This is a small Grocery Wallmart that is nearby to AMC Theaters. I would recommend this place if you are just looking for groceries and other normal stuff. Thank you. 🙂

I usually don't have any problems at this Walmart. But I had a traumatizing experience today with an aggressive customer who thought I was trying to cut in line. We were coming from different directions and I did not know she wanted to go to the same self-checkout I was walking to. When I heard her rude remarks, I politely let her go ahead, only then to get yelled at more as I was looking for another check-out area. I try to avoid experiences like this at all costs, so I'll be going to Publix from now on.

It's nice being able to get in and get out for groceries without sacrificing the Walmart prices and selection. The pharmacy is far less busy but parking and getting in and out of said parking lot is rough. They redid the short aisles that they had, which is great because the middle was always a cluster of carts. The selection seems to have improved with the extra shelves also.

Store was clean and nicely stocked. Workers were present on almost every isle stocking and straightening stock. Meat counter was stocked and everything looked fresh. I was looking for vegan and high protein foods...I found some snack options. The did have lysol products in stock but the prices were outrageous.

If all you really need is groceries and maybe some OTC meds this is one of the better Walmart's to shop at here in Montgomery.

I placed a pickup order for 5 bottles of Enfamil Nutrimagen and one additional item. On the following morning, I was informed that the formula was not available for pickup but it was available for shipping. I knew something was off because it was still showing as in stock on the app AND they had several boxes of the formula just a few days prior (SEVERAL). I cancelled the order all together because I needed the formula sooner than the delivery allowed (Walmart deliveries are always delayed). My husband went to the store to check for the formula and he finds the exact formula on the shelf and at least one box in the overstock section. I’m not sure why the pickup employees acted as if the order could not have been filled when they clearly had it in stock. To make matters worse, the payment for the pickup order was processed much quicker than it usually takes for Walmart to process payments. I have literally had money taken out one whole week after an order was placed.

Piss poor customer service. Has gotten bad. Nobody seems to know or care about anything. Spent half an hour trying to get someone to swap an item they brought the wrong one for at the pickup outside because my wife just had surgery and couldn’t do it. Not only did they have the correct item in stock, nobody checked, and when I had to come in and do it myself couldn’t even get help they sent me to customer service who said to go to some other department(???) and I eventually get told that it’s okay to swap items out, wasn’t given a bag, apology, or even for her to tell one of the cashiers it was paid for before I walked out door with items in hand as if I stole them (yet they say theft is SUCH a problem at Walmart LOL! I can’t tell). This is the same girl who brought wrong items to car and said “we might be out.” My wife, wondering what took so long calls to speak to the manager who didn’t see what the issue was as long as I got the right item… hilarious and highly unprofessional

This is by far the worst pharmacy l have ever dealt with. I switch to the pharmacy because my family gave it glowing reviews. They don’t answer the phone, they don’t follow-up regarding your medication, they don’t follow insurance instructions regarding feeling medication and they are EXTREMELY SLOW AND INCOMPETENT! My insurance changed on the July 1st. I still waiting in a follow up regarding medication they didn’t have in stock over 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately, now because it’s a controlled substance, l have to call my doctor and ask them to expedite my medication to CVS because I’m completely out. Totally irresponsible when dealing with customer medication and the importance of receiving it in a timely manner. If you don’t know what you are doing, don’t offer the service. Incompetency can cause someone their like but it seems to be absolutely no importance to Walmart. Please don’t patronize this pharmacy, your health will appreciate you for working with professionals. Close this pharmacy down. I am going to file a formal complaint with the board to request an investigation. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Very convenient and clean! Since my last visit they had completely rearranged everything. I was able to find what I needed, but it was like an Easter egg hunt. 😆Update: The day before Thanksgiving and VERY busy! But I found what I needed.

