Placed an in store pick up order. Employee, the only one there at 6pm, had no idea how to find a pick up order. Ok fine. Eventually left because the single employee the just didn't have time to talk to me and had no idea where my order might be. 2 weeks later get an email that I picked up my order and they charged me. It was not picked up and they ripped me off rather than canceling the order they couldn't find. Am currently going thru PayPal to try to get a refund.

The employees go out of their way to help. It's refreshing. Prices were somewhat comparable to big chain stores. It is just a matter of convenience. Every time I go in here I am welcomed with a big smile from every employee. They really are good people.

Worse place ever to work. They will work you to death with barely any pay. Asst Mgrs start out at $10.00 an hour and do $25.00 an hour workYou are underappreciated,looked down on, and not valued at all. This company does not care about it's employees and only about making a dollarI ran that store as asst Mgr for 2 weeks acting as a store mgr. Never got a raise or a phone call from the DM Dianne. Called and texted her numerous times with no response.. I left and it was the best thing I ever did

First time I've been in a Family Dollar in Years. When I lived in Munford there was one in Talladega. This is a nice clean well organized store. I will be going back. They will probably be giving Dollar General a run for the money.

It is family dollar not much to say. No carts for customers they have 6 carts and 3 of them have junk pulled in them in the store. Need more grocery carts.
