funny enough i constantly have problems from one lady that worked there cause she would just snatch my stuff out of my hands to ring it up. this time i can’t really stop by there to pick up things like acne patches because they have a piece of paper taped up on their door saying they’re closed at 12pm no exceptions?

The black heavy set lady who got twists in her head wearing red today she try to fight me y’all need get that beep-in noise check out always thinking someone stealing when I’m a lawyer get on my level she talking bout they had got it fix if you got it fix why still making noise when someone walk out the store with no bag just to go make sure they had the right card I would never go back there or my family

Store is always dirty and disorganized. I don't think Family Dollar really cares what that store condition is. Today their air conditioning was out and the staff was sweating terribly. I was in there for 5 minutes and I was sweating. It was in the 90s outside and it had to be in the upper 80s inside that store. The floors are covered in cardboard from leaking coolers. If I have to go in there for something, I dread it. The staff are always blaring music as well. It is a very poorly managed store from the bottom up.

It has gone downhill. It is very dirty inside. Cashiers are so rude. Boxes are everywhere. The worst part, the sign they have up the register is very wrong. There are disability people and older people that have hard time lifting. It was never like this few years back. Now, it a jungle and filthy.

The ladies that work at night and sometimes daytime follow you around the store like buzzards like your a thief. And was rude when my 3 year and 1 year was playing with a test you and was rude with them and told them they better not run through the store again or was going to.kick us out and called the law up there and im a disabled retired police officer

This store is a joke. I got a bunch of diapers that I thought was on clearance because it had tags on the shelf that had a clearance price. I go to check out and they ring up normal price. The so called cashier says " o there not on sale till Valentine's day" and goes and takes the tags off. He said someone put them up and shouldn't have. On the tags it says February and does not have the 14th on it. I recommend going to doller general. They honor what they put out.

This store used to be nice. It's now filthy and has horrible customer service. They usually have what you need in stock, but for goodness sake, don't ask for help. They won't respond, they just point. Beyond rude.

Trash is all over their parking lot and blows into people's yards all the time. There's been a broken egg on the floor in front of their coolers for 2 days and hasnt been cleaned up. They never mop any more. They wont maintain the ditch on their property and mosquitos are out of control

Dollar store. Basic grocery and paper/beauty/home supplies. Usually a wait with only 1 cashier working. Usually well stocked though and for the most part clean. And depending on who is working you get good customer service.

DO NOT SHOP THIS STORE. VERY RUDE MANAGER. My father is blind, took him to this store for hamburger buns. My dad tried to ask the manager if they had any or when they were expecting the bread truck. HE COMPLETELY IGNORED MY FATHER. ABSOLUTE WORST MANAGER EVER. And this wasn't the first time I've seen this individual be mean. I've also seen him belittle his employees in front of customers.

Friendly staff. Went in looking for cooler and freezer items and they had just 1 cooler with a few items in it and the rest of them were completely empty.

This place is ALWAYS junky, inside and out. No outside lighting at night. Employees differ almost every visit. When you ask about where an item is, the answer is always "over there if we sell it" , with a point of a finger. Only go in cases of HAVE TOO!

Quick easy stop. Often a good bit of stock on the floor which makes navigating tight but the staff is overall very friendly and helpful.

Easy to get into something hard to exit parking lot depending on the time of day store is bare sometimes due to the amount of traffic on check day