Was surprisingly able on a rare occasion to be able to get my items quick and in a hurry even though wall to wall people were there. Cashiers and associates were plesant and diligent as always. Its my home base store so i will definitely come back again

It was a good experience. There seems to be a shortage of frozen vegetables on t hgt e shelf. There was adequate staff on hand for an early Sunday morning. Only 1 clerk for self-checkout and 1 for assistant checkout. Early mornings are probably the best time to shop. Bring your own wipes for the basket because they never fill the container.

Thankful I live close to this large store. The pharmacy staff are excellent!!! The grocery area seems huge! And the lines can be long even though there are many cashiers open. I prefer the self check out and I receive good care there when I am checking out. It is a clean store inside and outside! I usually find what I am looking for when I shop there. They have nice items for the home!

Positive experience. Pleasant atmosphere....Clean store....Beautiful music, just all-around positive experience.It doesn't matter how busy the store is, the staff does not disappoint. If you need assistance, they are readily available to bring closure to your concern. It's extremely important to keep shelves stocked. The staff is stocking shelves constantly, and they are never annoyed when approached for assistance. The representative politely tells you where to locate the item(s) that you are looking for, and they bring closure to your concern by walking with you to where the item is located.! EVERYTIME!During my last visit, I requested assistance from a gentleman whose name is Ricardo. Ricardo was busy stocking a particular section. I had walked around in the store but I couldn't find the item that I was looking for.He was Kind, Courteous and Professional throughout the entire interaction. He immediately checked his scanner to locate the item I was looking for. As I thanked him and started to walk away, he stepped to my side and proceeded to walk with me to where the item was located ( a few aisles away). He Smiled throughout the entire exchange. This I definitely appreciated. He made me feel like I truly mattered.As we were walking, we met Cory. This gentleman never stops Smiling and is always willing to assist with your concerns. He has also assisted me, and I have observed his interactions during previous visits with other customers.Ricardo and Cory are definitely assets to the company.Beautiful staff in my Neighborhood Walmart located on Vaughn Road in Montgomery, Al.

It's always clean. The staff is always friendly. They always have great prices especially on their clearance rack. I love the convenience of the location and the abundance of their items when stocked. I made this my home store Walmart almost 3 yrs ago and it hasn't changed a bit. I will always use this location.

Upon entering, the store was neat and the floor was clean. The shelves were fully stocked and items were easy to find. I liked the big letters and numbers on the aisle markers. Using the self check out was a breeze. Overall, on this day, it was a nice shopping experience.

This one is usually pretty good but lately I haven't been able to find anything I'm looking for. Simple things like chicken patties and even orange juice are out of stock or still on pallets and not put up yet. I don't want to hear about lack of products or lack of associates when I see half of them standing around playing on their phones or gossiping with each other. Walmart need to stop playing and go back to 24-7.

First appearance the store was very clean and organized. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a friendly welcome. Looking a with a bit more focus, I noticed that extra care had been taken to inregards to cleanliness and safety. Surfaces were clean and dusted. Floors were super clean. Every staff member was wearing a mask. They were cleaning surfaces between customers. I went through the self check out and the two ladies at the exit made a point to tell me, "thank you and have a nice day." Excellent customer service. You deserve an extra star. Above and beyond expectations.

I always love shopping here better than the super Walmart on eastern blvd especially at the money center the money order machine stay out of order.i was in and out at neighborhood Walmart.

No complaints other than inflation prices and shrinkage but that's for all... The big aisles are so spacious now and the self checkouts are great... Wish the bathroom was bigger and cleaner.

Decent gluten free section, nice associates. However, they changed the layout and now the aisles are much narrower. It seems they are always stocking which further narrows them. Only has self-checkout lanes now. Has a great pharmacist.

Like the store as a whole, but it has one of the worst curbside pickup services of all the Walmarts I’ve been to. They don’t have enough reserved spots and it takes forever for them to bring your stuff. You’re almost better just going inside and getting it yourself.

The curbside parking spots were all full with empty cars. Had to park in another area. I went in the store to see how I could pickup my order and the Manger was to busy leaving for a break to help. After 3 more trips in the store and a threat to cancel my order and demand a refund I finally got my order. It took over 40 minutes.
