I have taken my two fur babies to Taylor Crossing Animal Hospital since they were weeks old and they are now 10 years old. I would like to thank the entire staff for all of their caring and special attention they give to my babies. I would like to personally thank Raven for getting both of my babies seen at the same time on yesterday 4-17-24, for helping my Mom and holding one of my babies while helping us get to our car. I would definitely like to give an ABSOLUTE SPECIAL THANK YOU AGAIN TO Dr. Loch as she is my two fur babies main Veterinarian. You see both of my babies have pancreatitis which is truly a health issue that can turn fatal quickly if not treated right away. Dr. Loch is always so thorough, patient, kind and she is definitely a great listener when dealing with me and my babies. She has the patience of Job from the bible. Dr. Loch always leave special and detailed notes in the computer for my babies in the event she is not in the office on the day I bring them in for a visit the next Veterinarian can follow the notes and make a great judgement call because they have all of the information that is needed. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE DR. LOCH AND I WOULDN'T TRADE HER FOR ANYTHING!! i would also LOVE TO GIVE A SPECIAL THANK YOU TO MY TWO FAVORITE VETERINARIANS AS WELL WHICH ARE DR. MITCHELL AND DR. TORRES, THEY ARE BOTH AMAZING and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM. I am so grateful for the love, and special care that they give to my babies and the patience they give to me. I thank Dr. Osborne for seeing my baby on short notice on a Saturday in March 2024 as she is so wonderful and very thorough. I am a worry wart when it comes to my babies and no matter how many times I bring them in to be checked the staff and Veterinarians are always patient and kind especially Dr. Loch. My babies and I are so blessed to have her as their Veterinarian. The ENTIRE staff IS WONDERFUL AND SO ARE ALL OF THE VETERINARIANS. I would especially like to thank Morgan, Sidney and Samantha for always getting my babies worked in. If it wasn't for Morgan (she's an absolute ANGEL) getting my baby Max worked in on 02/14/2020 even though the schedule was completely packed with no room to spare he would not be alive. I told her what was going on and she got him right in to see the Doctor and that is why I still have him at 10 years old. I will eternally be grateful to her for that. Sidney is always so kind and always willing to get my babies on the schedule whenever I call with concern of health issues or any other concern I have. I would like to send a SPECIAL THANKS TO ALL OF THE NURSES THAT TAKE CARE OF MY BABIES THEY ALL ARE AWESOME!!!!!!! I wouldn't trust my babies anywhere else and that's a fact. If you are a new puppy parent or looking for a new pet office/hospital, please do yourself a favor and come to Taylor Crossing Animal Hospital as they are DEFINITELY TOP OF THE LINE AND GIVE SPECIAL CARE TO ALL BABIES. If you are looking for peace of mind from the ENTIRE STAFF and ALL of the Veterinarians I promise you Taylor Crossing Animal Hospital is definitely my number 1 and ONLY choice. Taylor Crossing Animal Hospital is a wonderful place. I was immediately given an appointment when my beloved dog Olive became very ill. Even though she had not been a patient there before. Although Olive did not survive her illness due to cancer and her age, we were both treated with so much love, caring and compassion that I will surely continue to bring my other animals here in the future.

Taylor Crossing is the best group of vets and techs around. No matter what issue my fur babies have, we’re handled with care and compassion - even with my 85lb scaredy dog, never doing anything to make her fear worse, instead they are respectful of her boundaries. I had a great experience wiith Taylor Crossing from the first phone call through our first visit. The staff was. Helpful and professional from start to finish. Morgan was our first contact and she assured me that they could help me with my pet same day.My pet is a beautiful Holland Lop bunny. He needed some trimming and some medical advice. All needs were treated in an exceptional manner. Morgan welcomed us and cared for us during our visit. Dr. Osborne was available to assist with treatment. We left the office with satisfaction that our current needs were met and that our future needs would be welcomed as we'll. Very pleased with Taylor Crossing Animal Hospital.

Taylor Crossing is a wonderful facility for both medical services and boarding. I just picked my pets (dogs and cats) up from a 10 day long stay and am so thrilled with how they were cared for. I got frequent pictures and they always look like they are having a blast. The staff is caring and responsible. We will continue using them whenever we can!

I may have only been to 2 appointments since I have a puppy but we have thoroughly enjoyed everyone who works there. Everyone is very kind and accommodating and making appointments are super easy. They don’t pressure you to do anything unnecessary but also make sure the necessary tests are completed with preventative medicine. Bonus for me was the first free office visit and military discount. Another unexpected bonus is having a vet also in the military and can prepare us for future moves when the time comes. There’s a reason this had so many great reviews because they earn it!

I took my Shichon for her second wellness visit and second shots. This was my first time at this facility. Scheduling her appointment had been very easy. The front desk staff were welcoming. I had completed her paperwork online so we were called to the back in about 10 minutes. The Vet Asso/tech explained what services she would receive and asked questions related to Chloe’s health and then took her to do testing and give her vaccines. When she returned with Chloe, she explained what to expect and to call if there were any problems. She answered my question about the appropriate time to microchip her and gave me a new puppy packet with lots of helpful information. Her next appointment was scheduled by the front desk staff.

