I was expecting someone to come to my home and clean the carpet like regular- in and out no discussion, but I was absolutely wrong! Mr. David came in and I expressed my concerns about possible pet stains and after our discussion and his lil moisture stick, I discovered it wasn’t pet stains at all. He thoroughly went through the ins and outs of carpet cleaning, the science behind stains, and let me know how I can eliminate issues in the future (I’ve been cleaning pet urine wrong by the way). Once he was done, he got to work. Whatever he sprayed for pretreatment smelled great and I’m happy that everything is “green” as I have a 5yr old and an old 10pd chorkie both with allergies! I’ll come back and do an update a month or so from now but all I can say is at first glance, I’m impressed! Oh.. my kid was sleep the whole time he cleaned the carpet, it wasn’t nearly as loud as typical carpet cleaning services.Services: General carpet cleaning, Pet stain & odor removal

I really appreciate how informative the technician was. He made sure he explained the cleaning process and the benefits of getting the carpet cleaned every six months to a year. Our carpets were ragged with dog hair, stiff spots, stains and our large sectional couch had a strange smell I couldn't get rid of. After his service today, the carpets really do look brand new and the couch smells are completely gone. David with Welch’s Chem Dry came earlier today to deal with a room in our house. The room had been COVERED with pee from two very large dogs. We thought our new carpet was ruined! He came in and saved the day! (+ our floors) 🤣 It only took about an hour and it was very affordable. He was extremely polite and comfortable. He arrived on time and he explained everything. He also told me what i can do to keep this from happening again! Good southern work ethic can be hard to find nowadays but this is a very effective company.
