CVS Pharmacy has consistently provided me with a positive shopping experience over the years. Whether I'm shopping inside or using the drive-through to pick up medication, I have never encountered any issues. As a member, I often find great deals and can even leave the store with products worth $5.00 to $30.00 for free, thanks to the coupons available. The staff, both inside and at the drive-through, are friendly and helpful whenever assistance is needed. This positive review applies to all the CVS branches I have visited, as I have consistently maintained a positive shopping experience at each one.

I insist employees are honoured that I stopped by the store to spend money. A simple smile is all it takes. Also, something isn't clicking right with automated prescription program. Store is clean and well lit. George

I went to this CVS to pick up a couple of items for the wife. While there I dropped a jar of peaches and there were children around so i picked up the larger pieces of glass and went looking for an employee. No one was behind the counter at the front but there was a large garbage can there so I put the glass in that and went to the back to find an employee. After finding an employee to help clean up the rest I proceeded to check out with my items and asked her to add a jar of peaches to my bill. The previous employee who came to help clean up came walking over with the lid. I assumed this was so it could be added to the bill but instead it was to let me know that she could press charges against me for using the garbage behind the counter. No arguement had occured so it caught me by surprise that this was her reason for approaching me. I decided not to purchase any products from them since I felt uncomfortable being threatened with legal action when I was just trying to be sure that no one hurt themselves on the glass. I recommend avoiding this CVS. It appears that some of their employees are looking for someone to sue.

Nice store and pharmacy. I wish my Insurance would cover CVS. The Walgreens in Leeds is the only other closest option, and they have been rude and unhelpful on more than one occasion. CVS will call you and give you a heads up if your Insurance will not cover your script. Walgreens in Leeds will not. I “unknowingly at the time” paid full price because I came in to early one month to Walgreens.A difference for paying $5 to $167. So I immediately went back to the drive-through to ask for a return. Leeds,Walgreens said I was to late. If it was CVS they would have called me to let me know as soon as they found out my insurance wouldn’t cover it.

I go here all the time. Mostly for diapers and other personal care products. It is a great store and very coupon/extra buck friendly! The employees are very nice and helpful.

Simple prescription called in at 830 on a Tuesday morning. Took my lunch to go pick up the rx at 1130 and it's not ready after I sat waiting for 30 minutes!