I had an absolutely amazing experience taking my injured rat here. Dr. Osburn was so friendly and welcoming, I am for sure coming back. The appointment only took 30 minutes and pricing was very affordable. Love the environment and what you guys do, thank you for helping my sweet girl.

Everyone at Taylor Crossing Animal Hospital is so friendly, and they go out of their way to make you and your pets feel welcome. My dogs see Dr. Loch, and she is truly AWESOME!! She is very thorough as well as kind, compassionate, and professional. At our first appointment, she took the time to get to the bottom of what was going on with my older dog who has a variety of health issues, provided detailed explanations, answered all of my questions, and helped put my mind at ease. I have never felt rushed during an appointment and have had nothing but wonderful experiences there. I know my dogs are receiving the best possible care, and that means so much. We are so grateful to everyone at Taylor Crossing and especially to Dr. Loch!

I cannot recommend Taylor Crossing Animal Hospital enough. I use them for daycare, boarding and vet services. Whenever I ask my dog (Howie) if he's ready for school, he bolts out the door and is waiting at the car! The staff is super friendly and I feel confident that Howie is being taken care of when he is not with our family.

Update: There are some excellent doctors at Taylor Crossing (Dr. Torres). Unfortunately, I think that in their zeal to follow canine flu vaccination protocols, Taylor Crossing has demonstrated that they will not be there for my pets when they are seriously ill and need help. My pets are healthy, but because they did not have a canine flu shot, Taylor Crossing would not board them. It doesn't make sense that an animal hospital (a medical facility) won't take my animals because they could potentially get sick or carry the virus to other vaccinated or unvaccinated pets. A hospital should be willing and able to treat and isolate as necessary. Being around disease is the nature of the medical profession. Clearly, these folks will let my creatures suffer when the going gets tough, so we won't return. :(Old review: The facility was clean and pleasant. I felt that Dr. Torres was attentive and provided real solutions to our concerns. I especially liked that he didn't judge us for the diet we feed our boy (raw diet). I will continue to bring my dog here!

If you’ve not boarded your pets with them you’re missing out! We love and trust the TCAH staff with our puppers while we’re on vacation. They send updates, handle our raw feeding diet, and make sure he gets all the love and snuggles! With their on site vet we don’t worry about him overnight. TCAH gives you the peace of mind when it comes to caring for your pets. Highly recommend!

The staff was super helpful getting my dogs ready to be boarded. They collected their vaccine records from our previous vet. We had just moved to town and were on a time crunch, so things started out great. However, our dogs were not happy when we picked them up. Our dogs never stressed about being boarded before. One of the technicians also made a rude comment about one of our dogs pulling on the leash. I did not think she was professional in her delivery.

Last visit they saw how hard it was to leave him for boarding while I went on a work trip that they sent me lots of pictures of him having fun and playing. Dr. Nelson was a compassionate miracle worker when we brought Lester the Lake Turtle in. She removed two hooks and did the surgery gratis. The entire staff was wonderful. Dr. Loch is our normal Dr. for our pets and I cannot say enough good about her either.Lester The Lake TurtleMonday, as Gail and I were doing our morning laps around a nearby lake we saw a turtle with what we though was string or cord wrapped around its leg. On a subsequent lap we were able to catch him for a closer look and saw to our horror that it was fishing line (about 4 feet) coming from a fish hook in his mouth. Our instant rapport with this poor creature motivated us to name him Lester the Lake Turtle.Unable to remove it ourselves we called our Vet (Taylor Crossing) and they said to bring him in. Upon closer inspection, Dr. Nelson said the fish hook pierced Lester’s mouth and came out his eye, but she would try to remove it. Eventually she had to anesthetize Lester (not trivial she said) but x-rays indicated a second hook deeper in Lester’s throat. This upped our concerns.When we checked on Lester the next day, Dr. Nelson (as heroes often do) had successfully removed both hooks and said Lester could be released back into his lake home. We picked him up and were pleased to note that instead of a huge surgery bill (which we would have gladly paid), Dr. Nelson had performed the surgery and the overnight stay gratis. We were only received very minor charges.All of the doctors at Taylor Crossing have been wonderful to us over the years and this time it was Dr. Nelson’s time to save the day. Speaking for Lester as well as us we are extremely grateful and very impressed as we were not sure there would be a happy ending.The picture shows Lester in his post-surgery, pre-release glory and I am sure he had a great story to tell his turtle friends about his alien abduction.

I have four dogs, three are large. Taylor Crossing is a wonderful veterinary practice. The staff is welcoming and very knowledgeable. All of my fur babies are cared for by Dr. Jessica Loch. She is the best vet with whom I have ever associated. If you need a vet practice that will really focus on your pets and is absolutely professionally competent, Taylor Crossing is for you.
