I hired The Glass Guru as a third party vendor for a shower renovation customer who needed custom glass doors. They were prompt, courteous, and easy to work with. Kayla, the office representative, was professional and pleasant each time we spoke over the phone. The measure tech and sales rep had an appointment with my customer within a few days of my phone call, and in two weeks the customer had an appointment to install their doors. On the day of installation, the glass was slightly oversized so the installation technician took the glass to their vendor to be shaved down and it was finished that same day - no extended wait periods or delays for my customer. When it came to settling the bill, payment was easy and the estimate, invoice, work order, and receipt were all accurate and easy to read. I will be using The Glass Guru for every third party vendor shower door need from now on, and have added them as the primary glass contact for my local office. 10 stars, highly recommend.

During a very windy day, the glass tabletop for my patio table set fractured into tiny pieces. The Glass Guru in Moody, Alabama was able to cut a wonderful, textured glass pattern of polished glass to replace the top, and the receptionist, Kayla, cordially took my order over the phone. On the day I needed to pick up the product, as I live outside their usual service area, Steve Gibbs, experienced glass installer, offered to help install the glass at my home the same day to make sure the top fit perfectly. I am so pleased that Steve helped; I quickly learned that I had ordered thicker glass than the former tabletop. Steve studied the issue and made adaptations to enable the glass to fit precisely. Very helpful and friendly interactions with everyone in this company. My dog busted through one of the sidelights at my house. I called and someone was out that same day to come take measurements and give me advice. It was Ted who showed up and he was super informative and helpful. I decided on handling install myself so they ordered up the sheet of tempered glass that I needed. About a week and a half later it was ready so I went out to pick it up (I opted to pick it up myself) and I was surprised with an extra piece of the exact same size! Good people, use their services!

I called yesterday and I had an appointment for someone to come out today this morning I took the day off from work. And I happen to call to find out if they were in route. Come to find out that they weren't going to come anyway. If I did not call I would not have known that I would have been stood up.
