The staff was extremely helpful. I went to buy an axe handle and the person who stocked the shelf put it in the wrong place. The management honored the lower price i saw. As i told the management, "all i saw was the price, not what the price was for".Good store to shop at.

Service Cashier's & Department Personnel Can't Be Easily Located! You can forget getting additional help if "You Are Disabled!" Commercial Check Out Attendant Doesn't Know How To Call Department Help Through The PA System! I'm disabled and the "Commercial Contractor Sales Cashier Instructed Me To Look For The Department Person For Myself!" I immediately walked out and got "Exception Service From Lowe's!" This is not the first time, "I've Experience Inexcusable Attitudes With Sales Personnel There!" They just don't get it, "I Guess!!!"

The home Depot is such a big store. My legs hurt from walking the. Store, but overall it was a great experience. They have everything you need for any project that you want to do for your home. All I needed was a light cover dome and I had several to choose from. It was great!.

I was a little annoyed this past trip since a 5 minute trip turned into an hour trip because no one knew where the extra large boxes were. Shoutout to Dave though! He tracked down where the extra large boxes were, got a forklift, and brought them to me. I appreciate him taking the initiative!

Manager, Andrea unprofessional and rude. I'm outside looking at zero turn lawnmowers with the tag in my hand and she pulls up in her vehicle in fire lane as If I were going to put the mower in my purse. Never once asked if I needed assistance or a price check. She rambled on about they were just marked down this morning. I communicated that I did not appreciate how she approached me with her vehicle so close in the fire lane.

Worst customer service and attitude I have seen. The people on the floor are nice but check out and returns need more training on how to actually work in customer service.I go to Chantilly even though it’s 30 minutes from my house just to receive good customer service.

EDITED: For the sake of transparency, I did not delete my original review. After speaking with the store manager, Kaleb, they honored the mispriced vanity and were incredibly helpful. Thank you!Very misleading! My wife and I were purchasing a vanity for a bathroom. She found the one she wanted and asked for assistance to get it loaded into the truck. Upon checking out, it was priced nearly twice as much as advertised. My wife had taken a picture of the pricing beside a picture of the product, but none of the associates or managers were willing to honor the price or offer a reduced price. AND the manager had the nerve to imply my wife had taken the price sticker off of cheaper product and placed it on the one we wanted.

Poor customer service. My wife needed help bringing in a heavy return from the trunk of her car. She was told by the returns desk no one was available to help her. The employee kept paging for help and none came. She waited 15 minutes and had to leave to go back to work. Went back a second time later in the day, and ran into a friend that helped her unload the return. Had to make two trips for a one item return. What a waste of precious time.Shouldn’t customer service be a priority? Take care of your customers. You don’t exist without them.

Very unprofessional and rude workers. I felt like I was bother to ask for help. They way they look at you with attitude when I’m smiling and being polite and there squinting eyes and smacking lips. I try to use the app so I don’t have to ask anybody anything but nothing is ever where it says it is guess I’m gonna just drive a little further and got to ace hardware. Home Depot should be ashamed playing those lying helpful commercials I have never felt so out place the couple time I’ve been there.

So you come to the store with a good coupon you got in the mail and the checkout gal or customer service knew nothing about it, even though it was good for 3 more days AS noted on the card. they would NOT honor it. THATS why we shop at Lowe's

I had one of the best experiences in customer service with Gerald. I was trying to find a gift and he literally spent 15+ minutes explaining the difference in the tools and brands. I've never had someone to take the time and explain, so that I could make the best decision for the use and money. I truly wish he worked off of commission.

Visited the homedepot in montgomery alabama today and the service SUCKED‼️‼️ I couldnt get anyone to help me cutting a piece of wood. They told me the person that cut the wood was on break and would be back in an hour. There was no one else to assist me. This was thecworst service I ever recueved at homedepot. I will never shop there again .

Attention HR: Corporate needs to do a review of the Management team that is in place at their Eastern Blvd location. Specifically the new store manager. Very unprofessional and unethical. She operates in the manner of a condescending bully instead of as a Manager or leader. She does not care about her employees. She fires so that she can hire her friends and family and in-turn they practice the same unprofessional behavior as her. Home Depot needs more training and structure of this store's Management team.

Several employees were very helpful in finding what I needed. The faucet covers were sold out and one suggested another option. At checkout the self-service register froze and 2 different employees were called in to see about it. For some reason my transaction couldn't be canceled for me to move to a different register. After quite a long wait they were able to cancel it, moved me to a different register, and gave me a $5 discount!

The visit this time was truly disappointing. We went there to find a clothes dryer. We were there for 10 minutes. An employee was walking by & asked if we needed help. Even though she didn't work that department - she tried. We left & went to Lowe's.

First we had to wait an extra week for our delivery because the store rep took down the phone number wrong and failed to verify it. The delivery reps tore our kitchen floor up by sliding a refrigerator. Home Depot set up a claim..but sedgewick requires you to get your own estimate. They said I can get a free estimate, but I can’t find one. So I’m stuck with a messed up floor until I pay for an estimate out of pocket. Called store management, they didn’t care because they never returned my call

Their curbside PU is horrible! The site texted us when the order was in. We replied that we’re here to pick the order up and then the app doesn’t work right. We had to call the store tell them we’re here to pick it up and they’re still of no help! They aren’t set up properly to communicate with the app!!!! My husband STILL had to go inside!!!! I am astonished that a corporation this big can’t get a simple pick up right BUT yet Walmart can!You know, when a store fails its customers, they should credit you, somehow, but not the store, they’re just greedy!!!!

Needed to do repairs to my home, the workers helped me find everything I needed. The cashier was very helpful and energetic. My only issue was when I tried to rent a carpet cleaner, I couldn't use my ssi debit card and they don't take cash for the rental either. So I just went and bought my own from Walmart.

My husband and I went to lowes found the perfect washer we wanted!! Waited for 20 mins for help. I went to customer service to ask to call some one they did worst helper they could have we left. Went to cons had great help but no American made washing machines.. went to Home Depot!!! Best customer service you could ask for!!! We walked right upTo what we wanted and it was display and discounted! Mrs heather was amazing and we were in and out in 20 mins! Best experience ever!! She is the cabinet designer and she needs a raise because I said third time is a charm!!! Best day ever !! Washer works amazing!!!! Thank you heather!!!
