Had an order shipped to this store for pickup. I tracked the shipment via UPS and it was delivered to the receiving dock on a Wednesday. So I wait for the "ready for pick up" email that after 2 days, never came. I called the store on that Friday and asked them to check for the package. Sure enough, after saying it wasn't there, found it.HD, you are better than this.

Best HD store in the river region. Well-stocked, clean, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great place to buy a Christmas Tree too. I have rarely gone in this store and not been able to find what I was looking for. The one exception was an M10 metric eye bolt. I don’t think there are any of those at any retail store in South Alabama :).

People is store were friendly. Getting my appliances delivered and installed has been the worst experience I've ever had. To the point I will never purchase anything from home Depot ever again.

I always enjoy my visit here. Brought my dog last time they didn't say a word about it. Helpful staff , very clean store. Stocked full of great stuff, at a reasonable price. Considering the binden sinereo. Ha ha

I visited this location 3 days ago (9/11) and all I can say is ….Thank you for the superb customer service.I purchased 2 large containers of simple green 2.5gal. I visited the location at 6am and to my surprise they were fully staffed, very polite and assisted me from the moment I walked into there facility. I’m a government contractor and during the check out process at the self scan , the associate guided me step by step. After providing excellent customer service during the check process another associate escorted me to my car. He placed the two containers of simple green in my trunk and wished me a blessed day. The overall shopping experience at this location was phenomenal!!!! Beautiful store with caring employees.Thank you 😊

Visited the Eastchase store looking for painting supplies. The person in the paint section, was very rude and unhelpful. She purposely ignored us after we asked for paint to be mixed. Seems she was to busy chatting up a fellow . Will not be visiting Eastchase Home Depot again.

Tried to purchase some flooring from this store. Online shows they had 14 boxes in stock when I get there it's only 10 boxes on the shelf so I had to find someone to help me. A young lady named Chan informed me that the inventory was incorrect but she would try contacting the Prattville store to check with them. Whomever she spoke to said they would have to have to try and locate them also but was showing like 32 in stock online. She couldn't give me an answer while I was at the store but took my name and number to call me back once they searched. I needed 15 boxes to finish a project I'm currently working on and majority of the boxes they had in store were damaged and appeared to have some damage to the actual flooring so I asked if she could contact a manager to see if they could discount them because I would be taking a chance on the damaged boxes. Once the manager arrived instead of greeting me he tried to walk straight to the boxes to assess them. His name was Alex and after looking them over he only offered a discount on two boxes when clearly there was more than half of them damaged I told him that I was told if the pieces had any kind of damage it's possible that they won't connect when installing band I asked him if he ever installed flooring before, he said no, but still wasn't able to reason with me nor try and take care a customer who has been disappointed not by 1 Home Depot but 2 due to incorrect invetory.

Went to home depot on chantilly in montgomery and there was absolutely no real help when I was there. The paint selection didn't have anyone to mix paint for me and I couldn't find someone to help me in tile for my kitchen floor. I recommend to go to floor and decor and ask for Josh register and go to lowes and ash for heather at the pro desk. They helped me out alot when I went to those stores. Still love home depots products but it's hard to find good help these days.

Online inventory not accurate. Some of these items are behind locks so they should be even easier to keep accurate. At least employees have all been nice otherwise.

Hands down best homedepot in montgomery. I live closer to another but prefer Chantilly. They went above and beyond to help this single girl get her project done. They cut my material and strapped it to the top to help me out. If the employees read this thank you so much! I made it! Y’all are the best

Staff is super helpful and friendly. Not a visit goes by that someone strikes up a conversation. Using a discount is a bit nasty since you are supposed to sign up for their app and the options are not available. But most sales rep are willing to help even though they state they are not supposed to. Otherwise the store is right where it needs to be.

Staff provided excellent assistance! Unable to obtain items I sought however 1)wood saw was out of order and awaiting arrival of a needed part, 2) item sought was not a stocked item and 3) a very, very nice customer provided assistance as Paint Dept staff were extremely busy! Made a new friend!!!

Very nice and helpful employee. I was helped quickly with my purchases.On a side note: the customers need to learn that the load out area is not a parking spot. I needed to load out some heavy items, but the load out area was full of vehicles who had parked and gone into shop. I parked in the parking lot, bought my purchases, and then drove to pick up/load out area which I could not go through die to it being turned into the parking lot.

Clean, well stocked, not too crowded and quite. Plenty of plant variety both garden and decorative. Many landscape plants on special sale. Friendly cashier. Easy checkout in garden. 2 customer service employees at the desk and quick self check out to the far left of the store near the exit. The entrance and exit are the store's width apart.

SELFISH,ONE SIDED POLICY!!Home Depot was my favorite place to shop. But,My husband made a purchase from Home Depot. A week later when we were ready to use the product, we realized that it was the wrong item. He paid cash and we no longer had the receipt. When we attempted to return the items we were told that we could not return items without a receipt unless we paid on a card. We explain that we pay with cash and were told there was nothing they could do. We asked to exchange and not get a refund. Once again we were told no, there is nothing they could do. I explained the situation, and asked to speak with a manager. I was told that I was speaking with a manager, Shara, and company policies had changed and I could only exchange for the same item. I once again in detail explained that this item does not help me And I needed a different items. Once again I was told too bad so sad we can’t help you. Well if this is your new policy I will began to shop elsewhere. Enjoy that $80, it will be the last you get from me! I’m not sure what has gone on to make you implement such a dumb policy however, good customers should not have to experience this type of treatment. Poor Customer Service typically results in lack of business. Lack of business typically result in closure and job loss. Remember that Home Depot!

As always, the sales associates were extremely nice and helpful. A lot of times I have no clue what I am looking for but I will show them a picture or have a item from something broken and they immediately know what I need. The patience they have with customers is beyond measure. Kudos to Mr. Nate Dogg and the other three associates that assisted us. Home Depot associates truly stand behind their slogan "You can do it, and we can help"

Awful return or exchange policy for Appliances, never explained about 48 hr first, 2 aftet Dishwasher started leaking after 2 month was said to bring it back for return when I did - spent time, money and man power, the same man said No he can not do a return, false introduced ad SM , Second false promised cost me a lot. Real SM also did not want to help. These guys has no good treat to loyal customers and card holders, lies. No even try to help or customers satisfaction policy. Return, exchange, store Credit, Gift card. I was ok with any but they just kicked me out after lied me !Horrible Store. Management team of Appliances are Liers!Told one thing then said He did not tell it after he promised to get my return for 2 month LG dishwasher which was leaking. When we brought it I he refused from his words told he told me about 48 hours and he told me not to bring it,?? Ridiculous Horrible liers. If Management allow themselves behave such way what can be lead by examplethere?
