I will say I should have known to go to an upscale bakery but I thought I would give Publix a try. I went to the bakery to place an order for a white sheet cake for an engagement party. The man who took my order seemed very confused, so I should have known then to go somewhere else. The cake was supposed to read congratulations Drew and Montana. Instead they put Drew in Montana. They tried to fix it but it came out looking awful. The “and” was a completely different color than the rest of the writing. I even called two days before to speak with the manager and told her it was an engagement cake and confirmed what it needed to say. The manager did give me a small discount, (I feel like we should have gotten more off) but I appreciate that. However it was embarrassing to show up with this cake. Avoid the bakery for special occasions.

I am from Mississippi. We have Walmart, Winn Dixie, and Rouses however I absolutely love PublixThey have the best bakerySo many choices. The fruit and vegetables are fresh and reasonably pricedPublx, please open a store here on the Gulf Coast

Always clean and always enough registers open. I would suggest adding self checkout simply because some customers go through express checkout with too many items.

We visited Moody Publix with a new prescription and absolutely loved the care we received from the pharmacy staff! All of the employees working at this location are pleasant and accommodating! This store is always clean and well stocked. I don't mind driving a few extra miles to shop at this location.

I enjoy my Publix. I am a former employee at the Moody location. Even though Publix does not completely take care of their employees, I will still continue to shop there. They absolutely have the best meats, fruits, and vegetable selections.

This store is the epitome of what a grocery store be!! Extremely nice store, very clean, knowledgeable friendly staff, professional meat cutters & cake decorators, featuring a hotbar, sub sandwich counter, daily fresh baked bread, multi variety of grocery selections, well stocked store with a convenient layout, weekly BOGO sales. They didn't have the lemon blue bell ice cream I was looking for.I was cussing with myself and a young associate walked by and had an attitude with sarcasm.He was around 19, very thin and very pale skin with a Publix hat on and a lot of hair. Great people, great food at the deli , the bakery is fabulous and talented, the whole store is organized and everything was easy to find . I really like shopping there. The butcher team in the meat department has cut some of the best steaks I've ever had, I really recommend a porterhouse from there they will cut one as big as u want and the meat is perfect ,the marbling was perfect, Best steaks ever 👌 😋

I love Publix. Yes they can be high but people don't realize you can go in there and only cherry pick BOGOS and it's really not bad. Plus they exclusively have BOARS HEAD.. compromise elsewhere is exactly right.. I recommend the boars head chipotle chicken, salsalito Turkey, and blackened turkey

Every time I go they're asking for donations at the register for their tax write offs and now they're yelling and using noise makers everytime someone gives them any money.I just wanna grocery shop. I only come here to avoid this kind of stuff at walmart.

i come here a lot for my meds, the pharmacists are always so kind, but this isn’t about them. almost every-time i shop here i am followed by employees and i’m tired of it. every-time i go into the makeup isle i’ll hear over the intercom “assistance needed in the makeup isle” when i didn’t ask for any and i’m the only one in the isle so clearly nobody else did either. the same employees i’ll see in one isle will be in the next few isles i go into, looking in my cart and always peeking around the corner. i come in here and spend hundreds i deserve to be treated like every other customer regardless of how i look. everytime i would go by the doors to look at flowers or something an employee would literally guard the door. do better cause the next time this happens i won’t let it slide xoxo

The employees are very friendly, but the last several times I've been here, I've left either empty-handed or I had drive over to Walmart to finish shopping. Today I wanted some Wallburger pickles. They were out AGAIN. One of the employees told me they get pickles, but never the ones they need. That spoke volumes to me. I'll use Piggly Wiggly every time from now on. Publix is ridiculously high priced anyway.

Great meat department! Called today about marrow bones and expected a confused response since the bones are not a common cut. Or so I thought. First, Greg told me they had some ready and waiting and went and confirmed that they did. Got there later and Jake put me right on them. It was a way better day than I was expecting. Great job guys!Edit: went in for beer and the young cashier said no after seeing my drivers license was expired. He could have easily ignored this and sold me the beer but his training apparently included that expired ID doesn't count and he followed his training. That's very admirable. And it's this kind of stuff that makes Publix a tough competitor for places like Walmart. If they are paying attention to this then they're probably also paying attention to hygiene and hand washing and customer service. This is a testament to the management at Publix.BTW this was the only reason I even knew I was driving around with an expired driver's license and got it fixed the next day.
