was trying to see about doing a curbside pick up but no one in the store would answer I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Love this place I get all my bunny's hay here an the employees are so sweet an they have tiki cat here ! Just wish they had more !!! An more bunny toys but other than that I love this place!

I do like that place but the prices are crazy high and those poor workers need help. When there's 2 workers one on the register and one helping with fish they can't get there "chores" done. Or there getting things done n animals fed but people are waiting around wondering if there alone. It's not rite. At lease there nice about it. But it's just not right in my book..

Kristy, Erin, and Deanna are amazing, as long as they are there i will buy all my pets and pet supplies here, i have purchased over 10 different reptiles and who knows how many cichlids, and they are always so helpful, and they have always helped me with any problem iv had 5 out of 5 stars for me

Went in and they had a basket full of ham bones, all the same brand, and they had a price hanging on the basket. Got to check out and they charged more than what was advertised. I told them I thought I was suppose to get that price since it was advertised but they refused. That's why I don't go here much. Always have a issue here.

Just walked in to buy some fish. 3 girls sitting at the register never greeted us. We sat back at the fish tanks looking for about 10 minutes none of the girls came back to check on us then walking out never said a thing to us.I will buy online if I didn't want customer service.

There selection was very limited. There were only a few different types of fish and hamsters. There may have been a rabbit in the front. Also, they weren't busy at all but still waited almost an hour for someone to scoop out the fish I selected. Just definitely not what I expected.

Got some great deals on cans of dog food. I was disappointed to learn they no longer sell dogs which came from the shelters. When I moved to Alabama 11 years ago I got one of my dogs from there...still have him, still love him! I have six rescues in total.

I really love the place it's just that they feed the bunnies a lot of pellets and never seen them eat lettuce. I bought a bunny about a month and it really loves lettuce because they only fed them pellets. They do feed them hay but they just give them a little bit and they don't feed them hay that often and bunnies need 80% of hay in their diet. They also are in a small place, don't have any litter box,not litter trained, don't know if they are spayed or neauterd. When I went back to the store there was not any bunnies so I don't know what happened to them but wanted to get this off my chest.

Usually they are pretty friendly. I went in to get a medium rat when I got home it was pretty small. this is the 2nd time this has happened I can't complain to much they are the only place near me that carries feeder rats.

Close the whole store down. Prices are crazy high and alot of stuff is outdated, old, and plain ugly. They dont even offer much bird supplies other than food and few toys. No perches, bird baths for larger birds or no harnesses.

The place is nice and clean.The people that work at this particular PetDepot are kind and helpful compared to those in a different PetDepot. My husband went in to the other Pet Depot and I got ignored. I should have taken my business elsewhere, but I didn't want to cause a scene.The young girl at that one needs put in her place though.I like this shoppe though.A bit expensive, all Pet Depot's are though.I also use the dog grooming salon and the lady there seems really nice. I got what I wanted for my dog.At $45.00 per dog, per groom. I have 6 dogs, it would be nice if they gave some kind of discount, but they don't.

Love the employees in the front...BUT our animals will NEVER be back to the groomers there! They charged me $70...paid BEFORE I got to see our dog. Good move on their part or they wouldn't have gotten a penny from me. She looked awful! Gapped places all over..bloody spots where she was cut. The explanation was that she wouldn't stand up...kept falling down...she's 17!!!! Be a little patient...if you can't do your job, get a new career. And for heaven's sake...if you mess up that bad, don't charge someone $70!!!!!Trust me... If you love your fur baby, take her somewhere else...anywhere...but here!!!!

We took our medium size dog there, and he was there all day for over 8 hours. Got there, and couldn't even tell that he had been cut!! Previously, had took him there; they done good. This time was an awful experience!!! Too expensive, since he barely even got cut!! If at all!!!
