I’ve been trying to get my grocery delivery for 4 days now. No one answers the phones. When you opt for support through the app, someone in another country calls back & says the exact same phrase “no worries because you got me on the on the line and I’m going to get this resolved for you.” What does that? It means that they cancel your order & tell you that you’ll get a refund. You should place a new order. So $300 in groceries pending a refund & if you’re fortunate enough, you spend another $300 on a new order while waiting on the refund. When two days go by, & no sign of a refund, they’ll tell you that the issue is with your bank. In the meantime, that second $300 order is also not delivered, so now you’re out $600 with no groceries to show. When you call your bank, they confirm NO REFUND HAS BEEN INITIATED! Let me give you a tip, FILE A CLAIM WITH THE BANK RIGHT THEN. Otherwise, you’ll be running in circles while someone countries away tells you that your order will be there shortly & the refund will appear shortly. So I’m on order # four & realize how insane this is. I’ll be canceling my membership & going back to 2 hours a week in Publix where I’ll spend $400 on a weeks worth of groceries. Yay for middle class in America.

It seems like they never really have anything that I need, or they are always stocking. I come in there about twice a month. The lines are never long; maybe I come in the morning. Overall, great service to customers in the grocery section.

I do delivery from here every 3-4 days as don't have a car and only had 1 problem. Usually they're prompt, friendly, and no problems. Be sure to put you want to sign for your order and check your items before the driver leaves

We have 4 Walmart stores in our city, and by far....this store is the best. I came to the automotive center in frustration because 2 other Walmart stores in Montgomery were either unable to fix my flat tire or they were not open --- at 4:45 pm!When I called this store's automotive service department, I was greeted warmly and welcomed to come by at my earliest convenience before 7 pm in order to get my tire fixed.I already knew I had a nail in my tire, so while I was waiting for the service department to look at my car, I did some shopping.This store is always so clean and well stocked. Everything I was looking for was in stock and easy to locate. The bathroom was freshly mopped. I even enjoyed a cold soda while shopping.When I was paged back to automotive, I was told that there were 2 nails in my tire and the holes were so close together, the tire would not be safe if patched. I had to replace the tire.I had previously purchased a set of tires from Walmart and had road hazard insurance, so I paid a prorated price of $28 for my new tire.The new tire was promptly installed and I was on my way with a courteous checkout experience.I don't know why I ever bother going to any other Walmart. This location always has it together!

Apparently most of the employees are rude, they don't want to help when you ask, they have around 20 self checkouts with only a few open. The lines are long. They refuse to open other self checkout lanes, it frustrating. These people don't realize that it's the customer that pays their salary not WALMART!!..They lack customer service in a big way!!! SHAME, SHAME, SHAME!!

Disappointed that they don't have option to tap to pay. Do they live in the ice age or what?!!! My physical debit card was hacked and subsequently disabled....so I get to use digital until a new one arrives. Looks like Target is getting my business today. Sad, because I really wanted what I wanted.

O stars the corporation forces you to use self check out but only 4 or 6 are operable. If self check out is the only registers why not have all 20 operable and on? Cashiers are a thing of the past but self check outs that aren't operable are the future?

This Walmart is HORRIBLE, they need to fire EVERYONE, including management, and get PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE! You can’t even order through pick up, because they have you waiting over an hour, while they stand around inside. And get mad when you request your stuff, and they have to do some work! This Walmart need to CLOSE DOWN!

At this point something needs to be done! I'm a community shopper but I am deeply disappointed in the way my local Wal-Mart is being managed. I went shopping this morning. At 7:19am on a Saturday morning, they only had 1 register open, with a line that stretched to the produce section... WHICH INCLUDED AN EMPLOYEE!!! A young lady walked out with a till to a second register and a shopper in front in front of me asked if she was about to open and she ignored him! So I approached her at the register, asked if she was about to open, and she replied "No." So I asked I why was she putting cash in the register? She replied, "we have to put out all the tills first." That was it. I returned to the line and relayed the message to everyone who had inquired. However, I became so disgusted with that reply, I just abandoned my buggy and left the store. My last few shopping experiences have been less than pleasing, even my last pick up there (NEVER AGAIN!) Which is why travel a little further to Ann St. or Atl Hwy for my shopping. This store needs a makeover. It's the only store in the tri-county area that doesn't have self-checkout and is still doing 1 way in, 1 way out. Management retraining customer service training something.

