The selection was good but not great. You're definitely paying more here than at Walmart, so unless you're looking for something you can't get at Walmart or Costco, it's better to skip this place.

Self check out. Scan alcohol first. Alerts attendant. She looks at me. Finish scanning. Hit pay. Red light comes on. Attendant walks by and talks to someone else. Turns around and walks away. I had to get her attention to do her job. I asked her "aren't you alerted on your handheld?" She says, "at first it did." And then proceeds to not check my ID and approve it on handheld. Why should I have to ask you to do your job? Most attendants are good here. I refuse to lower my standards for customer service.

It used to be a great place. I actually left a 5-star review about that publix. I am not sure if there is a new management in charge, but it has become terrible. A lot of empty shelves. I have to go to the other publix either on Atlanta Hwy or Vaughn rd to find what I am looking for. Why do the other publix not seem to have so many empty shelves?

The reason for the 3 stars rating is because the lady at the self check out was sooo rude,I literally told her the register didn't give me a recipt and before i could say the rest of my sentence she interrupted me with attitud and said DO YOJ HAVE PAPERLESS RECIPT MAYBE ?? likeYea i do , i was trying to tell you i didn't get a recipt but i have paid already and is on my app ,I have never encountered a publix employee so rude and with a annoyed accent just because a client spoke to them..... this lady was a black lady like 50 to 60 i would say , to me it seems like she didn't like the fact that i interrupted her conversation with her friend ... like you are there to work and help clients not to start talking to your friend and have a whole conversation.... while costumers are trying to get your attention

I went to this Publix today and never been so disrespected by a deli clerk ( it was my worse experience ). Kesha has poor customer service skills - she was so rude and she showed me she didn’t want to make my vegan sandwich because its was too much work . She also went back and forth about how i made my sandwich ( unnecessary). To add insult to injury, she mumbled and rolled her eyes behind my back after walked away to help her by getting the items off the shelf she needed. I know this only because my mother, son and 2 other customers told me. But the funniest part is she even started taking another customer’s order in less than the 2 mins it took me to return. Then she charged me extra. All because i noticed her frustration and said,” I know it’s a lot but can you make it for me “? Customer service isn’t what it used to be. I will not be shopping at this location again . The store manager was great and addressed my concerns but it’s clear I'm not welcomed in the deli.

Publix is part of the problem as to why I have to pay too much for a product because they don't catch and prosecute shoplifters. It doesn't matter what their reason is. If you let one person do it then let everyone else do it. When you start prosecuting these offenders theft will go down and so will the price I have to pay for products and more people will shop making more profit. Or just close the doors and leave. Yeah that makes sense.

This place has been on the skids for a couple months. And they just keep going downhill. Lots of empty shelves again this week. Celestial Seasons English Breakfast and Earl Grey are gone. No one liter ginger ale from Schweppes or Canada Dry. No Organic Valley Whole Milk in half gallon. Had to pay $2 more for grass fed. Had a hard time finding okra. No fresh shrimp. Most of these things can be had at the Atlanta Highway store, although I get a song and dance from managers that a lot of these are no longer available. If I wanted low selection and low quality, I’ll go to Winn-Dixie or Costco.

This Publix is the worst at getting prescriptions filled. It always takes a long time to get your prescriptions filled. Are you always that busy or do you just have lazy workers? How can it possibly take 5 hours to fill a prescription? Then I turn around and call the Taylor junction Publix and they can have it ready in an hour in a half!

I use to brag, that the fruit was delivered personally by God. Well obviously he has stopped making appearance. Fruit was awful and wasn't sweet. I bought sixty dollars worth of fruit for church engagement and was disappointed!

Every Friday I do my grocery shopping and spend $200-250. That's every week. For the last month, there's only been ONE checkout line for those of us who don't wish to self check a basket full of groceries. Today most of the self checks were empty and there were 2 10 items or less aisles. I have complained to management several times but to no avail. I need to find somewhere else to shop.

Always love this place. It’s always clean and neat and everything is presentable. It’s of course higher priced than other stores like Walmart and Target but I prefer it because of the wonderful service and great quality products.

PUBLIX has so many displays in the aisles that only one person can go up or down the aisle. Also, they rearrange the store every 6 months so you spend way too much time trying to find what you are looking for!

Ordered sandwiches here twice and they both have been extremely late for pick up. The sandwiches said they would be done in 30 minutes but always took 40-45 minutes.

I have to drive out of my way to Publix, but the drive is more than worth it. I can always count on getting very fresh fruits and vegetables and fresh meats. The associates are always nice and friendly and eager to assist me with whatever my needs are. They are a little pricey, but the saying "you get what you pay for" is true and I thank God for blessing me to be able to afford their items.

I miss having a Public near where I now live! There is not a cleaner Supermarket and not just this one, all of them are clean. Great Deli's and really good sandwiches. What makes them different are the people who work there!

Clean and welcoming atmosphere. Products are easy to locate. Very orderly and well organized. Staff very courtesy and helpful. The customer service is excellent. The pharmacy staff were very helpful. The manager of the pharmacy was dressed in a pickle costume. To help promote the need to help the food bank. She was very approachable and informative. The staff at the sushi counter , were very accommodating. Great place to shop.

I made a quick stop at Publix (Store 1027) on Zelda Rd in Montgomery to pickup a few items. I found everything I needed without any problems except for one item. I asked one of the grocery clerks (Rashadd Hall), who just finished helping another customer, if he knew where I could find the tortilla wraps. I barely finished asking my question before he replied "aisle 3, right side, facing this direction." Rashadd was very courteous, patient, and helpful. He also did a price check and saved me some money. His assistance is very much appreciated and I highly recommend this store.
