Walked in to pick up prescription. One lady was leaving and another man was next in line. The lady behind the counter started to “finish her task” of placing many filled prescriptions in the bins on the back wall. In the mean time 4 more people joined the line. The lady continued to finish her task while leaving six customers waiting to pick up prescription. Once her task was completed she took care of the man that was next in line. When it was my turn I stepped up to the counter and she had picked up her cell phone and was texting. I then I had to wait for her to finish texting before she even acknowledged I was standing there! Horrible customer service!!

I have gone there 4 times to pick up the same medication. Each time I waited in line and each time I waited a ridiculous amount of time to be told that on 3 of those occasions everything wasn’t ready. The quality of service has declined greatly over the past 2 years. The wait time is always long. I highly recommend another pharmacy.

The flu test kits are always stolen. Their system says they are supposed to have two kits in stock, and we went in person and were told they can't find them and don't have any. Should be held behind the counter if it's this popular for theft. Not employees fault. The Atlanta hwy location also said theirs were stolen that arrived today on the truck. By the way, once we found the $54 kit, it errors out defective, so don't waste your time. Just go to urgent care

I made an appointment for my COVID vaccine online. When I arrived at my appointed time, I was told to stand in the line to get a prescription filled. It is an hour after my appointment time and I still have not received my vaccine. The pharmacist was very rude to me. I will never use Walgreens again. I recommend Adams Drugs to everyone.

The women in the drive thru on Taylor road has the worst customer service I have ever seen: impatient, rude, sarcastic, condescending, and committed to misunderstanding the customer. I won’t be back.

The girl I spoke to was the rudest, most impatient, sarcastic, condescending, person I have ever spoken with. I finally asked her if I was bothering her by trying to get my prescription; she said she was just in a hurry. Awful experience! My normal pharmacy is Costco and the pharmacist was helping me with an expensive medication so I was getting the prescription at Walgreens- won’t do that again. So very very rude!!!

The worst customer service at pharmacy. Never on time with refills. They send notifications and when you go to pick up is not ready. One day they misplaced a medicine and 4 employees where looking for more than an hour to find it.

No wonder why this store has tons of one star and terrible reviews.My PA called in a Rx in on Tuesday and I was told that 1st I wasn’t in the system, then I was told that they didn’t have a prescription that was sent. after going to the store multiple times, mind you I’m not a new customer here, I called my PA and he verified with them that it was sent. He let me know that I had two profiles. I come back and I get told the same thing. “I can’t find you”. I let them know some how I have multiple profiles and could they merge them….. she didn’t seem like she cared so I doubt they fixed it. I think it’s crazy that when a doctor sends a prescription that they wait days to fill it. No wonder why it takes 30 mins in the drive through or in the store. I spoke to 3 different people on 3 different days. That’s crazy how nobody thought to look for multiple profiles or better yet why there multiple . My name and DOB have not changed. I’m not a fan of meds as it is. This was the absolutely worst experience and I won’t be coming back and I would warn others to not go here either.

I never post reviews, but I hope this will help something change. I have been waiting in line at the pharmacy drive through window for thirty minutes with five cars ahead of me when I arrived. I still have four cars ahead of me after thirty minutes and will have to leave and come back to try to pick it up at a different time. I don’t understand how it takes that long to give someone their medications, frankly this is absurd.

I'm also a person that doesn't post reviews but after some of the others I've read i felt i should share my experience. I scheduled a drive thru rapid covid test for 2:15pm on 12/12. Very long wait times at the drive thru seems to be par for the course at that location, but i didn't know that at the time. In line at 2:10. Actually do the test around 2:50. I was told that i would be emailed my results within two hours and this was also reflected in the appointment confirmation emails i got. No email all day. I called on the morning of 12/13 to have the email resent in case there was some sort of glitch. The automated system told me my results weren't ready yet. It's currently 5pm. Still no email. Definitely avoid this if you actually want to get "two hour" test results.

I was frustrated on making a banner for my daughter's graduation as they've changed things around on the app. Two of the associates (Ms.Yolanda & Ms. Ja'Niya) we're AWESOME they helped me with zero hesitate and we're overly patient the banner turned out great! Thanks ladies!

