I recently rediscovered Publix and must say I'm impressed with the friendly staff and the wonderful selection of items in the floral dept, as well as the bakery and deli. The Zelda Road location is the best! Every employee I saw asked me if I needed any help. The atmosphere there was one of cheerful people and a pleasant trip to do my grocery shopping. I will go back to Publix from now on!

I visited 2 days in a row shopping for dry ice. The first day was very nice and every one was nice and friendly. The next morning a very unfriendly customer service lady sold me dry ice and she was quite unpleasant in not speaking to me. Then complaining that one of the other cashiers should help me.

Had a sub sandwich from the deli and it was delicious. Better than subway. Fresh ingredients and made the way I like it. The bread was so tasty. I will definitely return to the deli and recommend it to anyone looking for a light and very tasty meal, salad and or sandwich. Publix Deli counter is the place.

As most publics the employees are so helpful and friendly. Very clean store and fantastic produce section. Steaks could be better but we buy our steaks elsewhere.

Updated review from April 20thLandon in the Bakery was so so so helpful to me! I had a cake and several cupcakes and was overwhelmed! I had my two baby’s with me, 2 under 2, and it was so hard to navigate everything and she got me a buggy, push the buggy around to help me get my birthday supplies, and push the buggy to the register. Had to go by to pick up a prescription for a family member. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I have no complaints with Publix. It's my favorite store in Montgomery. The produce is the best. The meat selections are always fresh and well trimmed, and if you want a special cut. They will gladly do that for you as well.

I have been wanting to submit for a very long time. I live in Prattville, but I do most of my shopping at this store location. There are several people who work at this location who make my drive worthwhile. In the deli, Kichelle C, Jennifer B, Kryslin C, and John D are phenomenal. They remember my order every time I come in. I have never seen any of these workers in a bad mood. They have excellent customer service and go out of their way to make sure to bring a smile to my face when they see me. In th e produce department, Aaron is constantly keeping things looking perfect. Even when he has his hands full, he goes out of his way to help me find anything that I need. Last, in grocery, Laura G. Has one of the most kindness and helpful personalities of anyone I’ve ever encountered. Every time I go into the store, I see Laura go out of her way to help someone. I don’t know a lot of people who enjoy grocery shopping or spending money, but these people at this location make me actually look forward to visiting on a weekly basis! They should be commended.

of all local supermarkets, Publix has, by far, the best ..bakery - including the best pizza dough around, bagels, water rolls, free cookies for my kidsbutcher - best selection of red meats,deli - boars head productsPublix branded products - always good and cost effective, including Publix pizza sauce.. everyone I have ever met is very polite and helpful. Usually 2/$5 = 1/$2.5, where other stores require you to purchase a certain amount to get their sale rateThanks Publix!

This has always been my favorite store... Here lately the customer service in certain dept is horrible. Even some of the managers have a horrible attitude. I wonder if employees are overworked and underpaid but still we all want to be treated nice and as if we are valuable. Fix it plz.

Great selections, decent beef, good produce section and decent seafood dept., however over priced as a rule. They have their target audience. I buy some specialty items here. As a big beef eater I find better quality at other stores in my area.

My first visit to this Publix store. Very clean. The help all was very nice. Evan a young girl sacked the groceries and put them in the cart. I pushed my cart to the car. As I turned around, there was the young girl . She loaded the groceries into the car for me. She was really helpful. I have never been to a store with that kind of help.

Catering terrible at Cornerstone ordered on line on a Thursday for Monday called Monday no order in name of Susan Jordan had 8 yr old birthday party. No cake, no meat tray, no fruit tray, no brownie tray did not have anything on order said lines were down did not get customer did not get advised this was also prepaid Was able to reorder after about 3 hours of frustration but all wasVery messy . Thanks for Kalysan she was great tried to make things right but customer service lady behind front dest needs an attitude adjustment and customer service training.Wil not use This Publix ever again for cateringJoAnn Langford

I love this pharmacy. The pharmacist is always professional and provides extending customer service. I like that I can receive text messages confirming when my prescription is ready for pickup and the price of each prescription is listed. I have always shopped at Publix this is truly one of my favorite grocery store. Thank you always providing the most amazing customer service.

My favorite Publix in all of Montgomery. The customer service is top tier. The cashiers very friendly and warm. The other associates are happy to help when needed. The bagging associates insisted on helping me take my groceries to the car.

Eric who works at the customer service desk is always so very helpful to me. He helped me with a ride in cart and made sure it was charged up. I walk with a cane right now because my knees are bad and he kept the cane for me behind the counter until I was finished shopping. He has a pleasant smile, always says hello and ready to assist. Their deli is absolutely sorry. I placed an order for two wraps at 12:30 for 1:00 pickup only to be told it’ll be a 30 min wait time which I obliged. I even waited a bit longer. At 1:45 again I was told my order still wasn’t made and was asked yet again could I wait. I had to order food elsewhere.

We went especially because our grandchildren 4&6, from Atlanta said the bakery would give them a cookie. We spend several hundred dollars. The lady who ran the Bakery was extremely Rude! No cookie, finished ! Never looked up. Check out the cake
