This was our second time using this groomer and I have been very pleased. Both times I’ve been able to get my little princess in on the same day which is amazing! Our old groomer is always 4-6 weeks out and it’s very frustrating so this has been a phenomenal experience! Everyone is very friendly and supportive. I’m not gonna lie… the online booking tool is a headache but I just found out that you can just call and bypass that whole thing. Today we tried some dye on her paws and ears and she is the true Beauty!!! This is our new grooming home!

I love PS&Grooming. They always take care of my Kirby girl and are extremely flexible with fitting her in last minute if needed. I’ve been using them almost a year now and I highly recommend them. The groomers are not only good at their job, but they live animals.

If you’re looking for a groomer for your fur babies, I highly recommend them! As a first time client today, I was so pleased with my fur babies cuts! Staff was friendly and Nicole did a great job! The selling point for me was how quick they were able to groom both of my dogs in such a timely manner and they didn’t have to spend all day there! Give them a try if you’re in the market for a good groomer!

I took my fur baby to Precision Grooming and when I picked him up, I was astonish at how well he was groomed. I requested for a low cut and it amazed me of how much fur they were able to remove from around his face. I will ,without a doubt be back. Let me not forget to mention the customer service is top tier! I also received a confirmation and reminder text for my appointment. Before & after pics are attached. 😍

They charged me $37.00 to bathe a sweet short haired dog. Plus I left a 20% tip. They cut 2 toenails. One of which they cut into the quick so badly, and never said a word to me about cutting her into the quick. It bleed through the styptic powder, is how I found out. I had to apply cornstarch, and applied pressure, 2 separate times to stop the bleeding. Not once did the owner apologize, or acknowledge that she was cut to the quick. Not once was there any attempt to satisfy me the customer. The owner didn't say I'm sorry, can I offer you the deluxe grooming at a 5% discount. Or can I throw in a bow, nothing. I'm not expecting anything for free. If it had been Offered, would have been good enough.I originally gave a 4 star rating. The owner hounded and tried to bully me into giving a 5 star rating.Through several text messages. I stuck with the 4 stars. But the more I've thought about how much it cost me, how no one said anything about cutting her toenail into the quick, and then ,being bullied and hounded into giving a score they didn't deserve. I've decided to revise my ranking. I based taking my Sweet Girl there on the rankings and reviews. Now I see that those rankings May not have been correct. The owner May have bullied them. I want to leave a review that is honest. After posting this, the owner again started harassing me again because I revised my rating.This is a honest and truthful comment and rating. Today 12/23/23 is the first mention of a free bath. At 4:45 p.m.

Loved it. it was my first time visiting, my two German shepherds looked n smelled so good they enjoyed it more then anything else came out smiling and everything since It was their first time going to a groomers whatever fragrance they use on them after their bath smelled so good even one of my friends wanted to buy some for her pets. The timing was good and the price wasn’t bad. I’ll recommend them to anyone.❤️❤️

As my first time experience with getting our pet dog,Coco, this is a great place I would recommend getting your pet to get groomed. They offer various options, and while the prices may be high, it is worth the cost of their care for animals. The shop is organized to not have foul smells with the workers being calm and respectful. We got our dog to trim his fur, nails, and remove excess fur from his face, and they did am excellent job. We plan on looking forward to visiting this shop again if we need to give him a haircut.

I can’t say enough great things about Precision!I have 2 large dogs, Great Dane and American Bulldog.My babies absolutely love them. My oldest can be moody and not want to have his nails cut. Not a problem for Precision the ladies here know how to handle him.This is now our Groomer hands down !!!Booking is easy and you get a confirmation.

First time our dog ever went to the groomers. He's a rescue dog and still suffers from separation anxiety. So he was a bit nervous, but the young ladies there allowed him a little time and gently nudged him to the back for his bath. They showered him with attention!We will definitely be repeat customers.

We love Precision Grooming! They are really close to our house and they take great care of our baby! Scheduling is super easy and they will text me to see if we want or need an appointment, which I love. They always have great availability that works with our schedule. Our family dog is a 13 year old white German shepherd. My dad recently injured himself and needed me to watch her for a couple weeks while he recovers. I needed to get her in for a quick groom and called at 6:30 in the morning. I was able to bring her in immediately. When I dropped her off I let them know that she was old and could not see or hear very well. She also suffers from incontinence and has some staining from it. They were understanding and non judgemental. I picked her up on my lunch break and she smelled and looked wonderful. Very thankful I was able to get her in so quickly! Definitely recommend.

Excuse me i dropped my dog off and came back to pick her up some of her fur come off to the point to where skin was visible, along with the fact her nails were cut to the point of bleeding and i had noticed it in the car and when i went back in to ask about it i was served a nasty attitude in response to a simple question of why my pets nails were bleeding. I had heard rumors about mistreatment and abuse upon these animals and i am not the only one to have mistreatment done unto my animal as my friends have had problems with theirs as well and also being served attitude when asking why. I had noticed some negative reviews have spontaneously disappeared when i went back to read them That is all i have to say on the matter but be careful around this establishment.

I had to depend on Precision Grooming & Spa in Montgomery. I gave short notice and I was met after hours to check in Snowball. They were very kind people and I found from my experience the best place in town to take my fur baby. I boarded for 4 nights and we both were treated like family. Take your baby here and I guarantee you will not want to go anywhere else. If you love your fur baby, then you won't hesitate to visit Precision Grooming & Spa in Montgomery AL close to Eastdale Mall.

This is my first time bringing my baby after him being groomed by someone else. I was super nervous but she did an excellent job with no picture of me to show her the cut. I will make a few adjustments next time but he was clean, cute and happy. Who could ask for more?

They were very nice. I showed a picture of how I wanted my dog cut and they did it perfectly. And they were helpful of my dogs matted hair and tried to save as much as they could.