DO NOT TRY TO GET COVID TESTING FROM WALGREENS- AT LEAST NOT ON Taylor & Vaughn Montgomery Alabama. The girl "helping" me took 30 min to do something on a computer (catching up on some other work??). I had given loads of info making the appt online. When she finally forgot to me she gave me a receipt with an address and phone over 15 years old. It was the rapid test and 4 hours later have heard nothing. They don't answer the phone so don't try that. I have been listening to a message for over an hour "we are sorry to keep you waiting but all our staff is assisting other customers. There is one caller ahead of you." No wonder my mother stopped using Walgreens and said she never would even think about it in the future.I HAVE NO FAITH IN THEIR ABILITY TO DO A COVID TEST! I WILL NOT BELIEVE THE RESULT NO MATTER WHAT IT IS!

Gasoline is too expensive and so is my time to drive to Walgreens 4x to get my meds. Long waits in line at the store, rude employees and almost an hour in drive thru . THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE IN THE CITY MONTGOMERY TO DO BUSINESS WITH & MAYBE IN THE WHOLE STATE OF ALABAMA!

This will be the last time I get a prescription filled at this location after waiting close to an hour in the drive thru only to still be 6 cars from the window. There's no justification for this. Ridiculous.

I usually don’t do reviews because anybody can have a good or bad review. But I need to let everybody know that they stole my prescription at this Walgreens. I’m in a wheelchair and even in my bed I have pain. I’ve been using controlled medicine since 2001 and never had this happened. They didn’t have enough pills to fill my prescription so requested my prescription back and they said they couldn’t find it. In a matter of a couple hours the prescription disappeared. I will have to report this to the Pharmacy Board because the controlled substances are regulated by the DEA. AND THERE IS A PRESCRIPTION RUNNING AROUND TOWN WITH MY NAME. Please be careful with this Walgreens.

Wow, I don’t know where to start. This place was terrible, staff was unprofessional even the Pharmacist was unprofessional. This Walgreen deserves a star lower than a One. First I was informed days prior to make a appt online for my 2nd Covid. Appt made and confirm for Fri Nov26. @ 1030. Arrived @ my appt on time approximately 1015. Got to the register and they needed a appt confirmation so I had to locate that but its their site they should be aware of their appt. Found myconfirmation and waited til 1142 when they gave me paperwork to complete and received my Covid Vaccine @ 1215. It didn’t matter if you made appt or not the wait was still long. Not only that the staff were slow, unorganized, confused and not aware of details of their job. Seems to get upset when you asked questions, placing others ahead of your scheduled appt time. I DO NOT get any prescriptions from here cause of the slow service and uncaring staff and Pharmacist. Usually go to Walmart in Chantilly but since they were advertising Covid walkin accepted and that was not even the case. This is by far the WORST pharmacy I ever been too!!!😔😔

Horrible experience with curbside at this store, never again! I checked in about 15 minutes prior to getting to the store. Once I got there I checked in and chose the selected parking spot that I was parked in. I noticed after I chose my parking spot it said wait at least 5 minutes in which I did. However after 5 minutes, I called in which I waited another 20 minutes on a continuous loop of the automated message stating that employees were answering other calls, fine. But then I finally got in contact with someone and she asked my name and said ok, thanks and have a great day......weird, but ok. So I continued to wait another 15 minutes and still no order....my husband finally went in and that took another 6 minutes.....yea never using them for curbside again..on top of that after my husband finally came out, he informed me that the employee that assumably answered the call was standing around and not doing anything. Pitiful...don't use them for curbside yall. I warned you!!!

The pharmacy manager, Tiffany, is wonderful! She is so nice and goes out of her way to help. It took me a while to get to know everyone at this store..I had been a Rite Aid customer... but the pharmacy staff is polite and helpful. The store employees are pleasant and welcoming.

Customer service is nonexistent with this pharmacy. Hours are not conducive for emergency hours. When they are open, customer service from an associate is a negative. And please don’t try tocall the pharmacy…you will never get anActual person.

