At least 20 prescriptions between our family will be headed to an independant. To improved this store it needs pharmacists with at least 2% personallity. When I called about the 2 transfers today, I personally made sure to talk to Michael the pharmacist. He had ZERO personality, remorse, OR apologies when I told him to cancel the other two that I would be having the transferred.

CVS has been my go to place for my prescriptions for many, many years. The service is far better than most places.

Most of the staff at this location is very rude and do not listen to anything you tell them. They are constantly messing up prescriptions quantities, giving out wrong medications, attaching wrong patient information, and running medications under the wrong insurance after you have clearly stated which insurance to use. Most of the staff need to be fired and replaced with trained experienced technicians. They would be more prosperous letting medical assistants do the job. The only reason I go to this location is because it is the closest to my house, still being 25 minutes away. I am thinking about driving the extra distance for better service.
