Very upset with this Walmart at the moment . I got my son a wireless headset for his birthday , they wouldn't let me look at it to check it before I purchased it. My son opened it and was so excited to finally have a wireless headset and then it ended up being garbage and wouldn't even connect with his Xbox ( yes I bought an Xbox compatible headset ) . When we went to take it back there were no more and he ended up having to settle for another wired headset. Do better Walmart !

I’ve had several instances now where clearance items weren’t the same price when I got to the register. Most people would ask for a photo. Well, I let them know that all the tags back there were labeled $3 and the register was still charging $6.98: The girl at self checkout then loudly and rudely told me she wouldn’t change it and made me wait 15 minutes for them to essentially do nothing and me leave. I plan to look more into the matter. I’m almost positive you can get fined for doing things like this. It’s also really dishonest of a company to try “getting one over on you” aka scamming you with these wrong prices and hoping you don’t pay attention when checking out.

I’m upset nowadays, that now matter where you go its hard to get anyone to help you, now we got all this technology, we have to check ourselves out, and when it comes to paying, everything is debit. I was in the store today and Walmart does not have Apple Pay which makes it hard to pay if you don’t have the card with you. Mr. Sam Walton would be furious if he knew how family and employees treated their customers….Thank you!

It's a typical Walmart. It has a pharmacy and grocery section. They have an automotive department where they mount tires and change oil. Pretty much can take your entire paycheck in one visit.

This Walmart is on the route to my daughter's home in Huntsville and it's a very good Walmart. Very confused to get too and there's a Murphy's gas station there also with good gas prices. The store is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful if you can find them. Lol. The store is very well stocked, it has several things that we can't get at the Hamilton Walmart where we live. They have a good produce department too. And the bakery department always has fresh bread and cakes🙂

This one is one of the bigger walmart supercedes I've been to. It bigger than the one in Turkey Creek in Knoxville, TN. Clean, friendly store. Lots of choices.

I would like to send a positive review on two customer service associates. Cadence and Cody at the Walmart in Moulton, AL. They were both very helpful and knowledgeable in questions my husband and I asked. We love this type of customer service, and it's hard to find people that enjoy their job. Neither of them were in a rush nor upset about being there. I really enjoyed our visit. Thank you both Cadence and Cody. Please continue to keep being great!! 💥

Fast, helpful, dedicated staff. I only pass through and this is not my hometown Walmart. I stop here. My order is always ready when I ask it to be and I never wait more than 10 mins. Most the time less. The staff has changed since. 2019 until now but I really appreciate the establishment. Way way better than the Walmart my place of dwelling.

Really need to do an update for this Walmart:They really are the best Walmart of any others nearby when it comes to ordering online. They're always quick to get your order out to you when you go to pick up and delivery is, 9 times out of 10, right on time as well. If you have the option between the Decatur store & Moulton, choose Moulton!! It's 100 times better and staff is much more friendly!!!-------------------------------------------------Walmart is annoying in general. They keep moving things which is ridiculous. Every time I go in to get something that I've gotten before it's in a completely different aisle in the store. Walmart needs to stop this ridiculousness. If I have other options to get what I need I will use them rather than having to go to Walmart.

Spent 2 hrs shopping for groceries and stuff I needed. Spent 10 mins checking myself out only to find that Walmart doesn't support tap to pay with Samsung which happens to be the only form of payment I have available. Complete waste of my time and effort for nothing. It's 2023 already. Let's get with the times people. You support apple pay for rich folks so why not support Samsung tap to pay for the rest of us. $200+ sale missed over simple compliance. If you are going to have me check out my own groceries and stuff you could at least support all reasonable forms of payment. Won't be going back until this is dealt with.
