Honestly such a good product they produce, whether it's cotton strap, nylon, or other accessory products. I have ordered several times from them and have been satisfied with the quality as well as the prompt delivery. I have no way to quantify their customer service abilities since I haven't encountered any problems that need resolution, however I've no doubt that they'd be excellent at that as well. Bravo, 5 stars, and a good small business alternative to buying similar items from Amazon.

I have used this company for a small craft business for almost 10 years. They have the best quality products I have been able to find. Unfortunately, I thought all their products were made in the USA but that isn't true make sure you check to see which ones are if that's what you are looking for. Recently the prices have gotten so high that I can't afford to buy from them, so unfortunately, I have had to go to amazon. My last order was made on May 2nd and still hasn't arrived. When I contacted the company the only thing they were willing to do was call the post office (I could have done that). Other than that there was no solution, no we'll give you a credit or cancel your order (when they found out I now have to order from Amazon due to time constraints). I am aware its not their fault on the timing, but you would think a customer of so long would get something better than calling the post office. If you are willing to pay the price and wait they have awesome products, but I will have to be switching to Amazon and it sucks.

Ordered two items from Brook Country Design on amazon and it was quick shipping. Also really like that the buckles were in separate bags to protect from damage during transport. There D-Rings for dog collars as well were amazing as it was welded in the middle and all seemed to have a smooth edge where the weld was. Also, last thing I really love that this company has small quantities for great prices especially cause I’m just starting out making dog collars and bracelets so I’m working my way to larger quantities at a slower past. Anyways, thanks so much!

Poor customer service - too large to care about customers: I ordered multiple pieces of patterned webbing in a non standard length of 3 yards. Instead of getting full pieces, they cut them in 1 yard increments. I called customer service twice seeing if there was a way to exchange. They said unless I pay shipping both ways, no. Second time I called because I was upset and have ordered from here multiple times, I spoke with Pam, the office manager. Apparently, this company is so large, they do not care if their shipping department cut it wrong. I even told her I wanted to open a wholesale account but found out that they don't really care about miscommunication, mistakes, etc....maybe I'm small change? If I could buy this somewhere else, I would...but they seem to have a monopoly. If buying, make sure you call or email (not recommended) to tell them you want a full piece, not 1 yard sections. Website is archaic.

I have used Country Brook Design a few times now while ordering hardware for our leather watch bands. They have been quick to ship out product and we have had no issues with our orders.

I have bought from Country Brook Design for many years but last week they did not take care of a problem they created. I will NO LONGER buy from them. Here's what happened: They misrepresented 3 times on the phone the suitability of a webbing product which caused me to buy it. When I received it, I immediately called them and they said they would only refund the original product cost and would NOT refund the shipping I paid nor provide a return shipping concession. They said that was their policy. They also denied misrepresenting anything not by actually denying it outright but by refusing to say anything about the misrepresentations. So, I argued and ask to speak to her manager who came on the line and did the same thing. I told the manager that if I had bought it on another platform, they would need to refund shipping AND provide a return label and that those policies exist to solve problems like this one. I got stony silence. I asked the mgr if she cared about me the customer and once again, stony silence. I asked if their business practices indicate the customer is always wrong and Country Brook is always right. More stony silence and then I was cut off and she once again started justifying the written description of the product provided to standards of another product totally ignoring what they had told me on the phone. I was so angry, I immediately repackaged the product and shipped it back and waited for the product credit to show up on my card. On a $55 order I lost $20 in forward and backward shipping. The next step is to initiate a card charge-back to try to force them to cover the costs of the shipping out to me in the very least. The bottom line is, they do not own their mistakes. Their policy which is firmly in writing and that you agree to if you buy from their website is that all shipping+handling expenses are born by the buyer even if they made a mistake. Why? Because it is written in their policy. I would never consider doing that to my customers. Everyone knows that if the seller makes a mistake, the costs to fix it are born by the seller. If the buyer makes a mistake then the costs to fix it is born by the buyer. But not at Country Brook Design . So, take my warning seriously and stay away from this crowd because eventually you WILL get burned.

I ordered specific lengths and colors for a specific purpose. The wrong color was sent. Furthermore, a splice was placed into one of my 50 yard reels. Making the entire reel useless for me. I called immediately after receiving the order, was told nothing could be done until Monday. I was told a manager would call me first thing Monday morning. I told the employee that I had needed the material desperately for the weekend and it was not right. No one called me Monday. I sent a message asking for what could be done. I was told via message that since we used the material, nothing could be done. I get that.... but still. Zero care, zero accountability. Their excuse for the wrong color was "Our Silver nylon does have a more of a tan tint than a grey tint. " What does that even mean? It looks nothing like the photo on your website. The wrong color was sent, period. I will never order from this place again. In the days of the internet, customer service is king. When a company shows zero care... I show max disapproval. If they would have called like I was promised and at least tried explaining things... that would have been one thing. But a cold "NO".... was just arrogant. I've asked for a full refund and a call from management, not holding my breath.
