I am so thankful that we called Trustworthy Electric. I know, the name sounds a bit gimicky, and I was leery at first too, but to be honest, they have lived up to the name. We initially called Dixie Electric out to diagnose flickering lights throughout the whole house. During their inspection, they tried to tell me we would have to replace the outdoor breaker box, then told me we could do it a little cheaper by just relocating the inside breaker box to the outside, and then later I got told well, we could just replace the indoor box instead. Even though I told them that our house was built in the late 60s/early 70s, they did not realize that this was acceptable at the time and not the actual issue. The quote came in at $2900. I spoke with friends that have experience with electrical issues, and they highly advised that I get a second opinion, and I am so grateful that I listened. I called Trustworthy Electric and explained the issues we were having, and requested that Jessica send me someone who is experienced with older homes. She succeeded. Charles came out and diagnosed our issues. Once he supplied the quote (which came in at around $1400-1500 total, including the diagnostic), we scheduled the repairs immediately. Charles was attentive, professional, and super knowledgeable. I was comfortable leaving him alone in my home, knowing that if he needed anything, he would let me know. Once he replaced the indoor breaker box, our family was finally able to sleep again, and I don't know about you, but that means everything in the world to me. 10/10, fully recommend to anyone looking for an HONEST electrician that isn't going to rip you off, and will stand behind his work.

I love this company. I reached out to Trustworthy Electric originally because my outlet in my kitchen went out and Sheldon came from Trustworthy Electric to check the outlets and give recommendations. He was very professional, thorough, knowledgeable, patient and kind. He recommended an electrical upgrade to my home as my home is older and the current electrical problem posed an immediate hazard. Sheldon broke down all of the hazards that my current system posed and what steps were needed to remedy the problem. He also answered all of my questions and there were several. I reached out to the office and spoke with Randy to ask questions as well and he was patient enough to take his time to answer all of my questions in detail to ensure I understood. Sheldon, Randy and Charles also came out to do a 2 day job to ensure my upgrade went smoothly. Randy was very professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind. The price was definitely reasonable and worth every penny for the huge job that had to be done in my home. No matter how many questions I had Randy and Sheldon both answered them all. I would definitely recommend this company and their very kind and wonderful electricians. Sheldon was very polite and thorough. He was on time. He cleaned up after he was done. A line had to be run and installed from the outside but he made sure it looked neat and tidy. Very professional job. The company prides itself on its customer service and it shows. It was more expensive than I thought it would be but I feel that as long as it was done correctly the first time it’s worth it. Would use them again.

They came out to run power to my workshop. Raymond was there to do the work with a second fellow whose name eludes me. Raymond did a wonderful job of keeping me informed as well as explaining details. They spent nearly all day at the house, and cleaned things up after they were done.I'm happy with their work and will use them for any future jobs around this old house.

I needed help finding the source of a live wire hanging in middle of my husbands man cave. My technician, Charles, was not only able to find the source he also put a switch in the ceiling to make it easier for my husband to operate his new vent fan He put in after Charles left. After searching online and finding Trustworthy Electrical, I was drawn to the fact they had a 5 star rating. I called and had an appt for Sheldon to come check a wall with our refrigerator on one side a tv on the other. Our house is circa. 1964 so a lot of the plugs did not have grounding wires. Looking further; we discovered that a different electric company who we bought a new panel to update on and found out they mix matched and put old stuff back into it. We plan on having some lights and ceiling fans replaced in the near future. Thank you Sheldon!

Charles introduced Quez and himself when they came to the door. He was courteous and respectful. I felt he was thorough and explained in simple language what the problem was and how they fixed it. The job was done in a clean and neat manner. I had outdoor outlets installed back in August 2023 and asked the techs to put insulation around the outlet they had just installed. They told me it would not be a problem and DID NOT use the clear, or any, insulation to cover the exposed area. As I remember, I decided not to give them a review of any kind. I should have noted this at the time but I didn't. If you can check back in your recourds during that time, you may find who the people were who failed to properly complete the job,Outstanding cudos to Charles and Quez for a grat job!
