Restroom stop and like many others, this is a clean and well stocked Love's. Men's room was in great condition with clean floors, dry countertops and enough paper products.Hot coffee was ready and a selection of cup sizes, creamer packets and sweeteners available. Tempted to grab a breakfast sandwich but opted to eat from the supplies I had purchased earlier.

People are friendly. RV sewer dump located in a curve would have been better if on straight curb. Dump hole set high and had to snake drain my hose to empty. Not RV friendly for dumping. $10 reasonable price. Camping site I was at was not good either which made me have to find another source. Will work in emergency.

The Shop manager have to make sure they have the right tech guy for DOT inspection, if someone is doing DOT inspection for trucks it means that guy have a lot of responsibilities to inspect the truck very carefully and have to make sure everything is good and safe to pass the inspection. I did the DOT inspection on 06/02/2023 in this location, the guy didn’t check the lights, horn, wipers, air leaks for truck and trailer brakes to see if alarm is working when got low pressure. And the most important thing was the brakes, they didn’t check the brakes because I got disk brakes on my tractor. I got the 4 brakes shoes and pads out of use, after 1 month of inspection here i got noise on my brakes shoes while using brakes. Then i checked with TA shop to see what’s going on. Their techs came with surprising results for my brakes as you guys see the picture below, 👇I don’t know how this guy could be this much careless with Commercial vehicles inspection. As i talked with the TA techs, they told me that i can report it with DOT officers so they never do that to other Commercial vehicles again.I hope the manager of this shop pay attention on their techs to see what they do….!!

Someone closed my diesel pump while it was pumping, when I came inside to complain and see the camera footage this old lady said she was the manager and blamed me.. She was extremely unhelpful and just told me to leave. Literally didn't do anything at all. Why is she even alive? This happened 12/20 around 6:30am on pump 21.

This show is so incredibly unorganized and need corp to step in for guidance. I literally saw 6 guys walking around doing nothing while drivers are waiting for repairs with 1 bay open on top of that like there's no one waiting. While still waiting for repairs 1 guy is vacuuming the parking lot smh and another washing the service truck and others attempting to clean cob webs all the while drivers are waiting, not to mention its 1430 in the afternoon. Things like that should be done while it's slow, not while ppl are waiting, it's the middle of the rush hour, what a slap in the face.

My first shower at a truck stop and it was amazing. The employees were super nice, she even showed me how it worked. I take cool showers but it did have good hot water, I checked. 14$ even, for however long you need to shower.

Lisa, at the front entrance checkout, is absolutely wonderful. Nice clean place, but her attitude and kindness was above and beyond. Will make it a point to stop in this store on my work trips.

The gas station's nice and the restaurant but the people working there suck everybody's got negative attitudes never a smile on your face when I walk in I tell him hey how you doing good morning and all that get is a grouchy smirk. Furthermore the coffee machines and the creamers are never restocked nobody ever keeps a check on them. Super bad atmosphere I'd rather go across the street to the Valero at least it was I get a smile when I walk up to the counter

Quick place to fill up with fuel, food in-store, McDonald's & Subway. They carry Baha Blast Zero in a 20 oz bottle. And if you have the app, you can save $.10 a gallon on fuel.

This is based around the tire shop, not the workers there , the loves corporation tire end is what I’mReviewing not just at Leeds Alabama but overall at everyone . My driver busted a wheel and tire on my trailer a day ago , unsure were it happen but he called me from loves parking lot , had the guys check it out and they said we need new wheel and tire . I got a quote from them and a virgin 22.5 tire and steel wheel was gonna cost around 900.00 dollars the guy quoted . I told him for a cheap China tire and steel wheel and too swap it out . I said stick my old wheel back on and I find someone else , he said a service call will not be cheaper . So I checked around and found McGriffs in downtown Birmingham approximately 25 miles away , they brought out a brand new cheaper virgin 22.5 tire and refurbish repainted steel wheel for 576.00 dollars including the ride over and labor . The loves at one time was my one stop shop years ago in the 90s and early 2000s but they got Walmart , Pilot and big corporation mentality these days and plan on paying a workers weekly check on one tire repair obviously way it looks . I’ve not fueled or done much of any business with Loves in over a decade . Small business can’t handle prices of this caliber . People always check ntts breakdown or good ol google for your breakdown needs on the road . Honestly don’t think any shop tire or repair. Would have any trouble beating loves prices . Everyone got their hands in a small companies pocket , it never ends any more . But their is ways too avoid being just ripped off .Shane

Wow... This loves truck stop has the worst mechanic shop I've ever been too and don't know why there's even one there.I stopped to get brand new tires for my trailer that's about to blow and trying to avoid getting pulled over and the person there just started giving me excuses cause it looked like he just wanted to go home. If loves truck stop knew how much Business they just lost this guy will lose his job.My advice to this guy is go look for another profession to do if you don't like your job buddy cause you just cost loves truck stop alot of money and my business.

Loves are always better than pilot. Much friendlier employees. Cleaner restrooms. Most of their locations are fairly new. Once you get signed up on the rewards points you will be hooked. I guess about the only thing I can say bad is because it's so much better it may be harder to get a parking spot.

The Taco Bell here is terrible. I asked for a Crunchwrap with chicken and they put beef and chicken. They didn’t give my fiancé a fork for his Mexican pizza. I’m allergic to beef so I just took a trip to the er.

Love's has a tiny area for truck parking, always full. There WAS a large gravel parking lot across the street but it's blocked with concrete barriers now.

This roadside here is ridiculous! I caught a blowout half a mile away from these people and they gave me “the run around” about changing my tire. The 1st time they said that it would be less than 3 hours before someone showed up. 3 and a half hours passed. So I called the get an eta and they told me 3 more hours. These so called mechanics are just riding the clock and pushing jobs to the next shift! Google needs to allow negative stars because they suck ahh!

Very pleasant here. We shut down over the weekend and enjoyed the large fenced dog park with benches and picnic tables and lots of grassy area to walk. Too bad so many people won’t clean up after their pets.

This stop will stay on my maps for future trips! The customer service in Love's, Subway, & McDonald's was outstanding! Comfortable, friendly, & clean all the way through! I love that the baby changing station is at the end of the restrooms area, in a discreet corner to make it safer for your baby. I don't know exactly what they have in their windshield cleaning bucket but it is amazing! Cleaned my windshield beautifully without almost no effort! If you download the Love's app, you can easily get $0.10 off per gallon which is helpful! We stopped on our way up through our trip & on the way back. Both stops were very pleasant! They also offer a free piece of fruit to little ones which my 2yr old granddaughter loved & thought was cool! Lol. Definitely a favorite place on my maps now!

As stated before, you can't miss this Love's. My visits are always calm even though there's a good amount of people coming in. Great location, space, and food choices. I gas up here before going back into Georgia every time.

Stop to get gas here and when I put my card in they charged me $99.95 without even pumping my gas went in told the clerk and they come out and seen it told the manger he called there credit card services they are know telling me they can not refund my money until they figure out why there pump malfunction I tried calling there 1800 customer service number and will not answer the phone loves does not care about there consumers

Love’s Travel Stop is a great place to get gas, a quick bite to eat, a cold drink, snack, certain types of electronics, even a limited amount of clothing items, heck, you can even get a shower there. These Travel Centers were originally built for Truck Drivers, over time and popularity they began services to the general public. I’m a retired Truck Driver so I know a few things about Truck stops 😁 Love’s is a top rated place to stop in for your travel needs.