I, along with three other cars, just sat at the pharmacy drive--thru line waiting to be served for more than 10 to 12 minutes. I could not believe that they allowed one car to sit at the window so long, where in comparison to CVS, you would be asked to pull around so that others would be served while you were waiting on your prescription. The car in front of me was not given any consideration when they finally pulled up to the window at the 6 p.m. - closing time. I have never seen anything like this from a customer service standpoint -- and I have seen bad service.Unfortunately my insurance has forced me to use Walgreens for my pharmacy needs but I am going to look for another location.

The two pharmacist are usually very helpful and nice and the cashiers are too but they give me trouble just about every month concerning my prescription. I take one prescription a month which is a schedule three or four narcotic I believe. I go to my doctor and he writes my new prescription every 28 days. I take two a day which equals 56. I drive almost two hours to this doctor and live in a rural area that never has this medicine so I always stop at this Walgreens and every time they tell me they can’t fill it until the next day or I have to wait two days even tho my doctor schedules my next appointment on the exact day my medicine runs out. For example I got my prescription filled there last month on 2/5/20. Went yesterday after my appointment to fill my script for this month which ran out yesterday. Waited in traffic and in line for over 20 minutes only for the cashier to tell me she can’t fill it until tommorow. I didn’t even waste my time explaining to her that I couldn’t turn around and drive two more hours again the next day or that my medicine ran out yesterday so technically I could have gotten it filled two days early as per the narcotic laws. I’m not sure if she dosent pay attention to the quantity and counts thirty days or she just dosent care to actually read the directions on the prescription. This is also a medicine that if I don’t take it causes extreme withdrawals so I ended up having to drive 30 plus miles out of my way and wait two to three days for another pharmacy to fill it. Got home and called and asked them via the phone if I was eligible to get it filled yesterday and the lady said yes. Needless to say these people don’t understand that some of these medicines are people’s lifeline and they don’t understand the danger and inconvenience of having to drive all around the country and risk your health all because they can’t take twenty seconds to read a prescription look up last day it was filled and count 28 days. Drove 30 miles to another pharmacy keep in mind another WALGREENS pharmacy and they told me I could have gotten it filled Sunday. Done with Taylor road. They also charge me(no insurance same medicine and same amount every month never changes) anywhere from 180$-300$ went to another Walgreens paid 112$ explain that.

My fiance picked up several of our daughter's prescriptions and all of them needed to be measured out. Walgreens didn't even think to put a measuring spoon or any type of measuring cup in the bag. My daughter really need these meds. Idk what they're doing up there and I hate so bad Rite Aid was bought out by them. They were the best.

Got snapped at by the clerk when my card didn’t go through. While I️ was moving the money to pay the rest of my balance, the clerk and the woman behind me in line started having a very rude and judge mental conversation about me not being able to afford makeup and then judging me for wearing makeup. Before this I️ was in the store for 15 minutes and was never asked if I️ needed help. If you are a service worker you can at least pretend to be nice or even have some manors.

I made an appt online for the covid testing on thursday for Saturday at 2:15pm. I received 2 separate emails confirming my appt. I got there and passed thru the drive thru and it had a paper that said it was closed to go inside. So i called and i was on hold with them for about a total of 35 minutes for them to finally tell me that they arent doing the test so im going to have to find another location. Well if they would have called me that thursday when they received my appt and told me that they werent doing the test then i would have looked for another testing site. That was very unprofessional and such a waste of time me sitting in the parking lot waiting till they got back with me on the phone. This location has very bad customer service.

Drive-thru has been closed for over a month and when you call in prescriptions they take forever. If there's any questions about your prescription they don't call you they just wait for you to come in and then say hey it's going to be another 30-45 minute wait.

The pharmacists here are rude and incompetent. They don’t know how to run an insurance card or even what day of the month it is one time when I called. Guy told me he couldn’t fill my prescription until June 24th - I called on June 26th. Avoid this Walgreens. We now go to a different Walgreens further from us just to avoid having to deal with these incompetent pharmacists who seem to resent you (the customer) for asking them to perform the job they agreed to work.
