In full disclosure I actually work for Dollar General, however I have always loved shopping there, cuponing there is easy and I've had good experiences with most locations, some better than others and there's always an employee that is either rude or unattintave or just under poor management but its never stopped me from going to some dg to get those deals.

Store is fairly clean and stocked, but the manager and employees are rude! My son was walked up on and huffed at by the manager and an employee who wanted to get past him but couldn't bother to say "Excuse me" or let him know that they were even standing there. Manners go a long way! Use them!!!

Store was somewhat cluttered. Stock needed to be put on shelves. Most items had adequate stock. The employees seemed nice enough but were more concerned with personal business than work.

Really can't brag on this place enough. Its setup and laid out like every other DG. Nothing different or spectacular but everything you'd expect. Clean. Plenty of options to pick from. And on and on. You know what to expect from DG. The best attribute this store boasts is its friendly staff. They have always been helpful when needed and a few times have even covered me when I was little shy on funds. You don't find that often. And for that alone, they receive a perfect 5 Star rating.

The store was a mess. Merchandise was in boxes up to the ceiling and in the way of walking. The floors looked has if they had not been clean in 6 or 8 months. Cameras could not pick up shop lifters if they wanted to. The store is so messy out front why we even go in so I don't have to go to Walmart . Please do something good for the store. Clean it up please and get those employees some Help.

I have been to MANY of the DG's in this area. This is, by far, the messiest that I have ever visited. I went in to purchase a tire pressure tool. The item that I wanted was not in stock. I can only assume that it was in one of the dozens upon dozens of boxes that blocked three complete isles. Left without making a purchase.

My experience with the long line is a cashier ringing up and her manager standing behind her laughing joking and holding up the very long line. They seem to have the staff just not the willingness to help customers or have any sense of urgency.

This store is too small for the volume of people that shop at the Dollar General, but Dollar General will soon be expanding this store, making it much larger.

I previously rated this store 9 months ago and it was great, but today 9 no later wow its was terrible !!!! You could not walk down any aisle must less push a biggie it was crazy.

Employees untrained...store has txt for 1.00 off any purchase...got code while in store...employees make excuses about use blame on website etc..when all they had to do is say don't know how...also store is in violation of ADA act..store dirty, floors nasty..floats boxes blocking asle...this is NOT a 1 time issue..fire exit is blocked with merchandise...store messy over all stock on floors... employee turn over rate is high.

The Dollar Store is, in my opinion, misrepresnting it's name; giving people the impression, it HAS the lowest prices. "The General Store", would suffice. With Munford being a small town, there are no other retail stores to compete with them.Over all, the Dollar Store has many products that are reasonably priced and Cordial employees.

I like Dollar general because Dollar general has good prices and good business you can always go in and find what you need if you need it if I got it I hope you look for it if you can't find it and then give you good service and all around good place to shop

I'm always in and out of the Munford store... no matter when you go in the store... there will ALWAYS be a line and you will have to stand in line... they need more registers and more help...

The store is dirty, the restock is always setting in the aisle. 10 people wanting to check out and only one register open. Munford needs a new DG that has a grocery store.
