Needs to be updated and restocked. I wish all Dollar Generals were more consistent with the services they provide. The app said that location allows you to check out in the app. I waited until I got to the cashier to complete the transaction, and I'm glad I did. Neither of the employees even knew that was possible not how to complete it. Dollar general needs to do a better job of simultaneous updates for all of their stores (at least within a year). Checking out in the app had been a thing for much longer than that. Consistency for the customer is better.

I will NEVER stop here again. The cashiers were hateful to an older lady that her card messed up their updated system. They then proceeded to talk bad about her after she left. Very very rude and hateful employees. Will not shop at a place that its okay to treat customers ugly.

Terrible store, shelves empty, while the product sets in carts in the middle of the isle, never enough help, the ones who work never smile & never help. Plus they don’t back up their product when it is defective or broke. The guy earl who supposed to be manager always complains about corporate not letting him hire people or giving him correct and enough product. We were doing business there a lot and spent lots of money there but never again. We will do business with the one on 69 in Tuscaloosa before we step foot back in moundville store. Earl and moundville store just lost a 15+ year customer.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Earl, the manager, is always able to help you find whatever you may need. This is a busy store, they open early, and usually have everything in stock.

They only run register depending on who is at work. Some of the employees don't like being stuck at the register, even tho this IS their job. Overall it's better than it used to be!!

The Manager an staff are great always knows where everything is an will take you to it an if it isn't there they can tell you when it will be in, an unlike other Dollar Generals I've been to the Moundville store is always clean an organized.

This dollar store shelves are always stocked. The employees ask can I help you. Put gas pump outside I would not have t go anywhere else.

I go to the one on hwy 43 closest to the Northport Civic center. They treat you like family and know your name. Renee and Cindy are the best!
