Called and asked if they had a specific product brand in stock and not another brand, and was told they did. I made the 30 minute drive because no other store had told me yes just to arrive and be told that the one brand I didn’t want and specifically said I didn’t want was the only option. I don’t think Google will let me put to words how upset I am so I’ll just say I’m pretty pissed.

Made an online order that was confirmed as picked/ready for pickup. Drove to the store location only to receive a cancelled by customer email upon arrival.Attendant stated product was out of stock. I asked that same attendant why I would have received an email stating the order was ready, from which he had no answer other than a smart remark.Store is often not up to par in relation to surrounding Tractor Supply locations. Given the manner in which I was treated, I will not be back.

I have begun buying cat litter here. Excellent price, dust free and my cats like it. I love the online order/pick up service. I buy other things too. The variety of items is great and customer service is good.

Always extremely nice. Prices are competitive or better. I don't live close and drive past other stores to go there. Really wish I could give 5 stars but I go there every 4 weeks for same dog food and about 6 months ago suddenly I can't ever find it. Most of the time it's on shelves in back or they are out. Started calling first before driving so far but that didn't work cause I got there and was told they couldn't find any. They used to have huge pallets of it on floor but I'm lucky to get 2 of the 4 bags I need each month. Don't get me wrong I'm not going anywhere else just wishing they would order enough product and keep shelves stocked. It's a great store but there's always room for improvement no matter how good you are.

I always like visiting this place. It's always clean, the staff are always friendly, and my four-legger is welcome inside. She also enjoys the store; things and people to sniff, and she gets to con everyone into believing she had never been pet a day in her life.

Great place to practice standing in one place for 20 minutes. I'm also pleased to report that employees get to practice calling for line help, while other employees practice not responding to the call. Great practice run! There were people lining up to practice standing in line! All the way to the middle of the store. If you are looking to practice standing, this is your place.

Its a fun store with lots of interesting stuff to see. Staff was very nice. However, it was Not a good shopping experience. There were No prices marked on the merchandise that I wanted to purchase. That's Irritating. Had to keep finding a salesman to ask the prices. I was Unable to compare shop online and unable to move funds to make a bigger purchase that I wanted because there is No wi-fi in the store. That was Very frustrating. I had to go to Lowe's to finish shopping for garden supplies. I would go back to this store though just to look around and see the sites.

I used to love this place before the pandemic hit. I appreciate that they do pickup now, but a number of the employees are bitter about it and make sure you know how they feel when you come to pick up. I also don't appreciate the way they just let customers walk in without masks on, even though there's a mandate and local cases of covid are, once again, skyrocketing because of these morons. They still have a wide range of hardware and tools as well as the best value and quality cat food I've ever found. 4Health pet food is exclusive to Tractor Supply, and I can't recommend it enough to any pet owner.

We went to the new one in Trussville Alabama and were looking for diatomaceous earth food grade. Well the two ladies that help look for it had never heard of it. But they continued looking for it. They were so nice and we finally found it.

Store is clean and the employees are very helpful. We bought everything we could to build a stall and fenced in area with here. My wife shops at this location to get Miniature horse feed and supplies, and buys clothes every once in a while here for the whole family. If an item you need regularly, ask them to preorder OR order online for pick up.

I love the store and the people are very friendly and helpful. But they do not keep their shelves stocked. Usually if you want something not on the shelf you have to ask and they will have a full pallet of it in the stock room. That includes chicken feed (which we have started buying at the family owned feed store who alway has a good stock of quality feed) and Tractor Supply never has my small dog's food on the shelves. But they almost always can go back and get it if I ask. ☹

It was quite busy in there today, but seeing as its a Saturday at 12:22, we weren't surprised at the extremely long checkout. Yet Ms. Mary was so sweet and helpful, it made our wait worthwhile :-)

It's wonderful to see our Tractor Supply do so much community outreach! You should really check them out, most Saturday's they have something cool going on!! This is another shining example of large chain stores with that small town feel.

Big fan of the TSC's! Those one does not disappoint. Same stock as others with a bigger selection of farm emplements than others. Love a store that allows pets. Especially when some of them want to greet me. Truly everything under one roof except food. Even that if you take the available seeds and plant a garden!

We love Tractor Supply. Great place to buy farm supplies and equipment. Prices are great and they are pet-friendly. I even find lots of cute women's tops!