Easy to find things. Mostly, they seem to do a great job of getting stuff put back to order so there's not a lot of chaos in the clothes departments. The only real issue is that their food prices are often OFTEN mislabeled.

Today Tamara who was training a lady on check out 18 said F this job I don't need this GD place. Not once but multiple times as I was checking out. I did complain to another employee but I imagine it fell on deaf ears. Disgusting behavior, it's Walmart probably normal behavior.Chantilly store Montgomery Al

I went to return an item that was not working, and the lady at the customer service refused to give me money, saying that the barcode did not match and refused to help me with anything. I refuse to spend any more money at this store, And warning anybody do not buy anything from the store

On August 23,2023 I got my oil changed here and they did not put any oil back in my car after they drained it and now my motor in my car is no good. I put in a claim and they have yet to respond to my calls or emails and here it is October 10 2023 and I had to go and get me a new car because they have not fixed my car or responded to any of my emails in regards to fixing my car. I did everything that they asked me to do. Which was take it to a certified mechanic got the print out and my registration and emailed it to them 3 times and still no response. I have called corporate and all they do is put you on hold for hours and no one answers the phone I even called and asked to be transferred to supervisors and they would say that they are not available. Can someone from the corporate office please get in touch with me I feel like I have been waiting to long for this situation to get resolved it has almost been 2 months and I had to go get a new car because your company would not return an email or answer a phone call and according to your workers no supervisor are available to take a call and I have called multiple times and asked for a supervisor and have been on hold for up to 4 hours on multiple calls with no answer please reach out and get in touch with me as soon as possible because this is bad customer service all the way around.

How does a $9 toy go up to $11 on clearance? Also, how come certain items (large Transformers) have sat there for over a year without going on clearance? There have been many newer product releases, but your shelves are clogged with old stock, because you only ordered 1st wave items heavily. Looking at you Leader Class Transformers... You'd sell a lot more if the stock was rotated by the staff.

Make sure you're not in a hurry. Although AI may be the cashier, the long lines are ridiculous. Expect to be in line for 15-20 mins. I would suggest pick-up for a better Walmart experience.

🤦‍♂️ please update your hours to say that you close at 10 so that I don't waste my time coming in after my shift ends.It's...a walmart I guess. Every time I come here it's a bit annoying to keep finding carts all over the place. They need a few more cart returns towards the ends of the parking area to discourage left behind carts. I can't park over a cart lol glad the parking lot was empty

Really good chance to be profiled if your white , I was stopped going out the door to check my receipt and I gave him a different receipt on purpose he didn’t even check it, all it was is stopping me for no reason !!! as well as the girl at the self checkout watched me like I was lit up like a beacon !!! Typical Walmart beside that. Very little check it’s open (2) other than self checkout (20) and the cashiers at the (2) were closing with people in line !!! Just another reason I don’t go to Walmart unless there’s nothing else !!!!

They have almosr all you need here but they do not have enough cashiers working for the amount of people that are in the store. They were not counting or only allowing so many peope in. It was crowded and the lines were long with no social distancing. They are requiring masks upon entry...didn't see that they were giving them out if you didn't have one. There are still no lysol mist spray or clorox/lysol wipes available. There is Clorox jugs, and i saw a few clorox disinfectant pump spray bottles available. There is a limit of 2 per person but its unclear if thats 2 of the same item or multiple items on the list.

Very clean and organized. Workers are helpful. Self checkouts are easy and available. No long lines. One of my favorite places to shop at. Have almost everything you need. I even get my car's oil changed there. And have bought tires. Very good place.

Although the store was a bit crowded, I was able to find what I needed. I didn't have to stand in the check out line very long, because the sales associate checked my items out from the cart, I swiped my card using her handheld device, she bagged my items, gave me my receipt and I was on my way. Both pillows were advertised at $3.97 each, however, the Comfort Complete pillow was only $2.97 when I checked out.
